From the moment we entered the dealership we were treated with such professionalism, curtesy and respect. We met with Zach first who was just wonderful and he was so patient and found the exact vehicle we voiced that we were looking for. Even when i had some hesitancy, he looked for other options to meet our needs. Then we met with GM, Bart who talked us through all the finance options and payment details, it was excellent service here too! He was direct, and kind, and let us talk through all our options with absolutely zero pressure. When we had finally made our decisions, we then met with finance expert, Wes, and again were met with such professionalism. He worked quickly, making sure we weren't waiting too long but accurately, taking time not to make mistakes. We really had an awesome experience at great lakes Kia and will absolutely be returning if in need of another vehicle! Ive always hated the pressure that comes from some dealerships so I wanted to share this great experience in case you're like me!

Was greeted as soon as I pulled the car in. Talked to a gentlemen who checked me in and got me going. He also mentioned some things my car would need besides an oil change. I went ahead and had the reccomended work done. On top of the recommended work he texted me again with additional reccomendations seen from the mechanics which was a wheel alignment and new tires. I accepted the wheel alignment, as I already had a appointment for new tires on 6-30-25. Last bue not least had a fuel induction cleaning. All services were performed and in a timely manner. The car wash at the end was phenomenal as well, the car was dirty.
