Used 2020 Chevrolet Equinox 1LT for sale near Hasbrouck Heights, NJ

Hi going back over fifty yrs ago, bought a used 71. Chevelle el Camino, white saddle interior, 350. Auto, with 12k. Miles on it, real pros and saw to it as a young 20. Yr old I could swing the deal....was apr 1973, and happiest kid alive driving that reliable used car....alas and alack, everybody wanted to buy car until it was stolen in Y2K.......car was a dream to drive racking up miles going to DC. For the bicentennial...So my ADVICE...DRIVE A CHEVY, MAKE GOOD MEMORIES, ESP FROM HAWTHORNE. CHEVY...

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

We purchased this car used from Hurd Auto Mall in Johnston, RI, with 1yr warranty. Unfortunately within 1 week of purchase we noticed driver door wasn't properly installed. Dealer refused to fix it. Will never go back to that dealership

I was here from CT to visit my mom in memory care. My driver’s side window fell into the door leaving me with a triangle of glass sticking out. Upon arrival, Renaldo, greeted me and talked to the supervisor who said it needed a part that they had to order and wouldn’t be ready today. I needed to drive home today for work tomorrow. As I was about to leave, Joe, walked out of the service garage and said “let me see what I can do”. 15 mins later my car came out and the window was fixed!! He said some bolts were loose and he was able to fix it! He’s my hero! I thought I was going to drive 3 hours back home with a broken window. Thank you to North Shore Honda in Glen Head (my hometown), Renaldo for his kindness and especially to Joe for stopping me from leaving and going above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much!! 15,000 miles when I bought it, and just got 96,000. Nothing except oil changes, brakes and tires. Going to replace spark plugs, vacuum pump, and battery before I hit 100,000 and I’ll be looking to put another 100,000 on it.

I love the car, however, the maintenance team I had to work on the car was one star. I had my car serviced for an oil change for its 3 months change which was fine, but they wanted to charge $25 for wiper blades. lol I told them I was not going to pay and I had to see the guy who sold me the car and told no wiper blade last longer than 4 months. lol The car sheet said it came with NEW wiper blades. I had to do all the leg work and they didn't talk to the guys that sell the cars or any people on the other side. Why do they even have a "service center?"
