My husband recently passed away before getting around to updating to a newer vehicle. Today I woke up to 2 older vehicles, both needing repairs, high payments with only my income to work with. After saying a prayer, I called Regional Hyundai. I spoke to Robert Rodriguez. I explained my situation and shared with him my anxiety of purchasing a vehicle on my own for the first time in my life. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

Drove a Ford vehicle everyday for the better part of 30 years. LTD, Crown Vic’s and Explorers That took abuse from fleet use and never quit. Transmissions typical Ford but they lasted 100000 miles or better. This Edge by far comfortable, adequate power and smartly styled. Excellent value for the money.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

2017 Ford edge titanium , had to replace tires before 30000 miles. Took on trip and whole radio, GPS, touch screen quit working. Button s below would not work either. Driving thru snow storm and can't get defrost to turn on. Very scary. Called Ford for assistance and got someone over seas. Told us to contact our dealership, was told not a safety issue for recall. Really!!!!! Was told to take to a dealership in AZ. And leave so they could look at it, no rental or loaner car. I'm like thousands of miles from home.

I'm just going to talke about the only thing that was really BAD. My target time for delivery was 6am - 8am. My car showed up at 8PM. Hard to check it out in dark. I took the day off. And since it came so LATE that I had to call in sick the next day. (I get up at 3am for work) And the drivers door emblem was missing. Delivery drive said I had to prove it to him, that one was there when I nought th car, witch I did. He said there company would send me one. Yea RIGHT!!!

We put a lot of mileage on our cars and after going the hybrid route decided it was time to get rid of the noisy drive and all the bumps. Love the Edge as it performs beautifully in both categories. Have not owned it long enough to know reliability. But we'll enjoy the ride till we find out!

I contacted Ferguson Subaru in regards to a certified 2017 Outback that they had on their lot. I received a return contact the same day and quickly established a great relationship with Michael Altman. He was patient with all of my many questions and inquiries (I live 2.5 hours from the dealership) and I was quickly convinced that my next vehicle purchase would be a Subaru from Ferguson. We made arrangements to drive down on a Saturday morning and although Michael was sick and couldn't meet us that day he prepared Jeremy Bautista for our visit. Jeremy was equally knowledgeable about the Outback and it quickly became apparent that he was also a diehard Subaru fan. After several hours of test driving four different Outbacks we ended up buying a completely different version than we had planned - but it was the best experience I've had buying vehicles! Throughout the entire purchasing experience Ferguson's staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable about the complete Subaru lineup and never employed a high pressure approach. Both Michael and Jeremy have followed up with me since taking delivery of our new Outback and have continued to offer advice and insights when asked. My only "complaint" is that I live 2.5 hours from this dealership! But I see that as on opportunity to just enjoy my 2018 3.6r Outback that much more...!

I owned o e for 8 years and totaled it and found a newer one and had to buy it because I NEVER had any issues with it and loved everything about it. The newer ones have 4 cylinders and mine has a V6. I don’t like the newer ones!

It is simply some insight and advice that may help the harder to deal with customers.)The guys were GREAT! It's almost impossible to hit a perfect score, we are all human. I wish someone would have offered us something to drink while we waited for 5 hours. When I finally requested a bottle of water, I was given a cup of water from the water fountain (gross!) but since I was so thirsty I drank it anyway. You would think that if you are spending over 20k on a vehicle that you would be worth a bottle of water or even go the extra mile with a soda. I would also recommend to let the guys who clean the vehicles up know that if someone purchases a new vehicle, there is no need to spray stinky air freshener in it before delivery/pick up. One of the best parts about buying a new car is the 'new car smell', it was very disappointing that it lacked that luster. Also, it felt a little bit like once we were passed on to the finance guy, we were 'old news'. Would have been nice to been made to felt somewhat 'special'. I am in the broadcasting and customer service business, so these things probably stand out more to me than to the average bear. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle and the guys were nice. Finance guy, Vic, was awesome at being thorough and clear about the insurance/extended warranty options. DJ was nice as well. Thank you guys for getting me into this vehicle. It is lovely and you went above and beyond to ultimately get me as close to the features that I wanted without pushing me TOO far above my price range. Thank you guys for everything. You rock! (Offer your customers something to drink! They are there spending a LOT of money! Don't make them buy a soda or water. It's not like buying a new pair of shoes, spring for a soda or something! lol) Again, overall it was good. Thanks DJ! (Reminder: before I moved from OKC I always dealt with the same salesman at the same dealership [for the past 3 vehicles I have purchased]. The way I could always remember his name/number/dealership is because he always put his business card in the ashtray or cubby/console. Anytime I was in the market for a vehicle, I knew exactly who and where to call!) Also, you should have your front desk girls smile and maybe even greet/acknowledge the customers.

