New to the area, I took my wife’s Camry XLE in for periodic maintenance. I called the service department and received a same day appointment. The telephone receptionist was exceptionally courteous and friendly and provided me everything I needed to know. I was greeted promptly at the service center and introduced to My service advisor, Micah who was very professional and courteous. Micah escorted me to the customer waiting lounge which was well appointed and comfortable. Service was quick, professional with no pressured upselling. Probably the best auto service experience I’ve ever had in my 65 years of driving. Without reservation, highly recommended.

Buying out-of-state has its special set of challenges but the internet sales team, specifically Arron, was incredibly accommodating, informative and responsive. Checking internet for used late model vehicles Lexus, Mercedes, BMW...went to dealership to see an advertised vehicle....John (salesman), told us he had sold vehicle couple of hours before (we actually met buyer of that vehicle)...showed us others, test drove (NO HASSLES)...couldn't find low enough mileage on vehicle...John introduced us to Ben (manager)...He stopped everything he was doing and gave us 100% of his time....asked us lots of car questions from color to make and model, etc...he got on-line, found us a potential vehicle...said he'd bid on Monday (we were there late Sat afternoon)....Monday came around, he called me repeatedly, e-mailed me, on prices and conditions of vehicles...Bought vehicle (on my word alone, no paperwork)...sent me various pictures, stayed late following Friday, and we closed on the vehicle. ....I've bought and sold cars for 45 years....I've never had such a positive experience buying a vehicle. ..I will be back, along with anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have owned several Hyundai cars beginning with the accent, so every time I'm looking to upgrad my Hyundai. The reason I choose southpoint was because we have been bringing our other hyundai cars there for service. Your service department has been beyond reproach, especially Gilbert the service manager (I think). But anyway his name is Gilbert in the service department. He has integrity, very professional & honest. He has been nothing but fair when quoting car repairs and then following up during and in between and after the work has been done. Gilbert is a true professional and a great asset to Southpoint Hyundai. The other person I would like to mention is Thomas the young man who helped me with my purchase. I first met Thomas through the online system, because that's where I started my search, there was no doubt in my mind that my car was going to be bought at Southpoint Hyundai, it was just a matter of what color Sonata I wanted. I'm a no nonsense person, I don't won't nobody telling me what I want & trying to sell me something. Thomas was respectful from the first phone call until the last. He listened and did what I asked, so my experience was wonderful with him. I would recommend anybody I know looking for a car to go to Southpoint and go see Thomas. If y'all give bonuses then you need to give Thomas a bonus, and if you don't give a bonus then you need to! Car salesmen have bad reputations, but you all can be proud of Thomas, he is a wonderful young man. The next person is Sonny the finance guy, he is a 'Hoot" and I mean that with the utmost respect. When buying a car the finance part is the hardest. Sonny did this part with me effortlessly, there was "NO" stress during this process. Did I get the interest rate and payment I wanted, NO. That is not from Sonny not trying to do the best of me. But Sonny did the best he could with what he had to work with, Me(55357)(56842). So I'm very grateful for that. The other person was Joe the finance guy who wrapped up my deal, he was thorough and professional. At the end of the day the only complaint I have is that I got no credit for the work that I had done on my old Elantra a few months prior to me my buying my new car. Although I mentioned it to Thomas & Sonny during my process, I never got an answer as to if they would give me some credit. The timing belt was replaced on my other Hyundai. However at the end of the day, Hyundai is a great car, and Southpoint is the best! Oh yea did I mention that I drive an hour to get to Southpoint, when there are several Hyundai dealers where I live and pass several Hyundai dealers on my way to Southpoint, but its worth the drive to get the kind of service Southpoint has. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My wife drove a new Journey Crossroad off the lot two years ago. Last week my Mitsubishi went kaputs after owning it 16 years. I liked my wife's Journey so much I finally got a chance to get one of my own. The V6 has alot of zip, it can tow my boat, comfortable quiet ride. Really enjoying it without any problems with either of them.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I had been looking for a Jeep to purchase for my son for his 16th birthday so he can drive to/from school and work. These cars are plenty, so the search was fairly easy. What I found to be very difficult was finding a good dealership to purchase the car from. I had paid for one in Dallas that was described to be like-new, but after flying there I found it to be beat up and abused. I flew to Dallas to find this out, a loss of a day and about $850 due to dealership dishonesty. I found that the (somewhat) local David McDavid pre-owned auto dealer had a white 2011 Jeep and I made an offer that they accepted. I worked directly with Jared Cole, a very nice and very professional individual. When we test drove, it had the ENGINE light on, I told him I'd not purchase with that light on. They looked at it and informed me it was related to the air bag and it needed a software update. It test drove w/o incident, so we purchased it. The next day after driving him home we walked out to go practice parallel parking (remember those days?), we made it down the driveway before the engine started to steam....all antifreeze escaped the car. I obviously wasn't happy, but Jared said he'd take care of it. A few hours later (I live in the county) a tow truck showed up and it was towed to the Jeep dealer. It was found that the thermostat was faulty, causing the car to overheat. It was quickly fixed at the expense of Acura and Jared/Zach drove it back out to my home to deliver it to me. Would I recommend them...Yes, I would. Even the manager there was fun to work with. The sale was fairly quick and pretty painless. A+ in my book- -Jason W.

