Scheduled appt for my 2017 Honda CRV, the lane change departure sensor warning was off, and rear warning was sensor was off. Paul Quisenberry was my Service Agent, he was very nice and explained what he was checking and why. Very efficient and also washed my car while I was there. While I waited the Loyalty Rep checked on me, to make sure I knew what the Loyalty Program was about, I appreciate their attention to detail and great service.
We have previously purchased our other vehicles elsewhere. We had a Ford Fusion that had two different recalls on it and we took it to Pudmann for service. Their service department was excellent and because of that we went to purchase a new vehicle through them. We have never had as positive of an experience as we have with Pudmann Ford. Our salesperson, Elliot was fantastic. The finance man Bill, excellent too. They made the experience so smooth and easy. Every interaction we have had with anyone at this dealership has been great! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend them seeing Elliot. You will be pleased.

I had "the works" done to my 2017 Escape at Pundmann Ford. They are the only service vendor that has serviced the five news cars I have bought from them over the years. I even buy my tires from them. Pundmann changed my oil, rotated my tires, and did a full inspection-providing a report. I was completely taken care of; they did a great job, did it in a timely manner, and treated me with care and respect. I will only go to Pundmann Ford for my car purchases and service, because I am completely taken care of.

My wife put in a lead and less than 5 minutes later she called me at work and said its waiting out front for us lets go check it out! We drove it , loved it and when we sat down with Justin he had all his ducks in a row from the Carfax to the bank value of the vehicle so we didnt have to do the back and fourth thing. Jeff contacted me, so I new who I was meeting, and he was ready, on time, with my chosen vehicles ready to go. Plenty of other choices on the lot, no extreme pressure sales tactics, even when I completely changed directions on my vehicle shopping! Very comfortable environment. Great overall experience.
Buying a car can be stressful, but we had a positive experience at Sunset Ford and with our salesman Tim Stewart. We had an idea of what we wanted, we did our research ahead of time and made sure we were prepared when we arrived at the dealership. It was very apparent that Tim respected our time and wanted to see us back on the road as quickly as possible. He was straightforward with us and was patient with my questions. Brought my mustang in for an oil change and check up, ended up needing 4 new tires. Mike helped me choose a great set of tires for a great price, he worked with me to make sure the timing was spot on and I was able to get back into my car before the end of the day.
