He's got more car knowledge in his pinky finger than most people have in their entire brain. Plus, he's got the charm and friendliness of a golden retriever. Purchased new a 2020 Chevrolet custom Trail Boss in Satin Steel metallic, it has been great. I just turned 80,000 miles with no issues, it’s been a pleasure to drive, just replaced brakes and tires for the first time at 75,000 miles . I have also purchased new a 86 F-250 and a 01 GMC 1500 which also were great trucks and sold with 190,000 miles on them. Maintenance is key Chevrolet did a great job on the exterior of this truck, love the look and color. Nothing bad to say only a positive experience.

Best truck I've ever owned. Great power...good fule economy on highways. comfortable and roomy great bose sound system No over dramatic fanciness but practicality. I like the design and added features such as a sliding rear window power outlets inside and in the bed. 20k miles on her so...maybe too soon to tell?

Awesome Truck except for transmission troubles. Very good gas mileage and comfort and ride are the best. A very dependable truck with lots of great features. Back up camera is great.

Lynch and their entire team is amazing. It is very clear that some people here (and on other sites) are more worried about trolling other people / people’s businesses than they are worried about themselves. If you actually understand that dealers have to make a little money to stay in business, then all is well. If you are one of the miserable “whiny” customers out there then just work on it yourself or buy it on-line!

Have had this since new in 2020. No major issues. Transmission is rough when cold, but not an issue. Three years in and no major work. One brake adjustment and oil changes. Other than that it’s been a great truck.

had the truck for 30 k miles. Only one issue of a hydralic lifter failure @ 7k miles. They say its common with the multi displacement V8s. i would have rated it better if the engine problem did not happen. When you pay 50k Plus for a truck, you don't expect early failure of engine components.

Shelby did a wonderful job getting us into not one car but two cars that were exactly what we wanted and also met our needs. He is extremely professional and a personable person at the same time. I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

Thank you so much for a great experience. Chad, the salesman, that I worked with was great. I was a bit nervous before coming in this morning due to my daughter's experience with a salesman at the Kunes next door to this one. But it quickly became a great visit. He was patient and did everything he could so I could drive the car off the lot today. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. He also promised to get me a manual for the Hyundai Tuscon I bought that is missing. I hope he keeps that promise. The salesman, Roel, who was the one next door that my daughter had was not so good. He was demanding and was not very truthful. I believe that he would sell anything or say anything just to make a sale. He demanded that I get in there to cosign for my daughter for a car that was way over her means. Cosigning for someone is a very huge thing and should never be demanded even by a salesman.

Had a great experience working with Carlos purchasing my car. Car buying is stressful, but he patiently answered my questions and got me through it with a breeze.

When I got there, I was told that the asking price for the car had been increased by $2500 because of some work they had done with the safety systems. I could obtain no more detailed explanation. I ended up buying it based on the originally posted price. I was a bit disturbed, but I know it wasn't the idea of the salesman, but more the idea of the sales manager who knew I was very interested in the car. But the salesman was wonderful, as was the financing guy. (I ended up not getting the extended maintenance or their financing, but he never pushed a thing.) It's too far away for service but I'd go back there for a car1

I purchased a preowned car off the internet from Martin. They were very helpful, easy to work with and honest through the process. I feel it was a fair transaction for me and for them. I would highly recommend them if you are shopping online. The car was exactly as they said it was when it was delivered to me almost 800 miles away.

I have to say that Ryan and the staff at Napleton sure know what they are doing. They were quick to answer any questions I had and took away the fear of buying a car!
