The Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership had a good selection and the salesman, Scott Ryer, was very polite and was knowledgeable about the vehicles. The showroom there was very neat and clean. I am definitely coming back here next time I buy a car.
Loved this delership and everyone you walk by was very nice, Katrinia my salsperson did a great job, For a couple of daya I was a little worried until i check reviews on the car I bought and check ratings against other vechicle. I then felt good about buying this car and I love driving it. Its so beautiful

Somehow there has been a review posted by supposedly me... This is NOT the case... I have known the general manager of this dealership most of my life... the sales process was easy, the salesman was a Delight to work with. He went above and beyond to try to get the car financed... We worked out a compromise that I would guarantee the vast majority of dealerships would not work out... this is an excellent dealership and people to deal with from MY experience...ANYONE who States or posts otherwise... Whether REAL or to elicit a reaction... Has never dealt with this dealership or has an axe to grind... The customer service was excellent... We were treated with respect and honesty up front... From beginning to end... I have no issues recommending the dealership to anyone... if you need a dealer that is willing to work and go the extra mile and truly earn your business... This is the one
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I was looking for a vehicle that was not typically found oat dealerships in this area and the salesman did extensive searching to locate what I indicated I was searching for. He provided me with multiple choices that reflected what I had said was important. He worked diligently to determine which of the vehicles that the dealership could obtain. He was very professional during the entire process.
Looked at a Toyota Tundra after starting with the smaller Tacoma ( had to see them up close to get an idea of size). They were pretty rigid on their prices even though they were, in my opinion, significantly higher than prevailing prices. Ex. They stayed thatbthe 2026 Tundra had “ just been reduced to $39.9k with 17k miles). I left the dealership and three was later it was priced at $35k!!! If it was closer to $30k, I’d hv bought it! Anyway, ended up buying a 2015 for $27 k from Atlanta. When I took out a loan at the bank the lady said she bought her car from R to buy cars at reasonable dice.Good customer service but not for the best deals.
I found the vehicle I wanted, contacted the dealership for information and made an appointment. A few days later I drove down, checked out the car with the helpful salesman, Scott and came to an agreeable price. the process went quite smoothly.

I stopped in to get info ontrucks. Possibly interested in buying after the first of the year. Talked to Roger and he provided the info I needed. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I have good experiences in the past with service dept.
