I was in the market to purchase a reliable used car for my daughter for under $5k. We had been all over town for a couple of weeks. We finally landed at Sensible Choice Saturday and immediately knew this experience was going to be different. The office was clean and welcoming. Wayne was our salesperson - he was exactly what we needed. This car handles very well in MT where we have long distances and weather. I love the AWD and the traction control and the 3.5 l V-6 is a very durable engine. the one in my 2000 is still running fine at 260,000 miles.

We were on a road trip from Minnesota to Florida and a loud banging noise started in the front of our car when we were in southern Iowa. Since no error messages were on the dash we kept going until we saw Poage south of Hannibal. We stopped and the mechanics found some bolts had come loose on a dust cover and it was banging against the drive shaft. After putting it back in place, we were on the road within an hour. The care and efficiency were top rated. They said that it was so minor that they weren't even charging us for it. Wow!

Very comfortable drive and extremely reliable.
Car has only left me stranded one time. Ignition went out in June of 2020. Had New ignition installed by dealer. as well as new key fob made. car had 76k miles when I purchased. All miles are from travel baseball tourneys. Oil has been changed every 5k. and transmission was serviced at 80k.
