Used 2020 Ford EcoSport for Sale in Snellville, GA

I made an appointment for service (oil change & tire rotation) for 11:30 a.m. on a Tuesday, and because I cannot be away from my business for very long, I also arranged a shuttle to take me back to my office. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by both a service associate who verified my appointment and checked in my vehicle, and then escorted to my service adviser, Jeff. As Jeff was preparing my service order, I mentioned that I had arranged for the shuttle. He indicated that the shuttle was just loading and getting ready to leave, however, there was no car ahead of my Mustang and the service should take no more than 45 minutes. I chose to stay and wait, as it would have taken much longer to go and come back with the shuttle. I made myself comfortable in the waiting area, which was not very crowded, was clean and even had coffee and snacks available. I wasn't expecting my car to be ready so soon! 35 minutes after I sat down, checked my email and made a couple of phone calls, Jeff came back to tell me that my car was ready. As I was checking-out, I asked Jeff if they offered a car wash or detailing service. He mentioned the price of the detailing, but also stated that they give a free car wash with the oil change (OK, "The Works" package, which I received), however I should allow another 45 minutes. I'll do it next time. Short of not having to leave my office to have my car serviced, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Ferman Ford's service, based upon this experience.

Let me just say, "THANK YOU JOSEPH". I am loving my vehicle. I had the opportunity to use the SYNC Connect this morning to remote start my car from my phone. 'FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC'!!!! and the Blind Spot Indicator.....Awesome!!!. Let me take the opportunity to say that our salesperson, Joseph Opoku was Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. I have purchased many cars in my 57 years; however, more recently, each time I bought a car, it seemed to get more confusing, more time consuming, more wasted time chasing "internet deals" that turned out not to be deals at all, salespeople refusing to give me an "idea" or "ball-park" price without actually meeting face-to-face or simply not listening to what I was trying to say..??? This all changed when I spoke with Kevin at Atlanta Luxury Motors (ALM). Kevin listened so well that a couple of times I thought my cell phone had dropped the call???. but after Kevin summarized what I was asking for and offered a few tips on the warranty questions that I had, I knew immediately that not only was he listening???. he seemed to really care. We talked about my budget and he provided with several car options that were, quite frankly, almost too good to be true! Still "leery" from recent auto purchases???. I was imagining the quintessential "GOTCHA" as I drove to ALM to look at the car options that were presented to me on the phone. I was with my Wife and Daughter as the car purchase was to be for my Daughter to drive back and forth from school???.. I literally playing out all of the horrible possibilities of "bait & switch", "high-pressure", tag-team Manager "take-over" sales gimmicks and the most dreaded???.. finding out the deal you made with the Salesman & Sales Manager isn't the same deal the Finance Manager presents to you, thus starting the negotiations all over again???.. followed by endless "up-sell" and "add-on" pitches. It was a very cold day when we arrived at ALM???. Kevin had the car washed and warming-up when we arrived. After offering us hot beverages, Kevin gave us an overview of the features of the car and went for a test ride with my Daughter driving??? during the test ride, Kevin pointed out the safety features and accessories of the car while asking for her "candid" input as to how the car was handling, breaking and performing. After returning to ALM and my Daughter's approval of the car, Kevin had her current car appraised??? her car had a "DSC Traction Control" warning light on and the car had some nicks & dings; therefore, being that the car we were looking at was well below market value???. I was waiting/expecting a "low-ball" or unreasonable trade-in offer. I couldn't have been more wrong as Kevin returned with a trade-in offer that couldn't have been more reasonable and well above what I was expecting. After applying the trade-in to the price we agreed upon earlier, we headed into the Finance Office where we met Eric???. My Family's experience thus far had been so absolutely enjoyable??? the pessimist in me was still waiting "for the shoe to drop"???. Once again, I could't have been more wrong as Eric presented a couple of finance options???. some of which were lower than the offers discussed when putting the pricing together with Kevin. Eric effortlessly prepared the documents (with a short delay to change a printer cartridge) then explained each of the documents in easy to understand terms while patiently answering all of our questions???. Eric turned out to be very professional, competent, warm, friendly and quite entertaining???. as I cannot remember ever "laughing", as we did , in a Auto Dealer's Finance Office. This review is one of very few that I have ever written and although it has turned out to be much longer than I anticipated writing??? I feel as if I owed it to Kevin, Eric & ALM for making my Family's car buying experience such a pleasurable one! Not only did I get an AWESOME price on an AWESOME automobile???. I really feel like I met some AWESOME new friends that make me smile! I would highly recommend ALM to my Friends and I cannot imagine buying a car again from anyone else???..

