This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

This car is so comfortable & quiet! I drive for Uber, so I wanted to make sure the backseat was comfortable for my passengers, definitely accomplished that!
Jorge Vargas was an outstanding sales person, and made the process more pleasant than we had thought possible. Our schedule is crazy, and Jorge was willing to come in on his day off to help wrap things up for us. We will recommend!!

My recently acquired Ford Edge Limited is to say the least a Very Nice product. I’ve owned 16 Ford vehicles from cars to 4x4 trucks and Broncos I’ve loved em all but on this day in my life the Edge does it!
It’s got so many luxury features that I am still discovering them, so many great ones are safety oriented. I looked for and found the 3.5 liter engine and could not be more pleased. Put it in sport mode and she goes. With 20” Scorpion tires handling is excellent for a vehicle with a higher profile, I just came out of a BMW 328i that was on 18x245 Michelin pilot sport tires so I am paying attention! The right engine/trans package is always important. If you get what you want in this vehicle It is worth the money!
To me it is best described as a somewhat tamed sports car with better visibility, the low center of gravity will have you looking for the sweet spot in that on ramp as you switch to sport mode and just move!!
Was looking for a used truck and ended up buying an S10 4X4 from Dave's. Overall the experience was nice (although a bit long to complete the paperwork) and drove the truck home (had 1/2 tank when we drove it off the lot). On the way home, the Service Engine Light (SEL) came on and pulled the code(s) when I got home as I have an OBD2 reader. Turns out O2 sensor was bad (fairly common and easy/cheap to replace) so I didn't make a big deal about it. However, next day I filled up the tank and ended up dumping around 5 gallons of gas on the gas station from a leak in the tank. Called Dave and negotiated how much he'd pay towards the repair (we agreed on 50/50. Had it towed to local Chevy dealer and quote was around $1,500. Provided Dave with copy of quote and without hesitation, he cut me a check.

Great car. Has not needed any service other than regular oil changes. Tires are even still good. Runs great in the city and on the highway.
Bought a 2005 Chrysler 300 C a few weeks back from these guys. I don’t how they did it but they did. They listen to my needs and got it done. Thanks Shawn & Rami!!

Had to downsize from a truck with a super crew. The edge has plenty of head room and leg room for me which I'm a 6' man. The cargo area opens up well with the rear seats folded down. The performance is top notch with the 3.5l V6 and should pull a trailer or small boat well. Handling is excellent and brakes on a dime. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.