We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

I recently purchased a used Lexus GX460 from Mark Hughes at Jackie Cooper. I had looked around quite a bit online. I had pretty much narrowed it down to a few different colors / option packages. This left about 10-15 cars within 1,000 miles of me to choose from. I contacted a handful of the dealers who had the cars that fit my criteria. Mark Hughes was, without a doubt, the most thorough and responsive of any of the salesmen I spoke with. I probably should have bought it from the get-go, however, there was a similar vehicle much closer to me. I actually drove 250 miles to go pickup the other vehicle, and when I got there, it had some very obvious (and very bad) prior repairs that had not been disclosed. So, I was even more hesitant to travel from Murfreesboro, TN to Tulsa, OK to buy the GX Jackie Cooper had. However, I talked it over with Mark, he assured me that the vehicle was as described, and we came to an agreement. He went WAYYY above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was as he was describing it, and I was not let down once I arrived. Mark picked me up at my hotel the morning after I arrived. We took the car for a test drive. Got back to the dealer and looked it over. Signed some papers. And then I got on the road. No force feeding me an extended warranty. They did exactly what we agreed on. The car had been checked out and cleaned up as well as could possibly be done. It looked FLAWLESS, which is incredible for a 6 year old/100,000 mile vehicle. They included records where it had recently been to a Lexus dealer for a recall that could only be performed by a Lexus dealer (which Jackie Cooper is not), as well as a service, new air filter, and a few other odds and ends. The vehicle was IMMACULATE. It had a fresh oil change, and a full tank of gas. No noises, squeaks, or engine lights. No unmentioned damage. It was just perfect. I've purchased new cars for more than double the price of my new GX and didn't get the kind of service I got buying a used from from Mark and Jackie Cooper. This is how it should be. I would recommend Jackie Cooper to anyone, and I have all the confidence in the world knowing that they are doing things the way it's supposed to be done. I'd like to comment on Sher Grey. I spoke over the phone with her about some online vehicles she had posted. I was so impressed with her knowledge and concern towards my situation in being able to get me into the car I was really wanting. She was straight up with me and said she'd do all she could to get me in the car . I finally felt like there actually was someone out there in this car business that I didn't have to worry that I was being taken advantage of . I went to the dealership solo initially & met the salesman, Jeremy B., he was very nice & informative, & not pushy at all; most importantly to me is that he wasn???t nosey (usually shopping alone for cars the salesmen ask what my husband does for a living, etc, that attitude always chases me away!). I felt no pressure to buy, which I much appreciate. Based on my experience with Jeremey, I came back (with my husband) within 48 hours to test drive the Outback & Forrester???however I hadn???t given Jeremy a heads up & he quickly referred me to James W., who in turn, became our backseat passenger as I test drove the 2 cars. There wasn???t a question James couldn???t answer, he guided me easily through all the features. Not an ounce of pushy, annoying, grimey car salesmen behavior from anyone, what a relief! I also like that they didn???t have to negotiate a price back and forth with a manager; the price is what it is. I ended up trading in a Range Rover Evoque for the Subaru Outback. Everything went very smoothly & James talked us through all the features again & asked we call anytime with questions. Brandon did our paperwork side of things, also a very pleasant person. I would 100% absolutely refer a friend or family member to this dealership & James (&/or Jeremy).

The look of the Ford Edge is awesome! The options are great but there are a lot of things that annoy me after owning it for a while. Some people may not care about these things as they are trivial. I have the Edge Limited AWD with the Sony radio. Dislikes: I hate that the fan speed is directly in front of the shifter, it makes it very difficult to reach. I understand you can set the speed through the touch screen or even the programmable dash, but even though it's in a bad spot by the shifter, still seems the easiest. I don't like where the door handles are at on the inside of the front doors. It makes it feel difficult to pull the doors close, and then when opening the doors, it's hard to control them (especially in the wind). I don't like that there is no storage space in front of the shifter and that it is below the shifter. I always walk off without things when I put them down there. It bugs me that the back window is so hard to clean. It gets dirty very easily and you can't get a squeegee all the way to the top of the window because the wing hangs down over it. The only way to clean your back window is going through the car wash or with a towel and glass cleaner. I don't like that you can barely fit your arm between the back seat and the roof. If you want to put anything at all in the back, you have to open the back hatch. I also don't like the middle seat having a headrest, it makes it more difficult to see out the rearview mirror. I absolutely HATE that if you keep the car running, it honks twice really loud when you close any door. I got out to go to the house to get my dog, honked twice when I closed the drivers door, then put my dog in the back seat, shut the door and honked again. It also honks when you shut the rear hatch if the fob is not in the vehicle. It's really really annoying! Pros: Very classy and luxury looking. Has plenty of power. Love the programmable dash. Love the vista roof and even though I've never sat in the back seat, I like that they recline. I really like the automatic rear hatch and the fob sensing door handles and keyless pushbutton start. I never have to take the fob out of my pocket. Overall when I look at my Edge, I really like the way it looks and it's comfortable for me. If you can get over the small things above, it's a great vehicle. Those don't affect the way it runs and drives, just annoyances, but I wouldn't buy this vehicle again.

I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.
