I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.

Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Service was prompt and quote was right on. I was very happy with my overall service.

I bought the vehicle 6 days ago. I love it and look forward to driving it! Vehicle is comfortable and reliable and comfortably fits my kids and husband at 6'8".

This one is a winner. I would purchase another one when needed. No improvement is need, Ford seemed to think of everything. It has performance and comfort, easy to drive. Great fuel economy, 25 in city and 30+ on the highway. I have the 1.5 liter engine with turbo charge, has a lot snap.

The process was excellent all the way through. Very helpful and told me what to expect during the entire repair.

Great gas mileage and great for transporting kids. Sound system is high quality as well as the interior. Easy to clean and great trunk space.

The service department is excellent! The two younger guys that are there that greet you when you drive in are awesome and very knowledgable. I'd bump there pay up! Your mechanics awesome too! Usually in and out top service by them. Definitely keep bringing my ford family back to yours!

I really like it. The seats fold flat only because of the special mechanism when the seats fold down. I wish it was truly flat. I test drove one where it was broken so the seats did not fold flat. The steering wheel is a little small I feel. I'd like it to be a bit wider specifically. The Bluetooth audio is subpar in my base model, so getting the options of android auto or Apple car play is definitely worth the money. I wish the fuel economy was a tad better, but it's whatever.

I went into the Hudson Ford Dealership showroom with the intention of 'beginning' to shop for a new Ford F-150 to replace my 2013 F-150. Sales Representative Mackenzie Markus greeted me with a warm welcoming smile as I expressed my intention to only shop and basically see what's 'out there' in Ford trucks. She was more than accommodating and spend a considerable amount of time explaining the various models that would more than meet my expectations at the price range I'd given her. Throughout the afternoon I changed my mind a number of times as to color, model and other variables, but remained firm on my price range. Mackenzie was always patient and accommodating as the afternoon visit became a prolonged negotiating process when I realized that this was indeed a good time to seriously consider purchasing a new Ford F-150. It almost became a 'marathon' as I continued to change my mind on specifics for a new F-150, sought whether Ford Motor Company offered an added discount to Military retirees, and a number of other issues. Mackenzie 'hung I there' like few sales representatives I'd ever negotiated with, and truthfully, it was a pleasure to work the deal with someone as patient, peasant, professional, knowledgeable and flexible. The process spanned about 5-6 hours from the time I'd entered the showroom until my new Ford F-150 XLT Sport was delivered. Now early evening, I'm sure that Mackenzie wanted to get home, but gave no such indication as she took the time to help me move my belongings from my 2013 vehicle to my new vehicle and then to familiarize me with the new one. She was exceptional beyond any expectations that I may have had for any automobile sales representative. The financing department (Dani Uliano and Mike Foster) worked hard to close the deal to my complete satisfaction, remaining within my originally expressed price limitations. Follow-up questions and concerns that I'd had in the ensuing days were quickly addressed, again to my complete satisfaction. I would certainly recommend the Hudson Ford Dealership to any of my friends and associates without any hesitation whatsoever. I'm afraid that I lack adequate superlatives to describe my experience in purchasing a new Ford F-150 from the Hudson Ford Dealership, so I'll have to close by saying that it was nothing less than 'sterling'. I have dealt with many dealers in the past and in all honesty I dread it when I need to go see one. It's time consuming, full of sales pressure (especially when you get to financing), full of inaccuracies and sometimes even outright lies. BUT NOT WITH HUDSON FORD! These people are amazing! I seriously enjoyed my time with everyone I worked with, including the service people I met in the process. Joe and Mike were happy to have my business, but more importantly they were obviously and sincerely interested in me! Meeting my needs, putting me first, going the extra mile (or 200 miles in my case), these people didn't just want my business, they wanted a friend! The hardest part for me in purchasing a new vehicle always seems to be the price I am given on my Trade-in, BUT NOT WITH HUDSON FORD! They offered me a decent price out of the gate, but when I said I wanted $1.000.00 more, they did not tear down my trade or give me a thousand reasons why my trade was not worth it, NO, instead Mike took a quick look at my trade and moments later walked back in, shook my hand and said "You got it buddy, I will give you what you are asking!" So there you have it, in my 34 years of car buying experiences since my first $600 used car in 1982, I have never been treated so well. The Escape is a nice car Its a good value to us so far and the only 1 gripe is the stop start when you stop. You can turn it off but has to be done every drive.