I have owned this vehicle for 2 months, and am very happy with it! I was a little nervous about downsizing slightly from a Ford Escape to a Ford EcoSport, but it has proven to be plenty roomy for my needs. I am really impressed with all of the nice features like heated seats, moonroof, and the Sync3 system - all without a big price!

I was inquiring about vehicles that fit a set budget, mileage, and year. After much searching (for about a week and definitely all day on the 26th) I came across a 2014 Hyundai Elantra that was listed for a little over 8000.00. Once I sent my inquiry, BJ Walls immediately emailed, texted, and called me. I was in class so I couldn't answer, however, I did return his call and did not reach him at first. He called me back while I was speaking with another dealership and I immediately kicked the other dealership off of the phone. I was about 1 minute for settling on a decent enough car but it wasn't what I really wanted. BJ said with tags, title, and fees included with the price of the car that my total would not go over 10000. I didn't know if I believed him but a friend went with me. I was an hour or so early but BJ helped us immediately. All of the paperwork took maybe 25 minutes (after the test drive) and then I was just waiting while they cleaned up the car (that was already clean lol). BJ even took the vehicle and put gas in it! This was the best experience ever and I highly recommend BJ Walls! He was polite, professional, quick, and accommodating! Plus... all of those plaques and awards for being the top sales man at least 7-15 different years didn't hurt either. Thank you again BJ!

Purchased the car for my 18 year old; she loves it. She likes the electronics, the size of the car, all the ways the seat is adjustable. The overall appearance of the car is cute. We compared to Honda, Ford had more features for a better price.

I went to MLM looking for a truck to buy as my very 1st vehicle. I didn't know what I wanted but I knew what I wanted it to have and how much I wanted to spend. I explained all this to Jay my Saleman and the search began. He was so patient with me as I test drove numerous trucks. I thought I found the one for me but it was unavailable. After 4hrs, I remembered seeing a Chrysler 300 and asked to see it before I make a decision from the other choices I test drove. Jay said, "Sure let me get the key." Jay pulled it out for me, I sat in it and knew I had found what was waiting for me. She has everything I wanted and more!!! MLM stayed open 2 1/2hrs past their closing time to allow my Dream to come true. Jay could have given up and told me to come back another time, but he didn't. He knew this was my 1st time buying a car and he let me find my "Chrysta!!!!"(That's what I named her lol.) What an AMAZING experience I had buying my 1st car from MLM!!! Thank You Jay and the MLM Staff for helping make my Dream come true. I just Love My NEW CAR!! Go check them out and ask for Jay. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

This is a great car, I traded in my mini cooper for the Ecosport. I am happy with it thus far. Being used to the wide tire placement on the mini, I can feel the difference in this car, so I will most likely replace the tires soon to feel a bit more stable. But otherwise its perfect. Has all the bells and whistles I was missing in the mini and really wanted.

I arrived at Stone Mountain Toyota for an appointment to service my vehicle for a factory recall, and was asked to return the following week without any advance notification. While all of the other service coordinators were unwilling to help or find the manager to assist, Chris Terrell went above and beyond to honor my appointment as initially promised and also arranged for a rental car. I would be unsure about recommending this dealership save for direct service from Chris.

Interior front feels like an Escape. I even had someone tell me they like my new Escape. They are very similar. The only difference is smaller trunk & smaller back seat leg room.

