Good experience for once

I was presently surprised that I received such great service. I purchased my Ford F-150 and had a terrible experience and purchased a service plan.
I know that this survey is directed towards my visit, but I am taking this opportunity to voice my frustrations of how awful my car buying experience
1.I still have a sour taste in my mouth with the car buying experiences at LHM used car Supermarket. When I bought my truck I had to return my truck to the shop over three times. All I asked for was a detail and to buffer the head light when I bought the truck, had to send that back to get done.
2. The mangers were cool and dealt with the issues, but the follow through and communication was unacceptable. I had to call them to see if my Truck was done with repairs. One time the truck was done for over three days and I did not even get a phone call or compensated for my inconveniences
3. Every one in there life in my opinion gets sold. Unfortunately, I feel in love with the Truck I test
drove and did not do my research, I purchased on the spot and put 2,000 down. I did not get a fair price and feel like I paid at least 120% for the Truck. I got sold.... Not only will I not let that happen again, I will not be buying from LHM after Med school next spring. I'm buying new might I add.
Hope this reaches someone that will take my feedback seriously because there is a serious disconnect from the treatment/inconsistencies with the used car Super Markey vs the exception service I received from you folk down at LHM Ford in Provo.
