Our salesman jason is wonderful. He has always gone above and beyond for us. And made sure we got exactly the car. We want to with a payment we could afford. No matter how many questions he would sit there and answer him all. And make sure we were satisfied with the decision that was made. Rob and finance. Made everything so easy. No pressure. This is our third vehicle from Jack Demmer with Jason. And we've always been very satisfied.

Saw used car on internet, stopped in to check it out. Kevin let me look over the car before approaching me. He was helpful answering my questions, explaining features. At NO time did I feel pressured to make a deal. We negotiated what I feel was a VERY FAIR PRICE. Car was handed over freshly washed and with ample gas to get me home. Well worth the hour and 15 minute drive. Kevin is a very fair, NO PRESSURE, friendly person to deal with. I would send anyone shopping for a vehicle to him. Nice waiting area, clean facilities, and free coffee too!

I had a stripped lug. I purchased the lug nut and stud, they replaced it no charge. Much appreciated.

I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children. New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.
