I purchased a pickup last year with Carlos Sierra and I enjoyed the customer service I receive when purchasing my truck that I’m back again. He is currently helping me find the right family suv that fits my needs. The facility is a very nice place and all the employees are all so friendly and make you feel valuable. I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
My husband and I went into Jupiter Chevrolet to look for a vehicle, Santos helped us with a great customer service, the first thing he asked us what our needs were, and gave us different options to choose, He explains everything in detail and he was making sure we were happy with our election, we will definitely go with him whenever we re ready to buy another vehicle.

This was our first Infiniti QX60 buying experience and we had a wonderful experience with Sewell Fort worth. The salesperson Adam was very helpful and was always quick in responding to our queries. The process was so smooth and straightforward, mostly done over phone/text and no pressure to visit the dealership. We visited only once when we felt like. Adam answered all our questions regarding the feature details of various packages. They did their best to make sure that we get the brand new car at a great price.I would definitely refer them to someone who is looking to buy Infiniti. I hope they do the same if I need their help in services and post sale issues, if any.
