I recently purchased an F150 from this location and was thrilled with my overall experience! My sales representative was Jeffrey Weidmaier. His customer service skills are very rare nowadays. His honesty and charisma has lead me to purchase two vehicles from him. We told him what vehicle we were looking for and went above and beyond to locate the right vehicle for our needs. He has followed up with me on both purchases to confirm that I was satisfied with my vehicles. I highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a vehicle. Benjamin McGary was the manager we spoke to during our visits. Customer service is definitely a culture at this entire dealership as he was extremely professional and sympathetic to our budget and needs. It's great to see a manager get involved with their staff and have face to face interactions with the customer. Sarah Sarvey was a very nice woman working at the desk in the main entrance of the building. We had our young children with us and she gave them both crayons, a coloring book and a balloon. This definitely kept the kids entertained and made the shopping experience much easier. She offered everyone popcorn and refreshments as well. Her service was also outstanding. Guy Johnson was our finance guy. He was very patient with us while we had our children in his office. We apologized for the children being noisy and he simply told us not to worry as had children the same age. He made us feel very comfortable and we appreciate that tremendously. He went into great detail about the warranties and made sure we understood exactly what we were purchasing. The owner of this dealership must be doing something right to keep such a great staff around. The camaraderie around the dealership is refreshing. Teamwork is obviously a top priority at this dealership. I look forward to working with these guys again and strongly recommend anyone in the area to swing buy for a great and reliable vehicle. It was as easy as deciding what vehicle I wanted to buy, which was a Jeep Compass Sport, then Jeff searched the internet , then offered me a price lower than what he could find on line. All the shopping was done for me so I knew I was getting the best solution for my needs. Just to be safe I went, I always suggest a person checks this out, to edmonds.com to get a fair market price of the Jeep I was interested in purchasing. Jeff???s price was over $2,000 less than what Edmonds could locate in the area. Kelly???s Blue Book use to be the ???go to??? resource for car worthiness but Edmonds is the most up to date site of true market value. I actually entered the Jeep???s VIN number to do a spot on internet search. Not only do you get the best price, you also get great customer service. I am a person that hates buying cars, going to market in Mexico, and just dealing with price negotiations. I wish what the price was on the car is what you paid at every business that sells automobiles. However, we know that???s not the case unless you go to a place like CarMax which I would not recommend. So by Jeff shopping the internet for me in reference to an identical Jeep, he just beat the best price found so I was confident I was getting a better deal had I spent countless hours researching and shopping myself. I took my car to Bob Bell Ford for routine service and because my check engine light had randomly come on, even though nothing seemed to be different/wrong with my car. Little did I know that I would end up needing $2700 in unexpected repairs/service. Robin (service representative I corresponded with throughout the process) was extremely helpful and pleasant; she made an otherwise stressful experience go extremely smoothly and positively. The work was done quickly (dropped the car off Monday knowing they couldn't do a diagnostic test til Tuesday, picked it up Thursday evening despite the fact that they found an additional issue after the initial repairs on Wednesday). I could immediately feel and hear a difference once I picked the car up. They did a fabulous job throughout the entire process.

I made an appointment for service (oil change & tire rotation) for 11:30 a.m. on a Tuesday, and because I cannot be away from my business for very long, I also arranged a shuttle to take me back to my office. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by both a service associate who verified my appointment and checked in my vehicle, and then escorted to my service adviser, Jeff. As Jeff was preparing my service order, I mentioned that I had arranged for the shuttle. He indicated that the shuttle was just loading and getting ready to leave, however, there was no car ahead of my Mustang and the service should take no more than 45 minutes. I chose to stay and wait, as it would have taken much longer to go and come back with the shuttle. I made myself comfortable in the waiting area, which was not very crowded, was clean and even had coffee and snacks available. I wasn't expecting my car to be ready so soon! 35 minutes after I sat down, checked my email and made a couple of phone calls, Jeff came back to tell me that my car was ready. As I was checking-out, I asked Jeff if they offered a car wash or detailing service. He mentioned the price of the detailing, but also stated that they give a free car wash with the oil change (OK, "The Works" package, which I received), however I should allow another 45 minutes. I'll do it next time. Short of not having to leave my office to have my car serviced, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Ferman Ford's service, based upon this experience.

I bought my 2015 Mazda CX-5 from here. Now the sales guy (I can't even remember his name) I had was worthless, but that didn't matter because I has a broker that found my car, handled all the bull that comes with the car buying experience. Once I got past that, I got a great buy! I bought the car with some body damage the dealership said they would fix. Once I got to the "behind the scenes" crew I was handled like royalty!! From the body shop to the service department and even the car rental. Special thanks to David and Kristina. I've had the car for a year now. Before my Mazda, I would never take my car to the dealer for anything. These guy changed my outlook on Dealers. They are now the only ones that ever touch my car and they handle it with great care, as well as means my family. I'm just blown away by this team!!

