I traded in my 2014 Mustang as I needed a vehicle with more room and that sat up higher off the road (now need to drive down a dirt road). Definitely a ton more room, easily drives on the dirt road & handles great!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

We’ve owned Fords for years, but never an Edge until now. It’s roomy, comfortable, quiet, and efficient. My only regret is that we didn’t buy one before now.
My situation is probably unique, but I filled out an online form requesting they help me look for a 2009 Honda Fit. I submitted it on Wednesday, heard from Jay (salesman extraordinaire!) that night, and then by Friday, drove home with the exact car I asked for. That goes to show that University Ford is willing to move fast to get you in the car you want. They're also diligent about checking email and online request forms, so for those of us who deal best in the "virtual world," that's a major plus. They made the entire buying process as straight forward and painless as possible. Just an all around positive experience. I highly recommend dropping in to see Jay and the rest of the team (it's a small operation, which is also a plus in my book). I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again someday.

This car is excellent for family use, plenty of space in the trunk, big savings on gasoline because of eco drive and a must have for those who wanted a quality vehicle.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I purchased my 2018 Ford Edge Sport 3 months ago and so far haven't been disappointed. I use it for my short (6 miles round trip) daily commute and have taken it on a couple of road trips. The car is very comfortable, drives well and has plenty of power. I love the panoramic sunroof and the seats with the suede inserts are very comfortable. The only things I don't love about the vehicle so far; the Sony stereo isn't quite as good as I hoped and the gas mileage is just okay at 18 around town and 26 on the highway. I bike, golf and tailgate a lot and this vehicle has great storage for a midsize SUV. I shopped around for 3 months before deciding on this vehicle and feel it is a real bargain for the price I paid.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

We had never tried an Edge, but once we got inside one...we were sold. Comfort was very important (we're both over 65), so we wanted room in the seats and a smooth ride. Love the many special features...but the comfort is what sold us.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

This suv meets all the expectations I had for a Ford!! Never had one before other than a Nissan!! Decent price can’t complain!! Ford does make a women happier!!

I have bought many cars from Ron. He is very conscientious knows his product. Takes this time going over the vehicle and make sure that all questions are answered. Very patient person great attitude. Every time I talk to him he will ask me how my wife is doing and how our sons are doing. I feel like we have a personal relationship with Ron. Is a great sized SUV. Bigger than the compact suvs, but not a monster. Gets great gas mileage, handles well, easy to park and maneuver. Wonderful for a family with a dog, plenty of cargo room for luggage and out 70lb dog. Look forward to having this Edge for years.
Courtney Elliott is the best! My daughter was looking for a reliable used car. Courtney was kind, honest, and very helpful. She helped my daughter find a good, reliable car at a very good price. There were a few issues that needed to be fixed and Courtney made sure everything was fixed. I had also been looking for a car, but was unsure of exactly what I wanted. Courtney was patient & helped me find exactly what I wanted in a car, at exactly the price I wanted to pay. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car. She is one of the few car sales persons I've ever felt wasn't trying to just make a sale, but really cared about us. I hope Capital ford realizes what a gem they have, but in such a male dominated feild; I'm not certain they do.

This car met all my needs. Its smooth driving and its easy to get in and out. I love the heater seats. My love riding in the car with me and also my grandchildren's.
In order to SYNCH with my IPhone6, I had to upgrade the SYNCH system in my CMAX. The upgrade worked but also removed all of my presets for SIRIUS. I was not warned of this. I feel that the upgrade could save the presets and reset them after upgrading the software. WARNING: If your car is not under warranty, the software upgrade costs $105.
I am a victim who lost their two year old Ford Escape. I searched using the Allstate Insurance buying program which brought me to Crossroads Ford. I wanted a sun roof and sand interior again. Thank you Crossroads Ford for making my buying experience even five states away a pleasure. Thank you for your patience. Ask for Steve Schmidt he is a great sales person.