I was looking at Journeys for a few months and I recently upgrade from a 2014 Chevy Cruze to a 2015 Dodge Journey RT. I'm in love with it. It's probably the best decision I have ever made. Yes I'm aware I only got a year newer vehicle than the one I had but my options were slim with price ranges. I wanted a 2016 or 2017 dodge journey but the price was to high and I was upside down on my Cruze. (Only had my Cruze 2 years on loan) Journey drives so smooth. And i love the interior design. This SUV is underrated by the critics. I think they should reevaluate it. It's a nice budget friendly Mid sized SUV and I love it. The gas mileage hasnt even been that bad either. Cant wait to take it to Florida.

In April, 2017, I shopped for a new truck in Austin, TX, reviewing Toyota, Ford, Chevy and Dodge offerings . The Charles Maund Toyota sales team was by far the best. Veronica Sifuentes was just excellent as the point sales person. She listened to me to understand my needs/wants and then matched me with Toyota's best/most appropriate product (2017 Tundra). Unusually strong sales skills/talent, very easy to work with and followed up on everything. The sales experience was much better than anticipated, with no pressure, honest negotiations, reasonable give and take, and a very efficient sales close process. An interesting note: While talking with Ford, I mentioned I was trading in an old Toyota Tundra and shopping for a new "best" truck. Their sales guy said "Hmmm, most Toyota owners buy another Toyota truck, because they so enjoyed their prior one." Absolutely true, and after reviewing/driving the top 4 truck brands - I bought another Toyota Tundra. My last one was the best truck I've ever owned, with no significant repairs needed in 9 years of ownership. Currently, Ford F150 gets better gas mileage, Chevy Silverado has more tech inside, Dodge Ram is kind of pretty, but the Toyota Tundra is the most reliable, has the best repair record, is safer and will haul you out of the ditch every time - no sweat. The truck is just awesome - buy one and you will not regret it.

I scheduled a passenger side air bag inflator recall repair and a scheduled maintenance. I furnished my oil for the change, had recently replaced wipers and passenger compartment air filter. Tires rotated and checked. Service advisor said the engine air filter appeared clean and did not need to be replaced. The work was done quickly and efficiently and in good time. Very pleased with the work and the personnel.

This was hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a new car! We secured a pre-approved loan from Capital One and I reached out to Patrick Reeb. We found a 2017 Sonata Limited at a great price. Over $6K in savings due to currently owning a Sonata and me being a US Army Veteran. Patrick set us up with Finance Manager, John Freeland. I'd told Patrick I wasn't interested in any additional items, i.e. Extended Warranty, GAP, etc... John was very respectful of my request. He simply asked me a few questions and for my own benefit offered us a 10 yr/100K mile Bumper to Bumper warranty that added a few dollars a month to my payment. Peace of Mind is one of the reasons why we've just purchased our 3rd Hyundai and this warranty at the price he offered us was just the right thing to put our peace of mind at the max! I have been looking for a new Silverado LTZ with 2WD, nicely appointed, WITH the 6.2L engine for a year and a half. I could have ordered one and waited the 60 - 90 days to have one built, but I didn't want to go that route. Capitol had 3 2017's in stock, one in my preferred color, and I was able to buy my elusive Silverado. Capitol's Internet Sales guy, Eddie Sifuentes, helped me greatly with my buying process, and suggested I get a CarMax appraisal when the first trade offer was way too low. He was able to get me $500 over the CarMax appraisal, and that got my out-of-pocket cost for the truck lowered by over $10,000! That's the kind of car salesperson I like. Eddie kept going out of his way to deliver the truck to my home, and volunteering to pick it up and take it back to the dealership next week when some dealer-installed options that were ordered come in. Marco in Finance was also very helpful, keeping his sense of humor as our transaction kept him at his desk until after 9:30 pm on a Friday night. He got everything done to wrap up the sale to our satisfaction in spite of the late hour. Thanks to the Capitol Chevrolet team - this is the second new Silverado I have purchased there, and I will keep coming back.

