Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.

First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

Ive had the 2016 Edge SELa month now and absolutely love it. Theres not much more Id want out of a vehicle. Im a fat xxxxxxx used to getting in and out of a lifted Excursion, but I get in and out just fine, plenty of headroom, comfortable seating, plenty of storage for fishing and camping crap as well as groceries, back seat theres enough room for passengers to be comfortable, drives very well, comfortable ride, plenty of zip to it. Brakes do grab a bit, but you get used to that and adjust your driving style like you would any other vehicle. Im very happy with it, and look forward to the next ten years at least driving it.

About the dealership & scheduling: This is by far the biggest showroom for used cars I had been to. It also attracts huge crowds, esp on weekends. But the front desk and agents are quite efficient. 5 stars for that. Inventory & Pricing: For several cars I was interested in, DriversSelect seems to have the lowest prices. For the particular car I was looking for, they were the only that had in the inventory. Certainly, 5 starts for competitive pricing. Buying experience: Most of the pre-work is done online, email, text etc. On the day of purchase, after test driving, there isn't any pressure except occasional email pings. I had to spend ~ 3 hrs from start to finish. Not too bad based on my previous experiences. They, however, try to sell hard the extended warranty. Their mortgaging options are also quite limited - its somewhat competitive, but you are out of luck if you want to finance the car with a credit union. 4 stars for that. Agent Experience; Dan Dasch was my agent. Super friendly to work with. The one-stop agent for everything is welcome (though he had to bring in a "specialist" to sell me the extended warranty after I refused it initially). 5 stars for that. Overall: This is one of the pleasant experiences I had with car buying. If you are in the market for cars, worth checking them out. 5 stars overall.

This review is for a 2016 Edge Titanium v6. I had a loaner 4cyl turbo earlier in the year and found the power lacking. The v6 provides plenty of power off the line and in highway passing situations. It is EXTREMELY quiet. It handles well, much like the Fusion which shares this platform. The interior is very nice -- Sync 3 is a marked improvement over the previous iteration. I was very impressed by the amount of storage for front passengers. Note: my previous vehicle was an Expedition. The only knock: I hate the trend of increasingly high door sills. My vehicle has the BLIS system. I would not by an Edge without this as visibility is no where near that of the Expedition. Also, I'm not a fan of the rear lights. They look like someone gave the truck a wedgie.

I won't lie. Even as I was making the 500 mile drive to Driversselect from Louisiana to purchase the exact car I was looking for for the best price I could find, I was nervous. It seemed too good to be true, and even my bank shared the sentiment and advised me that if anything felt "wrong" or "shady" I could turn them down. Wow! What a surprise when I got there. This place is the future of used car dealerships. Insanely large inventory and they move cars all day long - so they don't focus on making a big profit off of each vehicle like your local dealer. Not only that, they gave me a legitimately fair offer for my trade in (within $500 of the KBB trade-in value) despite it having 200k miles. Good luck getting more than a few hundred from your local dealer for something that's been driven that far. I was there for a couple hours max and on my way back home that evening. I would absolutely recommend to anyone - If you found the car you want here for a really good price and you're skeptical or apprehensive about it - Don't be. You won't regret it.

My wife and I took our cars into Vandergriff Chevrolet for scheduled maintenance. On arrival we where greeted by Scott with a smile, a handshake, and a "How have you guys been?" Quickly Brandon came out with a smile and a "Good to see you today. What can I do today?" He had our information and the cars were swept away for service. We were escorted to the waiting area where we met by the courtesy drivers with a smile and very friendly conversation on how we were doing. We settled down with fresh coffee and a package of mini-donuts and the morning paper. Service was fast and we were greeted with what had been done, etc. and the costs. We were out and on the way home in about an hour. I also looked at the 2017 Corvettes - good looking machines, but I'll keep my 2016 modified Z51.

Tut was the ONLY person on a rainy day that was willing to help me find out some information on a 2017 F250 on the lot. Not a single sales guy (or the other finance guys he was near stepped up). His personality is very energetic and personable. He got my sense of humor and played along. If I HAD to go through Ford for financing, I have a feeling he would have made my experience the BEST I'd ever had. He was sad that I brought my own NFCU check and I was sad I didn't get to close with him (David was cool but not Tut cool). Eddie - Made my negotiations pretty painless and was quick to ensure I had first dibs on the truck I was considering; Only other thing I wish I'd gotten would have have gotten my Military appreciation or Ford Loyalty $$ on this deal. Jimmie - SYNC guru that even I stumped (LOL) Ezra - You were the one guy that I felt I could talk to about issues in the past, and you're going to be my "Go-to Guy" from now on!! I just purchased a new Subaru Forester XT from this dealership on Saturday 1/30. I had previously spoken to Darrell via phone and corresponded through email about the Subaru Outback. I test drove a Outback at a different dealership the night before, and what a difference! I won't speak ill of the other dealership as nothing was terribly wrong - but at Subaru of Plano they got everything right. From the moment my husband and I walked in we were taken care of. We were offered water or a soda from a couple of different people before we met up with Darrell. When the first salesmen we encountered learned we were there to meet with Darryl, he was not off put or suddenly disinterested - he was still kind and professional making sure we connected with Darrell. All prior discussions with Darrell had been about the outback, but when I decided I preferred the Forester and a particular one on the lot, Darrell quickly got the keys and let us test drive it. We weren't told what route we had to take, how quickly we had to get it back, it was just very smooth and relaxing. Darrell was very knowledgeable about the vehicle but more importantly he took the time to get to know us. He was very friendly and inquisitive and asked all the right questions to see why this car would be the best fit for us. When we decided we liked the XT touring package he didn't immediately try to start warning us about cost and payment, he just said -" let me see what I can do. I'll beat the interest rate you were quoted (and he did) and I'll help you get your payments where you want them (and he did)". The whole experience was quick and easy. We weren't expecting to purchase that day and we were in a hurry to pick up our children for a birthday party. The dealership didn't take any longer than necessary to get the sale done. The finance manager was very kind. We did opt to up the warranty to 80,000 miles since we keep our cars for about 10 years. Being the end of the month I expected to have the employees push that "sense of urgency" on us, but I never felt that. Everything about the dealership I would recommend, it was clean, "pet friendly" great inventory, and most importantly the genuine helpful staff.