First, I am a Ford Edge owner and have had my car serviced at Hudson Ford with Kelly as point person. The ONLY reason I am a return customer is because of her and how well the service department has taken care of my car. 2012 model with over 213,000 miles on it. On Mothers Day (May 8th), I was rear-ended and it totaled my car. May 17th, my dad and I stopped in to just look around, and my dad introduced me to Joe. When my dad told him about my accident, his very first question was "are you ok?" and I knew right then that THIS would be the guy to get my business. May 19th I brought in my husband to look at the car I liked, took it for a test drive, and put money down to hold it (while waiting for my insurance check). May 23rd I drove it off the lot. The whole process was so easy and Joe eased my mind completely worked with what we wanted. My son will soon be looking for a car, and Joe will be the guy we go to then, too. And if in a few years when my daughter will be looking for a car, hopefully Joe will still be around. Levi made the whole finance/paperwork part (the "not fun" part) so painless. I had bought a few cars from Dave Holt Ford many years ago and never thought I would find someone to replace Jeff Boumeester, but I am very thankful that my dad introduced me to Joe and will be more than happy to give him our family's business for many years to come.

I purchased a 2017 escape and it 70,000 miles my transmission went out. I took it to the dealer fortunately I had the extended warranty However, the dealer has had my vehicle now for four weeks and still has not put it on the rack to find out what’s wrong with it. If you go to Parsons Ford in West Virginia and have the extended warranty will give you a loaner car. But you may not get your car back for weeks on end and did not expect a transmission go out this early.

My faithful "Old Indian Truck" finally expired just as I pulled into work. First I tried a 'we finance anyone' place. 90% of the autos on the lot were in pretty bad shape but the owner assured me that I could get to work and back in one particular car. After it was jump started, the oil light remained on as did the ABS light. Just a glitch.... Then I went to a better known dealer and they were willing to help but I would need to have a co-signer and a down payment of 750.00. Both were out of the question. Cassie from Hudson Ford had set up an appointment the day before and I pretty much decided not to even go just to be shot down again. My girlfriend convinced me to give it one more try. When we got to the dealership we were set down with Matt Pittelkow and Cory Spear. Matt did his magic on the computer and very much to my surprise he found a lender for me with NO co-signer and NO down-payment! I was originally looking for a 3 to 5 thousand dollar vehicle but as Matt explained, it would help fix my credit and I would also have a car that I would not have to worry about breaking down or expensive repairs. After the lender was in place, he found a VERY NICE car on the lot and Levi put the paperwork together. I was totally stunned and in awe that I would be driving home in a almost new Chrysler 200 with payments that I could afford. Matt even got my insurance in place! I know it is a bit long but I really wanted everyone to know about the exceptional service and how very pleased I am with my new ride. If it were not for Matt, Cory Cassie and Levi, I would be riding a bicycle back and forth to work. Thank you to the team.

We've been to numerous dealerships in the past and consistently encountered pushy high-pressure salespeople as well as questionable deals (or the flat-out bait-and-switch). We were pleasantly surprised at our experience at Hudson Ford in every way. The staff were courteous and polite (as well as extremely knowledgeable). The value we received was exceptional (we also got a fantastic trade-in value for our old vehicle, coming in at nearly twice what the NADA trade-in price was listed at!). We will shop here again.

This car is attractive, comfortable and roomy. The controls are relatively easy to understand. The ride is very comfortable. The fit and finish are great.

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price I will not purchase or lease it again.

It was my first time purchasing a car and I am so happy I came here. I was worried used car dealers were sketchy and untrustworthy but these guys at East Side Auto were just the opposite. I bought a 2015 Jeep Compass and haven’t had any problems! It’s been a year and has been so reliable. The service and quality of the vehicle is amazing! These guys know their cars. I recommend.

I bought a new Escape with onboard navigation that gets 29 miles to the gallon. Now my wife can find her way home with plenty of gas to spare.

We were looking for a used Nissan Murano and they had one, I put it on hold with a credit car because we are about a 21/2 hr drive from them and couldn't make it up there during the week. Unfortunately my wife ended up in the hospital so we didn't make it up there. They were great to talk with on the phone and had my wife not ended up in the hospital we would have bought it.

Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
