Used 2020 Chevrolet Equinox for sale near Lathrup Village, MI

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

We purchased this car used from Hurd Auto Mall in Johnston, RI, with 1yr warranty. Unfortunately within 1 week of purchase we noticed driver door wasn't properly installed. Dealer refused to fix it. Will never go back to that dealership

My sales man Matt was wonderful. Everything there was amazing. This was my second purchase from this dealership. Highly recommend and side note while we were waiting for a good price to come, we ate McDonald’s and had coffee lol. So I was VERY SATISFIED and they were very welcoming and patient as well.

15,000 miles when I bought it, and just got 96,000. Nothing except oil changes, brakes and tires. Going to replace spark plugs, vacuum pump, and battery before I hit 100,000 and I’ll be looking to put another 100,000 on it.

I love the car, however, the maintenance team I had to work on the car was one star. I had my car serviced for an oil change for its 3 months change which was fine, but they wanted to charge $25 for wiper blades. lol I told them I was not going to pay and I had to see the guy who sold me the car and told no wiper blade last longer than 4 months. lol The car sheet said it came with NEW wiper blades. I had to do all the leg work and they didn't talk to the guys that sell the cars or any people on the other side. Why do they even have a "service center?"

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Murano a few weeks ago and I am still thrilled about my purchase and experience here. Not only was the staff, friendly and efficient, but they truly helped me in understanding the car buying process, even with my bruised credit history. Purchased a used 2020 equinox lt sport 2.0 turbo,9 speed transmission,the 2.0 packs a punch,comfortable seats,nice ride,handles well,has all the bells and whistles,full panoramic moonroof,i am 6ft tall have plenty of head room in back seat,leather interior,the auto start stop can be disabled by placing the shifter in L and pressing the + button 9 times.

Ron was courteous, efficient and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining the new features. He also provided me with the garage door opener which is no longer featured on the new Hondas at no cost. He always goes out of his way to help and be there when you need him. They don't make them any better than Ron.By the way this was a lease and not a purchase.

He sent me a written quote which matched the advertised price on cars.com and recommended a reliable car transport company for me. The sales team is very informed and effective, though it’s service that sells a dealership. Quick Lane and dealership service representatives are friendly and keep the customer informed. Pickup as well as remote service is also great!