I HATE car dealerships! With that being said we had the most amazing buying experience with this dealership! When we first entered the dealership we were quickly greeted by an employee named Kervin (sp?). He was a very nice young man who was new to the auto industry and was polite and professional. After a test drive they quickly appraised our vehicle to see where we were on the numbers. Shortly thereafter we were handed off to Shaun Wilhelmi who spent an entire week helping me sort through multiple vehicles in multiple locations along with coordinating multiple test drives. When I say this man has the patience of a saint I'm not kidding! I am a very high strung, high maintenance buyer and he never once appeared annoyed or frustrated at my constant text messages and phone calls. He even went so far as having a conference call with my husband and myself at 10 pm one night because my husbands work schedule is so hectic! Again he had nothing but a smile in his voice and never once appeared annoyed. He told us multiple times throughout the week that if it takes us a month to find a car that's fine with him because he wanted us to come back and buy from him again! Zero sales pressure! After going back and forth for a week we decided on a 2016 Lexus GX460 with only 2000 miles on it! It came time for financing and there was a bit of confusion regarding our trade in and financing options changed at the 9th hour. I knew the deal was over because it was a very complicated credit matter. I was shocked when after waiting 45 minutes Shaun Wilhelmi came out and said "we got the deal"! Pleasantly surprised the interest rate was 2 points LOWER than initially quoted thanks to the magic powers of the rockstar finance guy Shawn Phillips! Shawn P was also great comedic relief during an otherwise stressful time signing loan papers!!! Last but not lease Danny (sales manager) was very involved in the entire transaction and did everything he could to win our business including a "we owe" for a trailer hitch install on the new SUV. I can't say thank you enough to this fine group of folks. We have spent years working with a dealership down the road but I can tell you from here on out we will only deal with ALM for future purchases and we will tell all of our friends, colleagues and family to do the same! I would totally vote Shaun W. employee of the year!

This Ecosport rides very smooth, easy to handle. I love the grey color of the exterior. I like the keyless start, the ease of adjusting my seat by pushing a button.

Dealership was very responsive and knowledgeable. Contact and communication was swift and low pressure. Follow-up was prompt and thorough. Have not yet visited physical dealership but pleasant experience thus far.

Stylish, easy on gas, fun to drive! Lots of safety features like blind-spot notification. The only thing missing is a CD player! I love to listen to my CDs!

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

We have only had it for one day but we are happy with it so far! It met all of my husband’s needs for a new less expensive vehicle.

I had not driven in 27 years because I lived in a city, so getting back to driving was a challenge, but Jim Digh made it easy and comfortable. He too almost the whole day with me, explaining all the new modifications and we test drove several cars before we found one that fit me. Then I returned it for a different make and model and he couldn't have been kinder. Maybe it's because I'm newly returned to the South, but he made what was an extremely anxious procedure for me, completely painless. And he was great fun to talk with.

Car meets alll my needs. Good navigation. The visility is pretty good. Screen is big and technology is excellent. Back up camera is good also.

From the Service Manager, Jon, to Hunter and Stephanie who showed compassion and empathy after my having gone through a huge ordeal wiped away, at least for a short time, my pain and helped me to smile while ensuring that my car was taken care of for my long drive back to the north and caring for my safety. Hunter left no stone unturned in his effort to help me to get the car fixed without an undue financial burden together with Stephanie's and Jon's approval. Whether it was a small gesture to getting me a cold soda to a meal and a ride to an imp appointment, it was done with speed and kindness. Eddie worked on my car and made sure it was safe right down to plugging a hole in my tire. His mechanical ability saved me hundreds of dollars due to a bad part affecting another part of my car. Kudos to him also. Please thank you for helping me and when I told my son overseas, he wept. He got so emotional and will thank Hunter and Jon when he comes home on leave next summer. You are all the greatest ever and anyone should be grateful for your kind actions.

I thought I would be happy with my Fiesta, but It felt too small. The Ecosport is just right for me. Classified as an SUV. Used to have an Edge for 10 years. This car feels like an SUV, only smaller than the Edge. Just right for my current lifestyle, basically retirement. Feels really great when driving it. I love the way it handles.

Great except the side door opening on the trunk in lieu of the overhead. That was a flop for Ford in the 70?s, why bring it back?

Most rear legroom and great interior styling. Drives very well. Very nice drive.Great 4 wheel drive. Good value. Room for three adults in rear seat.

Since I buy everything online, and I needed a new car I thought I would give it a shot. Boy was I impressed. From financentondeliveryntomcondition of car... Everything was simply easy. !

I was looking for a smaller size SUV and began searching the internet. Immediately the Ford Eco Sport stood out. I have the lightening blue color and have been getting complements left and right. The interior is very comfortable, the features in the SE model are fabulous. My only complaints are the exceleration off the line is chokey and the rear view mirror shakes on the interstate. Otherwise I am beyond thrilled. This is by far the best car purchase I have ever made.
