My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I have owned this vehicle for 2 months, and am very happy with it! I was a little nervous about downsizing slightly from a Ford Escape to a Ford EcoSport, but it has proven to be plenty roomy for my needs. I am really impressed with all of the nice features like heated seats, moonroof, and the Sync3 system - all without a big price!

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Robert Sisk is the most helpful salesman we have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to help my mother and I find just what we needed in a new vehicle. In April, I needed to have a below the knee amputation on my right leg. I was going between the hospital and rehab facility for two and a half months with a total of 5 surgeries and then a sixth surgery as outpatient later. During this very trying ordeal, my mother took her Taurus in for service and told Mike Alevizos about my surgery when he inquired if I still liked my Equinox, and she told him that we needed information on hand controls for my car. Mike referred my mother to Robert, who handles their handicap division and she told Robert that what we would really like would be a vehicle that could accommodate two Pride Victory 10 handicap scooters inside it so we could travel in the same vehicle again now that both of us would need our scooters every time we went out. Robert said that they do have a van that would work and then told her about the Transit 350. Robert kept contact with my mother while I was in the hospital and rehab and then drove one of the vans to our house to pick us up and take us to the dealership to see another on that had a different type of lift on it. Robert worked tirelessly with us over a few weeks to find the right size van and have the right type and length of lift to fit our scooters and have other features that we needed. He was so pleasant and helpful to work with, it made the whole process much less anxious to turn in both of our vehicles and go down to just one. He even provided over the phone support when we had to call him about something we forgot how to do in the van. Sanderson Ford has been good to my mom with two car purchase in the past, and we are very grateful to Robert for guiding us through this purchase since we had no idea how to go about buying an accessible van. Thanks Robert!!!

This is a great car, I traded in my mini cooper for the Ecosport. I am happy with it thus far. Being used to the wide tire placement on the mini, I can feel the difference in this car, so I will most likely replace the tires soon to feel a bit more stable. But otherwise its perfect. Has all the bells and whistles I was missing in the mini and really wanted.

Amazing service! I have bought many cars in my time however I will continue to be a repeat customer with Chapman Chevy! I just finished my 3rd car purchase with them in the last 2 years. I bought a Malibu in 2014 and 2 cars this month (1 new Malibu and a used car for my son). I HIGHLY recommend requesting Danny Ortiz! This last purchase I had some things I needed to have done with my car. Not only was the purchase super quick and easy, Danny was there every step of the way for the next 3 weeks to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. I have had so many sales reps in the past that lie and do not care. When the sale is done they are done. You will NOT get this service at Chapman. They will continue to help you plus the service department is top notch as well! If you are in the time of considering a purchase on a new or used vehicle I would give them a call and ask for Danny Ortiz (at least to feel him out). I just want you to have an amazing experience like I did! So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day. I had an excellent Service Advisor, Taras, and he took great care of me, with some specific preferences I had. When I called very early in the morning for the appointment, I requested that day, and they were able to get me in the same day. The mechanics don't seem to get mentioned on here very much, so thank you to the great technician too! The waiting area is also nice, service waiting area and customer waiting area, with TV, Keurig machine, many various options on the flavors, bottled water, and danish/muffin assortment. While there, I also visited the accessories store, and purchased a BMW mouse pad. It's very nice, thin, special backing that prevents it from sliding, and has a photo on it of the new i8 sports car. The gentlemen who helped me in the parts/accessories store was very nice and professional, and answered questions for me on other things that I was looking at. My husband and I also got the chance to say hello to Alan and Elliott, who are also the best you'll find in the business, and Bob, our salesperson was not in yet, but he is awesome too! I love this dealership! --------------- Additional Note ------------- ***** Does anyone know why the oil they used was not the exact one recommended in the warranty and service manuals? The parts number for the oil was different, and the manual was pretty specific about this, per Page 7 of the PDF Service Manual as follows: "... vehicles are factory-filled with BMW High Performance Synthetic oils.We recommend BMW High Performance 5W-30 Synthetic Oil (BMW part number 07 51 0 017 866) for regular scheduled engine oil changes." I tried to find a logical explanation on the internet, and it seemed others had discussed this as well in the BMW forum.

I highly recommend working with Joe Lena if you are in the market to purchase or lease a BMW. My recent purchase was the third I have made at BMW Camelback and Joe is the reason I continue buying at this dealership. I thought I would be happy with my Fiesta, but It felt too small. The Ecosport is just right for me. Classified as an SUV. Used to have an Edge for 10 years. This car feels like an SUV, only smaller than the Edge. Just right for my current lifestyle, basically retirement. Feels really great when driving it. I love the way it handles.

Started the buying process through USAA, as they offer a discount. (It's not a huge discount, but it also includes lots of other little things, like maximums on what a dealer can charge you for certain things, etc.). When I hit that button, I was innundated by calls, voicemails, emails and texts from 7 dealerships! It was very overwhelming. Eric Steffes at Camelback sent me one email and one text the next day. When I explained that I was just gathering info and was being hounded by all these dealerships, he was very understanding. He sympathized, and then told me exactly what he had that met my specifications. No upsell, no pressue, just "here is what I have and this is the price." Considering most dealership won't give you exact pricing without you coming in to the dealership, I was impressed - and relieved. I liked the vehicle, texted with him with a few questions about the vehicle and set up a test drive. When I arrived fo rhte test drive, both Eric and the vehicle were ready and waiting for me. He answered all my questions, and I decided to purchase the car. I had to go back to work, so I filled out the credit app, they valued my trade inand I went back to work. I was in and out in 35 inutes. I returned to the dealership after work, and once again, everything was ready to go. The vehicle was ready, and the paperwork just needed to be signed. Blake, the F & I manager was great. We went through the paperwork for the vehicle purchase, my trade in and everything. When we go to the extended warranty part - Blake did exactly what any good salesperson does - he did his best pitch. He answered my questions, and pressed the issue. When I declined, he pressed again, but respectfully. I declined again, and he did some finagaling along with the sales manager and GM of the dealershp to get me the warranty at a price I could live with. I honestly feel that I got a great deal on the vehicle AND the warranty. Delivery was a breeze, and Eric even helped me move stuff from my trade in to the new vehicle. All in all, I would definately recommend Camelback Ford to purcahse a vehicle. They were 100% professional, and respectful of my time and budget!

I was looking for a smaller size SUV and began searching the internet. Immediately the Ford Eco Sport stood out. I have the lightening blue color and have been getting complements left and right. The interior is very comfortable, the features in the SE model are fabulous. My only complaints are the exceleration off the line is chokey and the rear view mirror shakes on the interstate. Otherwise I am beyond thrilled. This is by far the best car purchase I have ever made.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.
