The entire staff at Brokers and Sellers are amazing. Our deal started as only a conversation with Ron, but his professionalism allowed us to relax and to take our time to make our own decision. I am so blessed coming from having no heat to this amazing vehicle is well worth the wait. The axle on my Jeep was separating as I was driving to the Dealership. God blessed me to get there safe. I did not have to drive the Jeep back home.

Perfect for my requirements. Plan to keep a long time. Great on road trips and around town. Have the 2L ecoboost, get ~ 29 mpg hwy, 22 city. Now have 105,000 miles, runs like new. Only 'repair' was to replace the vacuum pump (brakes). The battery is a PITA to replace.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I love this vehicle, good to handle, great in winter, very comfortable. I have a 2014 Escape and was recently told that the dogbone bushings and trailing arm bushings are separating and will soon have to be replaced. Never heard tell of this before. I was told it's a $2,000 job. Isn't that lovely. Only made to outlast the warranty for sure. Very disappointed. I was told this doesn't usually happen unless you're towing a trailer all the time. I don't even have a hitch so that didn't cause it. So frustrated.

Overall, I am happy with the service I received and have been since leasing from Friendly Chrysler. You guys do a good job! Regarding this lease, though, I am quite unhappy with the tire wear. This is the second 200 I have leased. The first one had Goodyear tires on it. No problems. I used the 36,000 miles on my lease without a wear problem. This 200 has Kumho tires on it. At 31,000 miles, they are already at a point where they need to be replaced. That is ridiculous to me. I don't expect to have to replace tires with a 36,000 mile lease. This has brought me to a point where I will consider another manufacturer, as well as Chrysler, and not simply automatically lease another Chrysler product, even though I have been happy overall with both vehicles.
