Stopped in with an invite for a trade-in of my ATS. Paul Dowman was very pleasant and informative. We couldn't come to an agreement on the trade-in value of my ATS as it had been in an accident involving the air bags. While in great condition in my opinion, the air bag incident was a deal breaker. Everyone tried, but I decided to keep the car, as it's running fine. Will head back to Dimmitt when ready for my next Caddy.
My buying experience was nothing but excellent from start to finish. The used vehicle I bought was all that was advertised,the price was as stated and no crazy add -ons after the agreed upon deal. The car was detailed to complete satisfaction,and ready when promised.There was two surprises to the sale: a 45 day warranty came without charge,and when they recounted the cash that I paid (after I left the dealership and was on my way home),I got a phone call from manager Andre Selec informing me that I paid TOO MUCH and that they would be returning $100 to me!!!That was cash that he could have put in his pocket and not told anyone about it,but he called me right away. Mr. Stahl and Mr. Selec and the whole operation was top notch as I expected nothing less ,as this is my second purchase from this store (purchased a 2017 Crosstrek).
I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.

She is always is available and is anxious to make certain her customers are satisfied and feel good about their purchase. Carlos in the service dept is also great to work with and will always try to solve your problem.

Just leased a new Infiniti through Ron Murray at Lokey Infiniti. Ron was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. Most of the negotiation was done via e-mail, which accommodated my schedule much better than visiting the dealership.
