I went to Inskeep with the intent on just trying out a vehicle and ended up buying the 2016 Edge Titanium. I researched their inventory on-line and had an idea of what I wanted. After looking around in the parking lot (I appreciated having the opportunity to look around before being hounded by a salesman!), I went inside and was quickly met by Tom. I told him what I was interested in and he got the keys and brought it up to the overhang so I could look at it without getting wet in the drizzle. He was very professional and informative, answering the questions I had and pointing out additional features, then went with me take it for a drive. When I told him I wanted to discuss it with my husband, he didn't hesitate to offer to let me drive it home so my husband and I could look it over and drive it more. I loved the comfort of the seats the minute I sat in them, and all of the features met or exceeded my needs. During the finalization of the sale, Tom got me a bag to put my belongings in from my trade-in, programmed our cell phones into the vehicle, and e-mailed me later to let me know I had left my sunglasses in my old car so I could get them back. Mark was very professional and friendly in completion of the paperwork and Patrick introduced himself to let us know that if we ever needed anything and Tom was not around, he would be happy to help us. All in all it was a very positive experience.

I made an appointment for service (oil change & tire rotation) for 11:30 a.m. on a Tuesday, and because I cannot be away from my business for very long, I also arranged a shuttle to take me back to my office.
When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by both a service associate who verified my appointment and checked in my vehicle, and then escorted to my service adviser, Jeff.
As Jeff was preparing my service order, I mentioned that I had arranged for the shuttle. He indicated that the shuttle was just loading and getting ready to leave, however, there was no car ahead of my Mustang and the service should take no more than 45 minutes. I chose to stay and wait, as it would have taken much longer to go and come back with the shuttle.
I made myself comfortable in the waiting area, which was not very crowded, was clean and even had coffee and snacks available.
I wasn't expecting my car to be ready so soon! 35 minutes after I sat down, checked my email and made a couple of phone calls, Jeff came back to tell me that my car was ready.
As I was checking-out, I asked Jeff if they offered a car wash or detailing service. He mentioned the price of the detailing, but also stated that they give a free car wash with the oil change (OK, "The Works" package, which I received), however I should allow another 45 minutes. I'll do it next time.
Short of not having to leave my office to have my car serviced, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Ferman Ford's service, based upon this experience.

Now the sales guy (I can't even remember his name) I had was worthless, but that didn't matter because I has a broker that found my car, handled all the bull that comes with the car buying experience. Once I got past that, I got a great buy! I bought the car with some body damage the dealership said they would fix. Once I got to the "behind the scenes" crew I was handled like royalty!! From the body shop to the service department and even the car rental. Special thanks to David and Kristina. I've had the car for a year now. Before my Mazda, I would never take my car to the dealer for anything. These guy changed my outlook on Dealers. I had 2 parts in my car that were recalled - they took care of it along with a $36 or $38 dollar oil change when most places I've been to have charged me $60-$74 dollars. The recalled parts were free and they set me up in a rental car free of charge for 2 days. They also gave me an estimate on other preventative maintenance needed for a long lasting vehicle, the quote was far less expensive than I imagined. I will go back to them again for all of my vehicle needs.

I purchased my 2014 Ford Fusion from this dealership and I received a fantastic, honest and transparent deal. Since then, I go to Ferman Ford for any of my major service needs (of which there have been few). This time I took it in to change my brake pads, something that was brought to my attention when I was having an oil change at a tire place (a mistake I will never make again). Ferman charged me $205 dollars less than this discount place. I waited for my service to be completed, which is was in record time, comfortably from the wait room equipped with free beverages. Cameron, my repair associate was amazing and I have had zero issues. I want to thank Ferman for their amazing service and sales people.

I went to Galpin Ford and Don Rohde. This will be the 7th vehicle I bought through him since 1989 (five sedans and two trucks). Back in September, I had first ordered a Fusion but it never materialized. But I really wanted a Taurus. I'm retired now and I really wanted a top-of-the-line car. Even though I go back and forth to L.A. several times a month (around 200 miles each way), I didn't really care about the MPG; I just wanted a higher-end car. When it was apparent that the factory was not going to get a Fusion to me (I am replacing a 2005 Five Hundred with 235,000 miles, also sold to me by Don), Don went looking for the Taurus I wanted (white exterior with tan leather interior). He was able to find one and I drove it off Galpin's lot on Nov. 25.

This was my second time coming to a vehicle from Galpin having come back because I was very satisfied with my first purchase experience? I was actually looking for a used vehicle to replace a car that had been totaled and hoping to get a good deal with low monthly payments on one of the used cars in the lot. With a little bit of research Don found a 2017 Ford Fusion just coming out of the service department rental fleet, for which they were able to offer a good three year lease program that included a $3,500 rebate and a college student discount! Surprise Purchase, Very Happy

These guys were great! I was originally only coming in for an appraisal and to browse stock, but I ended up buying a car that very same day! My old car died literally right outside the dealership, and I contacted Laz Accosta to let him know I wouldn't be able to make it, but he offered to get me out of the street, check out the car a little, and maybe even make a trade in offer for a car. They got me safely out of the road, shared some of the pizza they were all having and gave me time to de-stress before going over details. That's where Teddy O'Meir came in. He was great, no pressure, understood my budget, and swooped in to grab a car someone else was eyeing that ended up being perfect for me, 2013 Kia Optima. He took me on the test drive, answered all my questions, and got me a lower loan rate and got my monthly payment exactly where I needed it. Financial department was great too, they kept to my budget and didn't push any extra deals when I said I can't do anything higher than what I said. And then I was done, keys in hand ready to go! They took care of my old car (even got rid of papers I wanted to shred I had rolling around in the trunk by taking them to their shredder pick up!!!), stuck to my budget, and were fantastic. Awesome Experience

My parents became Galpin customers in the late 60's or early 70's. Galpin is the only place they would buy or lease their cars from. In 1987, I purchased my 1st car from Galpin and in 1988, my sister bought her 1st car. I have been looking for some time at othef dealerships but knew that Galpin is where I should go. I stopped by to look around and oh my! I ended up leaving with a happy and wonderful feeling! I left with a new car! My intention was just to explore my options into hybrids since i recently got a job by LAX and i live by Burbank. The commute i tell you is long and has been quite expensive in terms of me wasting about $60 a week for gas. Well, I met up with Mr. Art Ramirez and I couldn't have asked for a better representative. Terrific experience across departments with great prices

Met Paul Bowers when family was looking to get a 2014 Ford CMax and it was one of the smoothest experiences with a car salesman in the last 20 yrs. Absolutely no pressure, completely accessible and very patient when it took 90 days to finally decide - we must have done 5 separate test drives. And the price was lower that the XPlan pricing i could get through work, with no hoops to jump through - their no haggle pricing is similar to the better/best pricing you would see with Truecar. Came in for basic service and snow tires as the All Weather Michelins sucked in snow. Not only did their service guy (Tom, IIRC) beat the BJs price I was quoted, he took the extra time to see if Dunn and Mavis were cheaper and they were. I ended up saving an additional $40 because he went the extra steps. My third great experience was with Bryan Zemaitis in finance. I was about to make a decision on getting the extended warranty and was about to pull the trigger on internet Ford dealer quote, which didn't include taxes. I called Van Bortel as a courtesy from my prior positive experiences and Brian not only got right back to me, he beat the internet pricing by 10%+, including NY State taxes. At every Van Bortel department I've interacted with, I've been very pleased. They seem to me like the Wegmans of car dealers, where their employees go the extra mile and still provide great prices.
