Used 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 trucks for sale near North Puyallup, WA

The staff was kind of cordial and stuck to his profession.Was so quick to get back to his chair and looked abit agitated. But good service though.

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

We drove up from the Olympia area to look at a 2020 Jeep Gladiator they had in their inventory. The dealership, while being a little off the beaten path was a pleasant surprise. Though low staffed because of the State Stay at Home Order. We were allowed to view the vehicle, test drive, and buy the truck with no pressure. They gave us a good trade in price for our trade in and we worked through the paperwork in a couple of hours. The truck came with a clean CarFax. I appreciate Logan for the excellent service. Purchased new a 2020 Chevrolet custom Trail Boss in Satin Steel metallic, it has been great. I just turned 80,000 miles with no issues, it’s been a pleasure to drive, just replaced brakes and tires for the first time at 75,000 miles . I have also purchased new a 86 F-250 and a 01 GMC 1500 which also were great trucks and sold with 190,000 miles on them. Maintenance is key Chevrolet did a great job on the exterior of this truck, love the look and color. Nothing bad to say only a positive experience.

Best truck I've ever owned. Great power...good fule economy on highways. comfortable and roomy great bose sound system No over dramatic fanciness but practicality. I like the design and added features such as a sliding rear window power outlets inside and in the bed. 20k miles on her so...maybe too soon to tell?

Awesome Truck except for transmission troubles. Very good gas mileage and comfort and ride are the best. A very dependable truck with lots of great features. Back up camera is great.

Have had this since new in 2020. No major issues. Transmission is rough when cold, but not an issue. Three years in and no major work. One brake adjustment and oil changes. Other than that it’s been a great truck.

I always have the intention to write a good review when I get good service but seem to rarely follow through. In this case I was so happy with the sales & management at sunset ford I had to make sure to take the time out and give them a 5 star review. I ordered my F450 bout 10 months ago.. I had handshake deal with donny who was the sales person at the time. I offered to place a deposit but he assured me it wasn't needed.. about a month before my truck showed up I received a call from Dave Bouge, he let me know that Donny retired and he was replacing him as my salesperson. Ofcourse my first thought was if they were going to honor the price that donny quoted. I sat down with Dave and Ray (sales manager) and when they presented me the price it was about 13K more than I expected.. I knew there was a premium for this particular truck because of Covid and the chip shortage so I was already anticipating a higher price. I explained to Ray that I understood this particular truck is selling higher than msrp but donny had already quoted me a price. I didn't have a contract or any paperwork to back it up.. but Ray said hang on let me take a look at Donnys files.. Ray came back a few minutes later and slashed 13k off the truck.. Ray said "I saw donny had scribbled this number on the bottom of the build sheet so we're going to honor that price" Obviously I was super happy.. I think I was most impressed by the fact that I didn't have to argue or give any sob stories to get the price that was quoted. Ray just honored his salespersons word and that showed great integrity. Ray also said he would rather earn my business for life than make extra money on a one time deal, which he did because I would definitely buy from Sunset again. ~Chad S
