I traded a 2000 corvette in on my new 2008 corvette. I smelled gas when I left the dealership but figured it was a overfill kind of issue. Did not go away so after having the car checked on a lift we found the fuel tank had been leaking for awhile. That should have been obvious during the inspection process. I knew the car had a scratch on the drivers rear fender but found much more damage down low on rear quarter panel when we had it on the lift. Fuel issue is around $2000, and body damage was quoted at $1500. To $2000. To repair. I am not a happy customer. Jeffers

My most enjoyable car buying experience. I found exactly what I wanted for almost $3k less then what I was offered at another dealership. Karen streamlined the process so we were in & out with no time wasted. She was knowledgeable and took time to show me how to use some of the high tech features I wasn???t sure about. She also found me a very competitive interest rate. With the added savings I was able to purchase a customized warranty to cover exactly what I wanted and for a specified time frame. They even donated a bike in my name to A local toy drive for the holidays! Everyone was fantastic and I felt good knowing I was supporting a locally owned business.

Jaleel Khan is the best. Setvice is perfect!! The service department is excellent and the product, the tires are great. The staff is professional , the waiting area is beautiful, as is the cafe . All is a great experience. I would definitely return to this dealership because of the professional received received through Jaleel. When I???m ready for another Mercedes I will definitely return to this dealership and continue to work with Jaleel. He is a most valued employee. Just leased a new Infiniti through Ron Murray at Lokey Infiniti. Ron was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. Most of the negotiation was done via e-mail, which accommodated my schedule much better than visiting the dealership. Ron ran the numbers for me on several vehicles so I could consider multiple options. Great pricing and good communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Ron if you are in the market for an Infiniti.
