I have never met a car salesman I liked. Until now! I have now bought 4 cars from here!! Freddie Reyes, my sales guy, is honest, informative and just a down to earth guy. Joe Cirucci, general manager, is a man of his word and he backs every vehicle he sells both new and used. He worked so hard to get me the best interest rate and he delivered! I couldn't be happier with my purchases here!! The service department is not your typical dealer service department. I am more distrustful of repair shops then I am of car salesmen but it's truly different here. When I need to bring my vehicle here I feel like I can trust them to be fair and honest. Even for a simple oil change I won't take any of my vehicles anywhere else!

I was looking to sell my Canadian vehicle and went to CarSense Chester Springs for a quote on a Saturday. They gave me a quote and I mulled it over for a couple of days then returned on a Tuesday morning to sell. The process was almost complete when they realized that they would not be able to resell my vehicle wholesale to an auctioneer (because it's Canadian and still reads in km) which meant the vehicle was basically useless to them. I could tell the buyer and other sales associates felt bad, but they also felt that their hands were tied and they couldn't purchase the vehicle from me at a loss. What happened next was truly unexpected. After checking all of their options and determining that yes, it was true that they couldn't sell my car at anything near the value they would pay for it THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD HONOR THEIR INITIAL QUOTE ANYWAY. And they did. My situation is pretty specific (Canadian vehicle, unfortunate oversight made when pricing out my vehicle, etc.) but overall it demonstrates that this is a dealership with integrity and heart. "Auto dealer" and "classy" aren't terms typically uttered in the same sentence, but I can definitely say that CarSense is a dealership with class. I have already relayed my experienced to several people and I will continue to do so. I would highly recommend CarSense Chester Springs.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. A quick shout out to Greg & Erwin for working with me to get me in the driver seat and out the door of my new (to me) 2017 F-250. To those that read this review, I can honestly say that I personally recommend that you contact, Greg Carraway-Futch, if you???re in the market for a new or used car or truck. Very easy to talk with and he quickly responded to all my emails. In less than 24-hours, I found the F-250 online, sent an email to the dealership to see if it was still available. Received an invitation from Greg to test drive the truck, negotiated the price via email with Greg, drove 2-hours in the pouring rain to set my eyes on the vehicle, took a test drive, processed all the paper work, and drove the truck home within 3-hours after having arrived at the dealership. Folks, it just doesn???t get much easier than that so go visit Carman Ford Lincoln and let Greg put you in the driver seat of your new or used vehicle. Another shout out to Erwin Lee for making the necessary evil paper work job so easy that I thought I was sitting with an old friend that I had known for years. Buying a car is a lot like buying a house. You sign your name a million times before they give you the keys, but Erwin and I shared a lot of laughs during the paper work process and that made the time go by quickly. Oh, I don???t work for Carman Ford Lincoln and I???m not in the business of selling new or used vehicles. This review is real....5-stars!

I needed another SUV / Crossover, and fun to drive ones are getting rare. I was selling my 2008 Saturn Vue Redline edition. It was faster than most, and a good car, but was getting old and having little ticky tacky repairs. I compared the Mercedes GLA, GMC Terrain and Chevy equinox. Needed to get better mileage, and wanted power and all the bells and whistles. The Edge Sport comes through. It does take premium gas. The engine is smooth, no turbo lag, and cruises along. The Sync system is much better than people say. The 4 cal version is underpowered and is not getting much better mileage, the 3.5l V6 has similar power but is much slower and gets much worse mileage. New, I think a $40,000+ suv is a stretch, but used it was a great deal. The GLA gets better mileage and is great to drive, but didn’t give much in terms of rear passenger room, or storage in the back. The new Equinox is underpowered unless you get the 2.0l turbo and cost outweighed savings. The Edge looks great and was reviewed well. We will see how it goes with a Ford, I have always been a GM buyer! Seats are heated AND cooled, great here in AZ, and are very comfortable. It is also QUIET inside but you can still hear that turbo 6 when driving which I appreciate! Great buy if you can find one!

Test drove both the V4 with turbos, don't bother...it's too big of a vehicle and takes 10 years to get up to highway speed. The V6 is much better fit for the size. Very roomy, excellent cargo space. Plenty of leg room in the back seat. I took out the SEL and Titanium and the leather is sharp and nav is easy to use. Prices seem very reasonable for the options you get. My only watch out is that this is a SUV not a cross over. Felt more like my husbands F150 than my Rav4.