We have 6 grandkids so we needed a car with 3 row seating. Had a Honda Pilot, good car but low miles per gallon and expensive to buy, even used. The wife loves her new Journey and it fits our needs well. Lots of value for the money, fun to drive, and so far...no problems.

I referred this dealership to several friends and co-workers the day after I purchased my vehicle. This is not the first time I purchased a vehicle from Don Hewlett. My first experience was in 2006. That experience was identical to this experience in that I researched vehicles online, was immediately contacted by a salesman, and followed up with a visit to the dealership. From that first internet contact to closing the deal, I felt as if I was the only customer they had. Here's what I liked about the dealership: Walking into the dealership feels welcoming in that the cars (the product) are on display. I've been in other dealerships where all you see is a bunch of people milling about. Patriotic pictures (including Texana) are on display. As a military veteran, that appealed to me. Everything is immaculately clean and in good repair. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me promptly. Carl Staves, who started out as my salesman, became my new friend. As a senior citizen, I have purchased many new cars and I abhor the negotiating process. The salesmen always seemed to be the "middle man". I've gotten to the point where I just want to deal with the manager and not have to go through the middle man. However, the industry doesn't work that way. This is the first time I EVER felt like the salesman represented my interests fairly to the manager. I felt like Carl was fighting for me to get the best price possible. Carl did not use cliches like "what can I do to earn your business" or ask "if I can get the price right, are you ready to buy today". Had he done so, it would have interfered with the process because I would have tuned him out. Because he didn't, I felt like an individual being listened to. He took the time to patiently demonstrate features on the car. This is very important because there is so much technology on the vehicle and it can be overwhelming to senior citizens. This example alone is important enough to refer all senior citizens to him to buy their next new car. After the purchase, Carl followed up with me several times to ensure I had everything I needed and to answer questions, which of course I had. This proves that the sale doesn't stop once the contract is signed. The finance personnel, Jeff Grazioplene and Buddy Shepperd, were great and did not resort to high pressure sales tactics. Neither did they "sulk" when I declined their products. I purchased accessories from Jerred and he was very informative about the products and also offered fair pricing. I would like to add that I do not live near this dealership but the way I was treated and the price I got - including the price of my trade-in vehicle - was worth the distance it took to drive there. This purchase was an expensive one and the most important thing I can say is that the deal was great, I was treated fairly, and I walked away a very happy customer. Happy customers make more happy customers.

I wanted similar feature to my Grand Caravan, but more ground clearance. This vehicle is great with the exception of the third row having virtually no leg room. Not using it very often, I’m just glad to have the extra seats if needed.

I would have never bought the Journey if I went by the big "consumer rating" blogs out there. My experience has been just the opposite than most of them. Good ride, comfortable roomy interior, decent fuel mileage for a 7 passenger SUV (V6 engine) reliable, easy to service. I've had 1 repair, the check engine light came on and it turned out the oil pressure sending unit was bad, reading 40psi all the time. On a recent extended trip through Oregon (about 2500 miles) I averaged 27mpg. Using synthetic oil seems to improve the fuel mileage.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

This is the 3rd Journey that I have owned. Before this purchased I own a Jeep Patriot and it does not come close to the Journey. You sit up in the Journey and it is a very comfortable car. Plenty of leg room not only for the front seat but the back seats as well. Has plenty of power, and the car overall is good looking.
