Was having some battery issues. Showed up less than 2 hours before closing for something that would take about 2 hours to diagnose and fix. As it turned out, it took nearly 3 hours because the battery would not cooperate. Travis stayed and addressed the issues well past closing time. Although they could not get the battery to fail (part of the diagnostics), they replaced my battery under warranty. They COULD have sent me off with a bad battery and a ???we did all we could.??? Everyone was helpful, honest, open, and most importantly accommodating to me, and took care of me as a customer. Nobody who stayed gave me looks or attitude about being there late (you know the looks and attitude when some people want to go home, and to xxxx with YOUR problem)! Thank you, Travis, and the rest of the service department who took care of my problem with courtesy and professionalism when they would have preferred to be home eating dinner and spending time with their families!
