We found the vehicle on the internet we went to the dealership to look. The sales associate I spoke with on the phone was busy so they assigned Matt to show us our vehicle. He had two vehicles brought around for a test drive. We liked one of the two started negotiations and purchased the vehicle. From beginning to end the process was quite enjoyable no pressure just presented our options. Matt was detailed when going over cars accessories. It was certainly worth the trip. The entire process was so easy with EvS. I was looking to lease a Ford Edge, and Alex was upfront about the deal terms and patiently walked me through all of my questions. Multiple people on the team stayed late to help us get through the paperwork and get us out the door, and they were able to support getting the process started via email. I usually feel like I'm getting screwed somehow in a lease, but did not feel that way with this team.

Specifically went to this location to look at at a vehicle. The sales rep was helpful and professional. Completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale took way too long, hours!!! There was one finance person helping four people in line.
Make sure you pay attention to details!!! Vehicle did not come with floor mats. Strange to me. When they dropped the vehicle off it was not detailed nor was the gas filled up per agreement, so when I called about everything they did cover the cost of new floor mats. Great customer service, right?
Fast forward to it now being summer. My air condition does not work. Per manager who was not customer friendly and rude on the phone, stated “anything can break on a used vehicle”. Makes you think you need check EVERYTHING before you purchase.
In my opinion, poor customer service. I would think you’d want to retain your customers by trying to help them out when the vehicle is less than 6 months old to them. Will not be going back to them to purchase my next vehicle.
Very pleased with their work.... Kept me informed the whole time... Price was about what I expected, I was hoping it would come in cheaper... But I think it was very fair. The important thing is, the work was done correctly.
I called Barb in Service and told her my remote died on my car and could not open or close my doors. I tried replacing the batteries and nothing. She got me in right away to have it looked it. The tech. reprogrammed my existing remote as well as programmed a new one and everything worked again.
I have always dealt with Barb. at the dealer in Service because she takes great care of me and my car. Never a hassle, always up front and is the greatest in my book and why I always go back for any work my car needs. She is my go too person for everything and is the best.
