I got into a car accident and I needed a new car fast. Ron Stephan was excellent, he was kind and he explained everything really well. It was my first car buying experience ever so I needed more explaining in the process. Very kind person, if you ask for Ron you will see a smiling face! Great experience even though I was there because I was in an accident. I would go to him again in the future.

I had to get a car in one day. A terrible pinch for the dealership. They rose to the occasion with kindness and honesty and had me out-the-door with a great deal before 2pm. Thanks especially to Delane Sheppard and Levi Durst. You guys made a difficult day easy!

Kia on AtlanticReviews
Kia on Atlantic review
Recently purchased a new Telluride. Everyone including Eli (sales) and Richard (finance) were absolutely amazing. So glad I decided to take my trade to Kia on Atlantic. No one tried to push anything on me (sales= purchase; finance= warranty). Eli brought several cars around a let ME decide if anything was the right fit and, in the end, we got the right vehicle for our family. Eli spent several hours and pretty much the whole day just for that one sale. So, hats off to him for enduring us. Once I got to Richard, he made everything a snap and was extremely pleasant and not pushy. He answered every question I had and, once again, was very patient, personable, and relaxing to deal with. So glad I stopped in at Kia on Atlantic. Best decision I've made in a long time!

The salesman contacted us to let us know that the car was still available. Since the dealership is about 2 hours away, he gave us a price and we brought a certified check with us. The car ended up being exactly what we were looking for, so we completed the sale. The car was detailed and filled with gasoline. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. We are pleased with the purchase. Ron

Southwest KiaReviews
Southwest Kia review
Our Salesperson was Stephanos. My husband had been looking for a particular Cadillac. We had been to other dealerships that had the one he wanted but was disappointed. My husband seen the Cadillac on Southwest Kia webpage and called about it. He spoke with Stephanos who gave him all the details of the vehicle and even sent him a detailed video. My husband had informed Stephanos about his previous experience and how we have been traveling to far to be disappointed. Stephanos assured my husband that he would not be disappointed. My husband told Stephanos we will be there Friday(7/17/26). We arrived at the dealership Stephanos greeted us and showed us the car. The car was excellent just as Stephanos had told my husband. My husband was very pleased. Stephanos made our purchase a smooth transition and enjoyable. Thank you Stephanos

Í recently bought an Honda odyssey from this dealership, I have never been happier Mr Don the sales guy i called him Mr easy very humble and sweet, no hugging or husltling always listening to all your concerns and expectations . Mr Justin the finance guy works magic when it comes to getting you the best intrest rates from lenders and lastly Brian at the service area ensures all service concerns are taken care of and the vehicle proffesiinaly detailed. Even though I bought a used vehicle it feels and smells like brand new car. Wait a minute did I mention the snacks bar and the waiting area? Boy that place is Way better and luxurious than most airports vip lounge I'm a very happy camper. Highly recommended dealership.

Went in to find a car for my husband and left with a car for each of us! We had Carolyn Toledo helping us and we went in to find a hybid car in our price range and had played with the idea of trading my car in as well. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. There wasn't a lot of pushing, but they did a wonderful job of working with us on our budget. I've had some really awful experiences with car dealers, but this one was easy and stress free and we love our cars.

Russ Darrow Kia of WauwatosaReviews
Russ Darrow Kia of Wauwatosa review
During our recent visit to Russ Darrow Wauwatosa Kia to check out the pre-owned car options, I was lucky to be assisted by "Brianna Holbrook" —she was friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. She was clearly invested in helping me find the right car from the very beginning, with patience and professionalism, they walked me through the vehicle’s history, specifications, and overall condition, addressing my queries with clear and honest responses, I especially appreciated their transparency about pricing and willingness to accommodate a test drive without pressure. Thanks to Brianna professionalism and friendly approach, I felt confident and well-informed throughout the process. Brianna Holbrook is an outstanding Sales & Leasing Consultant, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking reliable and supportive service. The gorgeous Ford Edge SE is finally here! Huge Thanks to RUSS DARROW WAUWATOSA KIA.