My service advisor (Paul Jennings) is always courteous, recognizes me and listens to my car issues then makes sure I am provided transportation while the vehicle is serviced. He contacts me to advise as of servicing needs and cost associated. Upon picking up the car he explains the findings and repairs done. Also, the front office associates are great with any assistance needed.. That's why I continue to bring my Malibu for service.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Wanted to use this car to travel through the US full-time with my big husband and 2 dogs. The handling is very good and hugs the road well. Really liked that it had cruise control and navigation as well as ports for our cell phones and tablets. The trunk space is perfect for 4 seasons of clothing and occasional other items useful for everyday living. So happy to have leather seats and purchased plastic floor and trunk mats. It makes keeping it clean much easier.

It was as easy as deciding what vehicle I wanted to buy, which was a Jeep Compass Sport, then Jeff searched the internet , then offered me a price lower than what he could find on line. All the shopping was done for me so I knew I was getting the best solution for my needs. Just to be safe I went, I always suggest a person checks this out, to edmonds.com to get a fair market price of the Jeep I was interested in purchasing. Jeff???s price was over $2,000 less than what Edmonds could locate in the area. Kelly???s Blue Book use to be the ???go to??? resource for car worthiness but Edmonds is the most up to date site of true market value. I actually entered the Jeep???s VIN number to do a spot on internet search. Not only do you get the best price, you also get great customer service. I am a person that hates buying cars, going to market in Mexico, and just dealing with price negotiations. I wish what the price was on the car is what you paid at every business that sells automobiles. However, we know that???s not the case unless you go to a place like CarMax which I would not recommend. So by Jeff shopping the internet for me in reference to an identical Jeep, he just beat the best price found so I was confident I was getting a better deal had I spent countless hours researching and shopping myself. Jeff???s fellow employees work together as a team; all put forth an effort to make the process simple. When I signed the buyer papers with the finance manager there were no last minute surprises. It was an absolute pleasure working with Sam Rushing and his team. I inquired about a new 2016 F-150 Lariat 4x4 online. Sam contacted me within minutes and was extremely knowledgeable. Soon after speaking with Sam, I took the short drive out to Town East Ford from Dallas. Sam was able to have my Trade appraised very quickly and I was offered an amount well above fair value! After working out all the details, I was driving my new truck home that evening! I have to say that this was one of the easiest, most pressure free and enjoyable buying experiences I've ever had. Sam's level of Customer Service is unmatched. He made the whole process very comfortable and puts you at ease in a situation that can be very stressful at times. It was also very nice to have a salesman who truly enjoys his job. You can tell that Sam is genuine and really has a passion for selling Ford cars and trucks. His positivity is infectious!! I wouldn't be surprised to see Sam as the next New Car Manger! Maybe even the GM at Town East Ford in the coming years! I also had the pleasure of working with a few other people I would like to mention. During my time with Sam, he had a trainee that was shadowing, his name was Johnny, aka "Tiny". Tiny wasn't so tiny, he also made a very large impact on my experience. Tiny was only a few weeks into his new position at Town East but he could have easily fooled me. He had a very professional and welcoming vibe to him. He showed true interest in getting to know me as a person rather than just a car buyer. He too also had a very positive attitude and strong focus on Customer Service. The last person I would like to mention is Mr. Ozay Jones in the Business Center. Mr. Jones handled all the organizing and finalizing of the finance for my purchase. He too was a great example of excellent customer service. He took the time to listen to my needs as a driver and made appropriate recommendations to help extend the lifetime of my new truck. Mr. Jones also made the "Paperwork" section of purchasing a new vehicle smooth, easy and a quick. Overall this was an absolutely wonderful experience. I will be taking all my future business to Town East Ford. As a local business owner myself, with over 200 employees, I understand the importance of having great people on your team. People who truly believe in making the customers experience the best it can be. People who make it look easy and unscripted. Town East Ford has succeeded at this with these 3 gentlemen. This was my first visit to AutoNation Ford. Easy and painless. I set an appointment on-line for a 30,000 mile check up and service for my vehicle. Met my Service Adviser, Jerry Fisher. Mr. Fisher was helpful and attentive. Kept me updated throughout the visit. The appointment was for 1pm and I was out by 2:30pm. Everything that I asked to be done was done. A couple of things I requested, transmission fluid change and tire rotation was not. The items were checked, but deemed not necessary at this time. Fluid level and condition was fine and tire wear was not sufficient to warrant the tire rotation. Saved me a few dollars on the visit. That is always a good thing. Told Mr. Fisher I appreciated his help and expertise and that from this point on, whenever I come in for any service issues ... emergency or routine ... he is my point of contact.

This Ford Edge is an SEL with many options. Sport wheels, leather interior, voice activated climate, entertainment, navigation "SYNC" etc. When used with Sirius can even compare gasoline prices from nearby stations. Prices vary as much as $.25/gallon. I never new that. Went to through the hills of Vermont and the ride was superb. Very comfortable, smooth, and quiet (little road noise).

We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.
