Online site was easy to use informative and vehicles were properly displyed with no BS. Calling and eventually going in person I had a really aproachable salesman who informed me my credit score wouldn't allow me a loan but he went the extra mile and suggested several other options which really was shocking and to be honest made me choose to go there. When my credit is repaired. Its so rare to find real customer service anymore. Thank you Lakeside. Brad R

I have been looking for a truck for nearly two years, whelp this weekend I pulled the trigger. The salesman was Dallas, he was no pressure and no hassle. Dallas was up front and just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I compared trucks from several dealerships over several states. It came down to a handshake and a promise of service. I went with the F-150 over all others and couldn’t be happier. It rides better than my luxury sedan. If you get a chance stop in at Tri Lakes Ford and see Dallas, he’s also on their youtube video.
Outstanding service again to my 04 Corvette. Service engine light was on, troubleshooting and repair was done in about an hour. Service rep came into waiting area, explained service required and it was done in a quick efficient manner. Very polite, friendly and expert service staff. Outstanding!
This team is very responsive and cares about their guests! I submitted several requests to various dealerships looking for a vehicle and though I received initial answers back, Oakley is the only one that cared enough to stick with me and help me find a vehicle that fit my budget and taste. With them being in Branson and me in Springfield, I didn't want to make several trips back and forth. I wanted to hash out the details beforehand to ensure it was a workable choice for me and my budget. Chad patiently let me hash out the details with him beforehand via text and email so I didn't have to make several trips there. Chad sent me pictures of the vehicles that fit within my guidelines and I went over the links and carfax reports with a fine tooth comb, texting him questions along the way as they came up. He was very responsive and worked with me the way I wanted to handle it (via text and email). Chad had Chris go ahead and get me pre-approved for the loan and when I finally narrowed down my choices, all I had to do was make one trip there to test drive and make a decision! Bada Bing, Baba boom! Doing it this way worked well for me. I didn't feel any pressure to make a hasty decision at all and it proved to be an efficient trip when I went. Chad's goal was to find the right vehicle for me and he nailed it! I highly recommend this dealership and Chad!!
the guys at Hamilton Ford have earned my business for life! I bought a truck from them and never even had to go in their building, all thanks to cars.com!!! of all the search sites, only cars.com totally allowed me the ability to search by trim line, accessories, adding and special key words that really made my narrowing down time minimal and made it easy for me to find the exact truck I wanted...thanks a million!!
The service was supreme as always but the customer service could use some fine tuning. This was the first time we had experienced the run around from the people behind the service desk but Ms. April would always shoot straight and the guy in her place now was not there to please the customer just to get the customer out of his hair. We was told that the injectors would be there on Thursday because they were out on Wednesday but on Friday afternoon the injectors were still not there except for one new one. The service guy needs to not story to the customer but the service itself was great and the problem was fixed but the hold up was the folks behind the desk.
I contacted Clay Maxey Ford through cars.com. They promptly responded and I started a line of communication with Blake Scott about purchasing the vehicle. It was over an hour drive from my house to the dealership, but it was well worth it. The purchasing process was very trouble free and I am very happy with my truck and the service they provided.
Curtis was great to work with and helped us find the right truck with the features we wanted. Tri-lakes has serviced our existing vehicles for at least the last 7 years and customer service has been excellent!
Helped me find the perfect car! Stayed patient and positive while trying to figure out the insurance on the car as well. Any problems you have with the car, they get you in that day with no problems and get it fixed. Very friendly staff! Overall great experience
