Got the Silverado 1500 with 5.3 motor. It’s comfortable and The ride quality is exceptional. Only complaint is it definitely is a little sluggish and lacks power. Same with the 6.2 motor. Unfortunately GM just can’t compete with the Hemi when it comes to power and torque. Throttle isn’t very responsive. Other than that, I love the truck.

A GREAT experience!

Upon arriving at Currie Motors, we had already put a deposit down to hold a vehicle we saw through the website. We were kindly greeted and immediately seated with Cynthia Ochoa. After explaining what we would potentially like to do she understood and had us test drive the 2017 Malibu we had on hold. After many conversations and additional thoughts we ultimately made our decision on a different Malibu which was an Iridescent Pearl Tricoat instead of the Summit White. The Pearl didn't have a sunroof (which is a must for my wife) but Cynthia explained that we could have one installed at their dealership at a later time. We opted for this route and will be bringing the car back in a few weeks to have the sunroof installed. Had Cynthia not mentioned this to us as an option, we most likely would have left the dealership with a nice new Summit White Malibu instead of the Pearl which my wife absolutely fell in love with. Cynthia never waivered in her commitment to us and we never felt rushed. As the day got longer and we got hungrier she took a few minutes and drove us down the street to get a bite to eat. This was above and beyond for her but was very much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend talking with Cynthia as your salesperson as she stayed patient with us throughout the day. We went to Advantage Chevrolet because we saw a nice Malibu online for a good price. We worked with DaShawn Bell. He greeted us and worked with us to get the car we loved in a quick and painless fashion. We enjoyed working with him, he was great! I have had some very long car purchases in my past sometimes 4 to 5 hours. This was the probably around 2 1/2 hours which was record time! Impossible task became reality!

My fiance and I came to advantage Chevrolet looking for financial freedom from an over priced deal from a different dealership that was made a few years earlier. We were upside down on the loan and wanted to find a reliable vehicle with low miles and drop the monthly payment by 150 dollars. Dashawn Bell was extremely helpful and tried a few alternative options with us. He was finally able to find a used vehicle with low mileage and almost no wear or tear that dropped our payment by 130 dollars. Traded my 2016 lt for 2018 LTZ Texas Edition. Love the features. The drivers seat should be softer and ride a little softer as well. I love the look of the truck and no issues so far at 5,000 miles. My 16 leaf springs started to clunk after a couple years and a TSB was issued, I hope the fixed it on the 18! Test drove Ford and Dodge and kept coming back to Chevy for price and look!

I live in Nashville, TN and located my Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Cadillac CTS Premium Luxury 3.6L AWD in Red Obsession Tintcoat online through Heritage Cadillac's website, which was well laid-out and easy to navigate. When I made the call to the dealership sales department, I was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Charles Hughes. I was surprised by his cheerful personality and upbeat tone and in that moment I realized that I made the right call. Something just felt different... When I asked him questions about the car, he went the extra mile to make sure that the car was equipped as advertised and even sent me the build sheet that listed every option and package on the vehicle. He then went on to describe all of the benefits of the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty which was very helpful. He also did all of this VERY FAST. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. After thinking it over I decided to let them give me a bid on my trade-in. I had a number in my head that I wanted for it and after they did the sight-unseen appraisal based on the VIN # and everything else, Mr. Charles Hughes called me to deliver the result. He gave me the number straight up and I was AGAIN surprised that they offered exactly what I had expected. At that moment I knew that I was about to buy the car AND I HADN'T EVEN SEEN IT IN PERSON YET. I put a deposit down over the phone to hold the car and then made arrangements to travel to Chicago to do the deal. That very next weekend I drove the 11 hours from Nashville, TN to Heritage Cadillac in Lombard, IL and made my purchase with Mr. Charles Hughes, who had the vehicle waxed and cleaned, sitting inside their delivery bay awaiting my arrival. I cleaned out my trade-in and handed the keys to Charles where he then quickly had the manager verify its condition. They had my paperwork prepared in order to expedite the process and before I left, Charles handed me a large and elegantly prepared gift for my Fiance'. He even offered to buy me dinner too! When it was all said and done, I left the dealership completely satisfied and I truly felt like I had an amazing experience that I will never forget. A few years ago, my parents purchased a Chevy Cruze for me as a graduation present from a different dealer and we had an absolute HORRIBLE experience. While owning my Chevy I would go to the dealer closest to my office and would have a TERRIBLE experience every single time I go. Now it's time to purchase a new vehicle a Chevy was at the bottom of my list when researching. But on a day off, I wondered into Bill Kay where I met Jen Senders. She sat at her desk and greeted me with the biggest smile. I walked over and we chit chatted. Not once did she ask me about how much money I was looking to spend total, a credit score or a monthly car note. She listened about my experience before and asked me about my home life, how far I drove to work. I told her I like the new upgraded Cruze. She got me exactly what I told her I was looking for, didn't try to up sale me. It was almost like she didn't want to sell me the car at all, and the more she didn???t try to sell me, the more I wanted to buy. She gave me the keys and told me to drive it around and see how I liked it. I guess my face said it all because when I came back she immediately moved me to another car that she thought I would like. The Chevy Trax. I drove the Trax and fell in love. And guess what, the Trax had $8 grand in incentives that I qualified for. Didn't have to be in the military, or drive for Uber or recent college grad or only have a left kidney. Jen then introduced me to the finance director who happens to be her dad, John. He talked to me about the car I was driving and explained to me the trade in process. When I mentioned the car loan was not in my name, he said ???we still have your back, no worries, just get your mom in and we will be all good.??? I told him I didn???t want them running my credit to 900 lenders like the last dealer and he said ???NOT AT ALL, only guys who don???t know what they are doing, do that. I???ve been in this business 35 years, trust me???. I was ready to purchase the car on Friday (2/17). The EASIEST process I have ever experienced. In 1.5 hours I owned my car. No haggling the sticker price, no negotiating the monthly price. No running my credit to 800 different lenders. The longest part was waiting for Eric the finance guy because he had a client before me. He even made that process quick and painless. Jen single handedly got me to purchase the Chevy brand again, and I will be back to do business with ONLY Bill Kay. Thank you Jen, John and Eric. Oh and even Jose for selling the car I originally wanted, and making me get an upgrade model for just dollars more.

The truck is great, gas mileage is only 1-2 less than my Forester which blows my mind. First trip over the weekend and 22+ doing 70+and some around town thrown in.
My only complaints, the wiper controls aren't as friendly as my old Subie but very usable. Checking the oil, I had to get a folding step stool from Harbor Freight to reach the dip stick without rubbing on the side of the truck and I'm 6'2".
Cons are, the huge super quiet cab, large comfy seats, dual A/C controls, fold up rear seats, locking compartments, step bumper side steps, spray in liner, spring assist tail gate, rear view camera, My Link Android phone hook up for google maps, text to voice texts while driving. The list is long. Power and more power, shift on the fly 4WD.
