Everyone there was courteous, welcoming. Sales experience was comfortable, no hard sales. Finance was easy, just took a long time to actually get in to see the finance person but other than that the whole experience was pleasant.

We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.
The process of buying my nee ford focus went very smoothly due the the 3 amazing ladies that helped me into my new car. Amanda, brianna and aimee were the 3 lovely ladies who made this whole experience worth it. They handled everything i requested, they got me into the car of my dreams and there was no hassle or bad experience with them. Everything was perfect and if i ever need to upgrade my car again i will be calling amanda and telling her what i need and i know they will be on top of it within minutes. Loved my experience and loved my 3 new friends that helped me out.
Was greeted by Sarah Bossell ans she was extremely helpful in capturing all my requirements and making other recommendations. Erik Badilla followed up with a phone call to discuss prices for different options, we agreed on what I wanted done at that point in time and the car was delivered as promised.
Ford company is great. The only problem we encounter is that our Ford edge problem regarding the breaks, turn signal light(we always have to change it ), Air is always off ( we had the compressor changed etc) Always maintain it . We always have to bring this to ford 2010 or other mechanics to get it fix. Now the radio lights is off. The airbag defect has not been replaced. Ford edge 2010 is not a good car always a problem. With other ford cart we have : exurcion,expedition, escape - perfect conditions. We also love ford of orange, great service and very caring to their clients.
Ross and Joel were extremely nice and informative about what needed to be done on my truck. They also gave me updates on when my car would be ready! I will gladly go back to Ford of Orange, with Ross and Joel, when I need my truck serviced.
I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price.
I needed a new car.
I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have.
I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car.
No I was not ready to buy a new car but l needed to. I'm glad I went and met these two guys; they made the process easy and pleasant. Thanks gents!
