I recently bought a 2022 Nissan Rogue SV from Shottenkirk Nissan Katy and cannot be more impressed with the outstanding customer service that I received. In my first conversation with Zeb, I told him about my bad experiences with other car dealerships and how it was hard for me to trust a car salesman. Harry and his team at Lonestar made our trade-in and purchase transfer so smooth and easy. We cannot fault them at all it makes you know you can go back anytime and you won?t get having any issues. We would highly recommend buying or trading vehicles with them.

Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

Buying a new car at this Helfman Ford Stafford was an easy experience! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and not pushy. Amir Z. was especially helpful. He patiently “walked” us through the various features of the car and answered all our questions which were many. He also gave us his phone number to call if we had any other questions. This was the second time we purchased a new car from Ford and both times we had a smooth experience without the sales people being pushy like some other dealerships are.

Our Epace was nearing its lease end and we reached out to Abraham to set a time to get an assessment to decide our best option. We noticed an FPace in the showroom and Abraham let us test drive. We asked about pricing so Abraham got Daniel involved and presented us some incentives, as far as, taking car of our last payments, financing rates, and other dealer incentives. We walked out with a brand new FPace without intention and probably the best buying experience for an auto.

One of the better truck buying experiences I have had.. Was in and out in couple hours. They don’t waste your time or chip away at your credit shotgunning applications all over the planet. I didn't actually get the chance to purchase a truck from this dealership as I was a day too late... it was just sold to another buyer. However, they were very courteous and replied to my emails almost instantly. I was hoping to buy but I waited too long to make my move. If they happen to acquire the same model I would not hesitate to buy from Everest motors!

Best pulling truck combined with smooth ride and comfort. Design of the transmission keeps it cool to last longer going through torture. Dually configuration is preferred for great stability. 5 stars in my book.

Very enjoyable experience from walking in the door. All that were in the showroom greeted us as we came in the door. Our salesman met with us and showed us the truck we had inquired about. We looked at the truck, wanted it and went in to begin the process. The Manager Steve, came and introduced himself along with our financial manager Kirk. The entire purchase was about an hour and a half, but some of that was learning about their families and sharing stories. Like we were all family. So would I recommend Auto Nation to others, absolutely. This is the second purchase we have made from Auto Nation, the other being located in Amarillo. The F250 turbo diesel Platinum Truck I got was a beauty with low miles, still under factory warranty and it looked brand new. I love this truck ! There inventory was awesome and it was hard to choose.... they had so many great trucks for near wholesale prices. Collaboration between the buyer and seller. It wasn?t a battle, both sides worked to get this deal done. No pressure to sign, didn?t have to deal with their closer to push me in a car or deal.

Everest Motors, diesel truck division were a little slow in understanding the demands of my rigorous work schedule (6 days a week/12 to 14hrs per, or 21 straight ) which didn't leave much time to come in and inspect, review and pick up the truck. BUT, they quickly realized and worked above the norm to help close this deal. Brad Esmaeili, my sales guy along with the rest of the team, rose to the occasion and got it done. They also did some post sale work on the truck on a really simple erroneous error, code, sending it back to the mechanics to go through everything as they stand behind their trucks. In the end, I am happy and would buy from them in the future.

You will not find a more dedicated group of people in taking care of their customers. Went above and beyond what I have ever experienced from any dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Very nice selection of quality vehicles also!

Ask for BRAD!! He’s not the traditional sales guy. We worked really well together. I requested to have a 3rd party inspection for my future Porsche with Garagisti and the Everest Team handled all the picking and dropping. I flew in from DFW and Brad arranged an Uber to pick me up. I had plenty of time with my Porsche with no rush from any Everest Team Member. Then the power went out. We waited patiently hoping it would come back. But it didn’t. Brad and the Everest Team attempted using their generators, iPads, Laptops but couldn't properly connect to their dealership server/ software. It just wasn’t working. Then finally one of the associates left to bring in their personal Ford Lightning which made all the difference. Within a few moments they were back online and keys were in my hand. I had a wonderful experience with my local Park Place dealerships here in DFW and now hold Everest Motors to the same standards. Top level service focused solely on their customers. The dedication and customer service at Everest Motors seem to truly set them apart. Overcoming obstacles like power outages with quick thinking and resourcefulness, the team demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a seamless experience. Guy was straight foward. Come knowing you will have to invest in repairs. Be realistic its an auction not a multi milliondollar dealership. The car i got from there did have high milage and ive invested about 500 to make it run smoothly and have had it for 2 years. Im going back soon for another. *make sure you or someone with you can litsen to fast spoken words* i couldnt hear the prices but my wife could.
