I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.

A GREAT experience!

Upon arriving at Currie Motors, we had already put a deposit down to hold a vehicle we saw through the website. We were kindly greeted and immediately seated with Cynthia Ochoa. After explaining what we would potentially like to do she understood and had us test drive the 2017 Malibu we had on hold. After many conversations and additional thoughts we ultimately made our decision on a different Malibu which was an Iridescent Pearl Tricoat instead of the Summit White. The Pearl didn't have a sunroof (which is a must for my wife) but Cynthia explained that we could have one installed at their dealership at a later time. We opted for this route and will be bringing the car back in a few weeks to have the sunroof installed. Had Cynthia not mentioned this to us as an option, we most likely would have left the dealership with a nice new Summit White Malibu instead of the Pearl which my wife absolutely fell in love with. Cynthia never waivered in her commitment to us and we never felt rushed. As the day got longer and we got hungrier she took a few minutes and drove us down the street to get a bite to eat. This was above and beyond for her but was very much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend talking with Cynthia as your salesperson as she stayed patient with us throughout the day. It's great. Actually seats 6 comfortably (we are not small people) enabling us to go on family trips in one vehicle and haul our toys, too. We have received tons of compliments on the styling and all the extra features (which I didn't really care about) are, admittedly, quite nice. It's a truck we will have for many years to come.

I have had some very long car purchases in my past sometimes 4 to 5 hours. This was the probably around 2 1/2 hours which was record time! Great Truck, Terrible (6 Speed) Transmission

I bought a brand new 2017 Silverado 2x4 LT Crew Cab with the 5.3 v8 and 6 speed auto. The truck looks awesome, drives great, has a nice and plush ride, and the 5.3 is a truly excellent powerplant with all the power you need. This was my first Chvey truck after owning a bunch of Fords and I went back to a Ford. While the Silverado looks great, the build quality just isn't on par with Ford IMO. For one, the 6 speed auto (GL80) transmission is terribly tuned (like really bad). The shifts are slow, it's jerky, and there is noticeable hesitation especially when the truck is cold which really killed the experience for me. I even had the truck feel like it was cutting out at times with a rocky back and forth pulsing ride. Drive a new F150 with the 10 speed transmission back to back and compare how smooth it is in comparison to the 6 speed Chevy, seriously. I'm not a Ford fanboy, but Ford really did their homework on the 10 speed in comparison. My only other gripe is build quality of the Chevy. The interior is beautiful and very comfortable and everything is where it's supposed to be -- but there are rattles everywhere. The 2018 F150 I replaced the 2017 Silverado with is vault quiet by comparison. The Silverado had various panels that vibrated, loose pieces in the headliner, a driver's door air leak from day 1, and something in the seats would make a loud clicking noise when going over bumps or when you'd move around. All of this was just a bit disappointing considering I'm not hard on vehicles at all and this was a truck with a ridiculous sticker price of $45,000. If they're going to charge premium prices for pickups, customer expectations go right up with the price. I only owned the truck for 14 months because I didn't have confidence in how it would hold up long term so I traded it in on a smooth, quiet, and rock solid 2018 F150.

My fiance and I came to advantage Chevrolet looking for financial freedom from an over priced deal from a different dealership that was made a few years earlier. We were upside down on the loan and wanted to find a reliable vehicle with low miles and drop the monthly payment by 150 dollars. It's No Mustang But It's a Manual

My quest for a fun car with a stick shift started and ended here. Damian was the first person to introduce himself outside and coached me through 1st, 2nd and 3 gear in a Cruze. The experience felt less like driver's ed and more like an older sibling showing me the ropes. I returned next day dreaming driving home in a Subaru WRX. Long story short, Manager Ed Finn got me out of a hatchback with a CVT and in to the same manual transmission I test drove. If it weren't for Michael, another sales team associate, I would've returned home never knowing how fun and engaging a stick shift feels like. Walking into Castle Chevrolet (with a budget) results in guaranteed peace of mind. Thanks to the manual transmission, my face always has a smile on the road. My purchase feels like a Ford Model T when traffic lights start green, but it has a turbo like the WRX. The sales staff knew exactly how to sell the Cruze to me. I'm glad that Castle Chevy sold their Mustang before my visit. Rear wheel drive doesn't belong in or near the "snow belt" especially in the hands of an intermediate "stick" driver.

I really like my 2017 Silverado LTZ crew cab. It has the 420hp 6.2 engine and the 8 speed transmission. It has plenty of power for passing and towing, I get 22 mpg in all around driving. On the highway it is smooth and quiet, great acceleration.
The only negative is that the transmission occasionally bangs into gear at low speeds.

This truck is a great truck. Not a huge truck but big enough to fit kids seats inside and a full size bed. There is a problem with the drivers seat, it wiggles around, especially for larger men. It’s a manufacturer problem and they refuse to fix it. Other than that we have been very pleased with this truck.

Nothing Less than AMAZING!!!

I just purchased a vehicle at Phillips Chevrolet 9700 West Lincoln Highway Frankfort, IL 60423 with Konrad Chatys on Saturday, 2/18/2017. Konrad and his team were nothing short of amazing from the moment I arrived into the dealership. I came by myself, very nervous, anxious and discouraged. I had just left Car Max where I was told that I would have to give them thousands of dollars for them to give me any service. Keep in my mind, I am driving 35/40 miles a day to work and was putting more money into my car on major maintenance (plus monthly payments), than enjoying my 2 yr old Nissan. From the moment Konrad introduced himself to me, he listened to every single concern, from my credit score, to having a car that was great on mileage, to even as small as the color I would like to drive in. ' I went from a dealership who wanted me to give them thousands of dollars for a USED car, to a dealership and a Product Specialist who accommodated for my circumstances with NO money down, not the best credit, reasonable car note PLUS a warranty, referred an insurance company AND payed off everything I still owed on payments, NOT TO MENTION, what was given for the car! I have told every single person who will listen, to go schedule an appointment with Konrad. I have never felt more safe and protected with a company, than I do with Phillips Chevrolet. They gave me advise on ways to increase my credit score and even other opportunities that will be available at a later date. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was willing to assist at any moment (regardless of the fast pace environment). As if that was not enough, I even received a call the next day to inform me that I left my reading glasses in my old car, AND they stayed after the closing time to accommodate for my crazy hospital shift! It's rare for a woman alone, to come somewhere and not feel taken advantage of, and for that I could never thank them enough. I cannot actually give a review on repairs, but with the warranty and customer service, I do not have a doubt that they will be able to point me in the right direction. The only thing that I was bummed about was my car window sticker. I did not think to ask for it, but I have received a ticket on my car because of it. So when you are trading your car be sure to take EVERYTHING lbs. BTW- I am not a robot,nor was I payed to do this survey (haha). I am just extremely impressed. THANK-YOU GUYS AGAIN!!!
2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Review
Best Vehicle I've Owned

This truck was my dream of owning when I retired. My dream came true in Feb 2017. I retired from civil service May 2016 after working 38 yrs. I got my 2017 Silverado LTZ. I enjoy driving it and feel so comfortable even in my short height (4'11"). It is very dependable and very truck looking in shiny black. I an still receiving compliments on how the truck looks brand new.
