It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

This car meets and exceeds my expectations. Having a v8 that turns into a 4 cylinder on the freeway is amazing. It saves me some gas for owning a v8. The car picks up and goes on the dot. There is no lagging. The interior and exterior is in beautifully condition for being a rental vehicle before I purchased it. Having bluetooth, aux, USB and satellite radio is amazing. I never run out of options for music.
We wanted a fun car to drive, after years of raising children and being sensible. Originally I was looking at convertible but when we test drove the challenger both my husband and I loved it. we have had it for two years now and still love driving it. The interior is so unique with red and black leather too. We get compliments on it all the time.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I will never buy a dodge ever again. Worst car.

The challenger is a terrible car. Less than a year old and already the window motor went out, the door handle broke, the decal on gas tank bubbled up and cracked and my LED brake light went out. Stayed in there shop 2 weeks with no communication or updates. Terrible customer services.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.

It has everything I need: heated steering wheel awesome when it’s cold outside, leather seats with cooling and heating, good performance even for 3.6 l engine. Best choice if you looking car for fun
On Labor Day weekend 2018 we found ourselves in need of a new vehicle. On Saturday we drove to our favorite dealer "Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan" in Puyallup Washington and checked in with our favorite sales guy "Boot" we told him what we were looking for. It is our second car we needed to replace so we were looking for a used SUV. Boot hooked us up with a 2010 Nissan Armada, LOVE IT! It took about 2 hours total to drive in, test drive, go through financing and get the vehicle. We were off and on our camping trip the next day. Thanks Boot... We have seen him now in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for our automotive needs. Thanks Boot!

This car is very beautiful inside and out! Now I will say that there isn’t too many storage places for my phone so I have to leave it in the center console. The only problem I’m having is when winter hits my windows freeze and I’m not able to close the door. The window goes down about a quarter of a inch when you open the door and goes back up when you close it, I’m assuming it’s so you don’t slam the door and break the window. If you purchase this car and run into that issue just take a credit card and scrape the track of the window and you should be good to go!
I went straight to Cameron and told him what I wanted, and he made it happen in a very timely manner! I have never had such a good experience car shopping. I was in and out of there in a couple short hours. I will highly recommend Cameron and this dealership to my friends. Thank you!

The car did not meet my expectations. It got old very fast. The vehicle has lost about 30% of its value in the last year. Interior is difficult and even in normal driving, the tires are already shot. The rubber on the outside of the car is already looking like the car is 5 years old. Not good value for the money.
I never been through such a smooth process in purchasing a vehicle. I would like to thank Adrian, the car salesman, no pressure, no haggling. Adrian was straight up truthful, honest and knowledgeable on getting me the best car for my investment money. Also, I would like to thank Calvin the financial officer who worked endlessly to get the best possible low interest rate for me. I'm a loyal guy to people who treat me right. This car meets all my needs I bought it to use as a fun car on the weekend with 700 horsepower it is a lot of fun and there is a lot of room for three other people it's a seats are very comfortable and gas mileage is not that bad I'm getting 20 miles to the gallon driving
Emailed dealer that I was interested in their used vehicle inventory. .particularly a 370Z. ..salesman promptly called within minutes. ..his information was incomplete on website and the information he did provide did not match the seller description. ..price was higher than vehicle worth. ..sales didn't really attempt to have much interest in my business. Traveled 50 miles more to a dealership that valued my business. Traveled there and bought a similar 370z that day.

I came to Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma in the beginning of October and I was greeted by Augustus in the sales department. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and took me around to show me different cars that might work for me when I am ready. With every other car buying experience I’ve had, if I would have told the salesman that I was not ready to buy they would not have given me the time of day or would have been so pushy. But this time was so refreshing. Will definitely go through Augustus and Mercedes of Tacoma when I am ready!

I had rented a new Ford 250 to travel to California and pick up my horses - 2050 mile round trip. I have driven p up trucks before, but not a diesel. Was advised by rental Co Agent that I would have to insert 2? small containers of Diesel fuel additive within the first 500 miles. Was confused about the process. Saw Lakewood from the highway decided to ask someone there about buying additive. Drove up and talked to employee Sam. Very friendly and approachable person. He checked with several knowledgeable people in the shop. It was determined that a gallon should be inserted and would last 5000 miles. That was promptly done. When I insisted in paying for the additive Sam said it was free. No amount of pressure worked in my wanting to pay. I was going to bill the rental agency. I told them that Lakewood is a great group of people. Their kindness and treating me like I was a valuable customer, when I was not, was a thermometer of their approach to customer satisfaction.
