Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.

The key to the cvt transmission is to change transmission fluid and filter every 30,000. Great commuter car . Driving 60 mph and under I usually get between 37 and 42 miles per gallon. Driving over 60 mph it will range between 33 and 36 mpg . It is small but it's fun to drive .

Came in there on Thursday September 24th at 2:30 pm with my old clunker to get appraised and to purchase a used car. Was expecting to be a very long process, but was out by 5;30 with a smile. I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

Bought my 2015 Tahoe new, 124,000 miles later no major problems with normal maintenance. Annoying interior lights flicker when brakes depressed, replaced front ball joints. Overall great truck, car must have built on a Wednsday.

Man where do I start!! Chase is great!!! When we got the car we came for had sold over night! I know cry me a river! We sat down she pulled up all the local automation, stuck to my price range and pull up similar cars. 20 mins we found the car my wife wanted. Not ever 15mins we leaving to pick it up. Test drove it back to the dealerships. When we got back and told them we wanted the vehicle, then we did the credit!(that was my favorite part). Never pressed to do credit check, made sure we was happy with our choice. Then after credit, we went to James In finance and was smooth sailing after that. Great experience great customer service! When you got tell them Freddy G sent you! Not gone get you nothing different but the same love they gave me!

I needed a vehicle to accommodate my 5 grandchildren. The WIFI is a must for school pickups, and traveling. The safety features exceeded my expectations. Safety comes first, it's my upmost priority. However, the luggage accommodation could be improved. That's definitely not a deal breaker for me. I learned to use the top rack and add a trailer for luggage. The Onstar features gives me more confidence when on the road. I love it.

This has to be the best car dealer I ever bought a car from. I was in the market for a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, and I saw the vehicle I wanted to buy from their website. I called this dealer, and spoke to Jaime Marroquin, their internet manager and my salesman. He explained to me the process of securing this vehicle since I live in San Antonio. A few days later, my girlfriend and I flew to Houston, and Mr. Marroquin took the extra step to pick us up from the airport. Everyone at the dealership, from the manager, finance staff, and others, greeted and treated us as if we were important. We were done and driving back to San Antonio in a little over an hour. I will be back in the near future to buy my next car from them! They deserve 10 stars instead of 5!!!

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

I love the car, however, the maintenance team I had to work on the car was one star. I had my car serviced for an oil change for its 3 months change which was fine, but they wanted to charge $25 for wiper blades. lol I told them I was not going to pay and I had to see the guy who sold me the car and told no wiper blade last longer than 4 months. lol The car sheet said it came with NEW wiper blades. I had to do all the leg work and they didn't talk to the guys that sell the cars or any people on the other side. Why do they even have a "service center?"

Bought this used in 2019 w/65k miles. It's a solid A to B car, does what it needs to do, with little no to fuss. The interior isn't flashy, but rattles much less than most other entry level cars I've been in. Ride quality is commendable, a little lound (but I have a feeling that's more the fault of the budget brand tires the dealer threw on the car). But overall way better ride quality than a 2020 Trax I had as a loaner for a day (roughest car I think I've ever driven....and I've owed some really crappy econoboxes in my day). I've had one issue with the car thus far, the water pump went out on me, but hey, it happens. Been almost a year since and haven't had a single other issue with it. For the relatively small engine, this thing has some pep to it, but the transmission doesn't do it any favors and is the one negative about this car. The way it is geared is my one irritation. Its sluggish and downshifts aggressively making it obnoxious to drive in the city as it doesn't coast very well (in particular it downshifts hard from 4th to 3rd at 27mph and begins to engine brake, slowing the car down noticably), I usually just end up using the manual automatic so I can actually coast a city block to the next light. Overall, for the 10k I paid for the car, not too much to complain about. It's a safe, good driving commuter.

If you're going to go buy a car go to cars on demand either location Spencer or beltway 8 they had the nicest most friendliest staff I had a 2014 Chevy Impala check engine light never came on it ran perfect good in the inside good on the outside I recently was in a car accident and totaled the 2014 Chevy Impala and I think it felt like that they were more worried about my well-being than they was their car and they're working with me to get me in another vehicle I'm telling you if you need a good car and nice as friendly as people you'll ever meet go to cars on demand I recommend them to the highest fullest power I fell back on my payment not once but I think twice never did they blow up my phone and call me everyday I called them told them what was happening and they understood that sometimes in life things don't go right they gave me time to catch up no problem whatsoever they're just the best people I just love this car lot I recommend them to anybody go get a car from cars on demand

it’s been a pretty good car so far, some minor issues but overall pretty good. mine used to be apart of a fleet (it has 120,000 miles) and i think it’s a pretty good car. the insurance is higher because it’s discontinued which is a bummer. i’d say do your research before you buy which i wish i would’ve done but it’s over now so oh well.

He’s definitely the only reason why I’m buying from this location! Josh was the only one that greeted me out of 6 individuals. It had been a tough night and I arrived at 7:45pm with my current Nissan in tow! I was just looking for some guidance but found some reassurance that there are still good people who care! He didn’t ask me if I wanted to buy a car but rather if I was okay! That made me end my day on a good note!! Josh is an example of what great customer service looks like. For the most part, we love this car. We do have some small issues. But we will focus first on the positives. The car itself has very comfortable seats, plenty of time inside, lots of safety features, looks really good inside and out and the extra large sunroof that goes almost front to back of the car is incredible. The power lift gate at the back, is a great feature! The backup camera is large and clear! The warnings whole backing up, are fantastic! It drives like a car, not like a tank! Overall, it's a fantastic car! The disadvantages are that there is a shimmy/shake in the car as it is pulling a hill. When you are gaining on the car in front of you a little quicker than the car in front of you is moving, the collision warning lights lighting up and the alarms sounding, is terrifying and not cool. Not being able to turn off some of the warnings that pop up every time you crank the car without hitting the dismiss button are irritating. But for the most part we would buy another one in a heartbeat and love our car!
