He kept me informed of the process every step of the way. When I flew to Maryland to pick up the Z06 it was a great experience to meet Mike and take delivery of the car. During my most recent visit to this company, I arrived early Friday afternoon with my left front tire off of the rim. It couldn't be repaired but a new one had to be ordered. The scheduled arrival was Monday. However, I was unable to drive my vehicle like this. So, I had the options to: either leave it at the dealership service dept over-the-weekend, purchase a tire at a nearby location, and/or rent a vehicle. Many of the area businesses closed around 12 noon. Thankfully, I found a place to buy a quality used tire to get me back on the road. Grayson and another associate were extremely professional, and courteous. They assisted me in finding somewhere that sold tires who were still operating. One of them even walked with me two businesses across from the dealership where an employee had a relative there. The experience was satisfactory!

Take my 94 Corvette there for service. The car is a show car and has taken multiple trophies. I'm extremely particular who works on it. Jeremy Alasin, the service writer, goes above and beyond to ensure that my car is serviced correctly and professionally every time. So much so that I won't take it anywhere else.