I've been a life-time Honda driver and owner. It was time to let my high-mileage Pilot go as our family grew and it started to cost more to maintain (I loved that car). I opened my search for a replacement from Honda to Subaru based on the many great things I've heard via friends and family - both new and long-time Subaru owners. I began my search online, searching all dealers near me, looking at their in-stock Outbacks and Foresters. Since all had decent stock of what I was hoping would make it into our price range, I decided to narrow it down to Matt Slap, the closest Subaru dealer to us. I first contacted them to setup a test drive using the pop-up on their website. I was called by Mary T to ask when I could come in. She was pleasant, but unfortunately I was at work and couldn't talk long. A day later I again went to the website and setup an appointment for a test drive, easy thing to do. I was greeted by Greg Winter at the door. Friendly right off the bat and ready to help. We cut to the chase and got out on the lot to take a look. It wasn't long before I was behind the wheel of a Outback Premium. We talked about the car as I drove, of course and, moreover, OTHER makes. He knows his cars and the details! Much more than I could ever care to know or take time to. My point is that it made me feel like he wasn't just going to keep directing me as to why Subaru was great but what else is out there is today's world of cars. Again, something I don't think about much, until ready to purchase a new one. We took a Forester Premium out next. Another pleasant ride and more "car talk". When we returned we looked at other trims of Forester and talked over what I'd look for in price, along with what else they might have in stock. Not long after we were off to their lot on 273, to compare even more. A Forester caught my eye and so we headed back to the dealer to talk more and see what they could do for me. The summation of the rest of the visit: -They looked at my Pilot and gave me a very fair value on it (it being a Honda DID have an impact on whether they would entertain taking it or not) - They gave me a better price on the Forester I wanted after the initial monthly payment wouldn't work for our budget - Greg remained professional and comfortable to talk to and work with throughout the process after I accepted their offer - Larry came by to check on things and ask what I thought, but beyond that had little interaction with him (a nice guy for sure though!) - Finance with Michael went smoothly and was easy for me to understand my additional options. I didn't feel pressured at any point. He's good at his job and, like Greg and Larry, professional, yet comfortable - The last person to help me out was Amanda, who oriented me to me new car and help me clean out my Pilot (YES, I took home my Forester that same day I went in to "just look"!). She was able to answer every question I had and was personable and pleasant. It was a LONG day, having shown up around 9:00AM and left around 1:45. I never felt pressured to buy that day. I was even asked if I would take it home that day if I could and I said that I would consider it. Sure, I was excited to get a new car and maybe anxious and impatient, however I felt good about it driving home, ready to show it off to the family. I'll have a follow-up appointment in the next few weeks. All in all a great experience at Matt Slap!

The look of the Ford Edge is awesome! The options are great but there are a lot of things that annoy me after owning it for a while. Some people may not care about these things as they are trivial. I have the Edge Limited AWD with the Sony radio. Dislikes: I hate that the fan speed is directly in front of the shifter, it makes it very difficult to reach. I understand you can set the speed through the touch screen or even the programmable dash, but even though it's in a bad spot by the shifter, still seems the easiest. I don't like where the door handles are at on the inside of the front doors. It makes it feel difficult to pull the doors close, and then when opening the doors, it's hard to control them (especially in the wind). I don't like that there is no storage space in front of the shifter and that it is below the shifter. I always walk off without things when I put them down there. It bugs me that the back window is so hard to clean. It gets dirty very easily and you can't get a squeegee all the way to the top of the window because the wing hangs down over it. The only way to clean your back window is going through the car wash or with a towel and glass cleaner. I don't like that you can barely fit your arm between the back seat and the roof. If you want to put anything at all in the back, you have to open the back hatch. I also don't like the middle seat having a headrest, it makes it more difficult to see out the rearview mirror. I absolutely HATE that if you keep the car running, it honks twice really loud when you close any door. I got out to go to the house to get my dog, honked twice when I closed the drivers door, then put my dog in the back seat, shut the door and honked again. It also honks when you shut the rear hatch if the fob is not in the vehicle. It's really really annoying! Pros: Very classy and luxury looking. Has plenty of power. Love the programmable dash. Love the vista roof and even though I've never sat in the back seat, I like that they recline. I really like the automatic rear hatch and the fob sensing door handles and keyless pushbutton start. I never have to take the fob out of my pocket. Overall when I look at my Edge, I really like the way it looks and it's comfortable for me. If you can get over the small things above, it's a great vehicle. Those don't affect the way it runs and drives, just annoyances, but I wouldn't buy this vehicle again.

I was looking to sell my Canadian vehicle and went to CarSense Chester Springs for a quote on a Saturday. They gave me a quote and I mulled it over for a couple of days then returned on a Tuesday morning to sell. The process was almost complete when they realized that they would not be able to resell my vehicle wholesale to an auctioneer (because it's Canadian and still reads in km) which meant the vehicle was basically useless to them. I could tell the buyer and other sales associates felt bad, but they also felt that their hands were tied and they couldn't purchase the vehicle from me at a loss. What happened next was truly unexpected. After checking all of their options and determining that yes, it was true that they couldn't sell my car at anything near the value they would pay for it THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD HONOR THEIR INITIAL QUOTE ANYWAY. And they did. My situation is pretty specific (Canadian vehicle, unfortunate oversight made when pricing out my vehicle, etc.) but overall it demonstrates that this is a dealership with integrity and heart. "Auto dealer" and "classy" aren't terms typically uttered in the same sentence, but I can definitely say that CarSense is a dealership with class. I have already relayed my experienced to several people and I will continue to do so. I would highly recommend CarSense Chester Springs.

First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

After having such a lengthy, wonderful experience with my 2002 Ford Focus, I wanted nothing else but another, newer Focus. I found a 2012 in near perfect condition, with very low mileage, for a great price on Sloan Ford's website. The coincidence was awesome, but my experience at the dealership was made great by Neal. The moment I called, I was greeted with enthusiasm and tremendous service. Neal had the car ready for me to test drive as soon as I got to the dealership! After I decided it was the right car, Neal helped me get really competitive rates. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
