Heather Ross is also a experienced and professional service advisor of which I had the pleasure to meet. On the evening of Monday, July 18, while driving from Illinois to Rhode Island, my husband and I realized something was wrong with our Chevy Traverse.   We made it to our hotel safely but were concerned about continuing our trip.  The following morning, we called Dave Gill Chevy and spoke with the service consultant, Jim Shriver.  Based on our description of the problem, Mr. Shriver assured us the car would be safe to drive to your dealership and provided us with directions.  Upon arrival, he advised he would do his best to work us in.  We knew he was busy which is why we were so surprised when we returned to the service department after our lunch and learned that our car was ready and we could continue our journey.    Having car trouble is never pleasant.  Having car trouble when you are far from home and do not know anyone local is very stressful.  Mr. Shriver’s professionalism, service and kindness made a difficult situation easy to manage.  He even asked us to let him know when we arrived home safely.    Dave Gill Chevy is fortunate to have an employee who provides such excellent service.  

After the service , noticed some issues they could have taken care of . Didn?t get a 100 step look over report like the last dozen times.

Great overall customer service from Barbie Wagner. We started with the ordering process and she kept us in the loop as to when we could get it ordered to keeping us updated on the status of our order. No matter the obstacle she was there with a positive attitude and a voice of reassurance that our vehicle would arrive and be all that we wanted it to be. She did not let us down. Her dedication to working with us on the paper work and putting the extra time and effort for that to be seamless was over and above as well. She is committed to helping her customer finding their dream vehicle and putting them in the seat.
