Saw vehicle on the internet on a Sunday. Called and AMY answered. Based on her accurate information she invited us to the lot the same day. We drove 2.5 hours and test drove the Honda CR-Z. AMY made sure all of our questions were answered. The car was an excellent deal for the price offered. The car did need brakes and a light. AMY made sure the repairs were done to perfection. She communicated via text over the next few days. Always answered instantly. The car was ready when they said it was. Everything completed as promised. Paperwork was painless. By Wednesday evening I was home with the car! AMY was a professional, the business did what they said. No Gimmicks, no false promises, no issues!

I have been looking for a used car for a few months and finally found one with Ed the general manager at Bianco. Ed was patient and very knowledgeable about the cars. I took it for a test drive and loved it. He gave me a great deal and all the paperwork was done in a day. I picked up my car it was so clean and smelled good with brand new floor mats. Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... Patience, just a little patience - and you'll be treated right too. All the best to customers in need of a new used vehicle!

I have been left speechless by the services provided by MotorCar Classics. I had called their office and was so lucky to be connected to Craig. The original conversation started with info on a car they had recently sold. We talked for a good 20-30 minutes and I can tell Craig was full of enthusiasm and a passion for cars. One conversation led to another and he taught me how consignment works. I had sold 4 jeeps prior on my own and didn't even know consignment to sell a car was a thing. He walked me through the details on how it works. I ended up giving them my Jeep CJ-7 after a week and they had it sold faster than I had imagined. For my age, my biggest battle is getting a conversation going with such professionals who deal with cars worth hundreds of thousands. The dealership is another story, if your looking for a reasonable price this is the dealership for you, they get cars from Auction so no idea about the history of the car, they get checked when you already signed for the As- is purchase, don't go there on a weekend, if you have patience, wants a bargain, (non negotiable deals)time, and good mechanic this is a place to go, got lucky with Alex very accommodating and great salesman

Bought my 2018 4Runner from them. Good "No haggle" price. In spite of the "Covid" restrictions the process went smoothly. Their "Detail Center" was closed due to the restrictions so they gave me a "We owe" on the cleaning and detail.