I had 2 parts in my car that were recalled - they took care of it along with a $36 or $38 dollar oil change when most places I've been to have charged me $60-$74 dollars. The recalled parts were free and they set me up in a rental car free of charge for 2 days. They also gave me an estimate on other preventative maintenance needed for a long lasting vehicle, the quote was far less expensive than I imagined. I will go back to them again for all of my vehicle needs.

I purchased my 2014 Ford Fusion from this dealership and I received a fantastic, honest and transparent deal. Since then, I go to Ferman Ford for any of my major service needs (of which there have been few). This time I took it in to change my brake pads, something that was brought to my attention when I was having an oil change at a tire place (a mistake I will never make again). Ferman charged me $205 dollars less than this discount place. I waited for my service to be completed, which is was in record time, comfortably from the wait room equipped with free beverages. Cameron, my repair associate was amazing and I have had zero issues. I want to thank Ferman for their amazing service and sales people.

We purchased our 2016 Ford Escape 10/06/2017 . Our salesman Andrew Pritchard was amazing. Knowledgeable, great communication skills, customer service outstanding. The car purchase and trade in was amazingly smooth calming and the car dealership personal was just wonderful. The financial officer was amazing tooo. Matt Stacey is outstanding salesman. I emailed him and asked about an F150, then We finally got a chance to meet up and look at the F250 also. I found out I am upside down in my truck thanks to another dealership. so at this time it will be awhile before I buy my new/used F150/250/350.

I found a truck that I was interested in online. I called the dealership to visit with a salesman about the truck. I was connected to Cameron Iacovelli and I can't say enough about the help. It was exceptional. I wish everyone had the chance to work with someone like Cameron. He was responsive, helpful, and patient...three things that I'd like my company to mirror in the way we take care of our customers. Steve Rodger's -> It's no wonder this guy has the same name as Captain America, he is the best. We went to Galpin not knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase, but knew we needed a new vehicle... he showed us the awesome Lincoln's, Mazda's and then took us over to Ford... He spent a long time walking us through every question we had and took us around showing us the vehicles we were interested in. After such great customer service we walked away with our dream Truck! I went to Galpin Ford and Don Rohde. This will be the 7th vehicle I bought through him since 1989 (five sedans and two trucks). Back in September, I had first ordered a Fusion but it never materialized. But I really wanted a Taurus. I'm retired now and I really wanted a top-of-the-line car. Even though I go back and forth to L.A. several times a month (around 200 miles each way), I didn't really care about the MPG; I just wanted a higher-end car. When it was apparent that the factory was not going to get a Fusion to me (I am replacing a 2005 Five Hundred with 235,000 miles, also sold to me by Don), Don went looking for the Taurus I wanted (white exterior with tan leather interior). He was able to find one and I drove it off Galpin's lot on Nov. 25.

This was my second time coming to a vehicle from Galpin having come back because I was very satisfied with my first purchase experience? I was actually looking for a used vehicle to replace a car that had been totaled and hoping to get a good deal with low monthly payments on one of the used cars in the lot. With a little bit of research Don found a 2017 Ford Fusion just coming out of the service department rental fleet, for which they were able to offer a good three year lease program that included a $3,500 rebate and a college student discount! I walked away with more than I could've asked for and that put a big smile on my face!

These guys were great! I was originally only coming in for an appraisal and to browse stock, but I ended up buying a car that very same day! My old car died literally right outside the dealership, and I contacted Laz Accosta to let him know I wouldn't be able to make it, but he offered to get me out of the street, check out the car a little, and maybe even make a trade in offer for a car. They got me safely out of the road, shared some of the pizza they were all having and gave me time to de-stress before going over details. That's where Teddy O'Meir came in. He was great, no pressure, understood my budget, and swooped in to grab a car someone else was eyeing that ended up being perfect for me, 2013 Kia Optima. He took me on the test drive, answered all my questions, and got me a lower loan rate and got my monthly payment exactly where I needed it. Financial department was great too, they kept to my budget and didn't push any extra deals when I said I can't do anything higher than what I said. And then I was done, keys in hand ready to go! They took care of my old car (even got rid of papers I wanted to shred I had rolling around in the trunk by taking them to their shredder pick up!!!), stuck to my budget, and were fantastic. My parents became Galpin customers in the late 60's or early 70's. Galpin is the only place they would buy or lease their cars from. In 1987, I purchased my 1st car from Galpin and in 1988, my sister bought her 1st car. I have been looking for some time at othef dealerships but knew that Galpin is where I should go. I went online and filled out an application before going into the dealership. When I arrived in the afternoon, I was greeted by 2 salesmen who immediately took me to look at the car the bank had approved me for. I test drove it and was able to go home to show my family and pick my husband up to go back to the dealership. I was so excited when I was told of the great deal they were giving me. I left Galpin in a car that I desperately needed and payments I am happy with. Galpin is still #1 with this family!!

I stopped by to look around and oh my! I ended up leaving with a happy and wonderful feeling! I left with a new car! My intention was just to explore my options into hybrids since i recently got a job by LAX and i live by Burbank. The commute i tell you is long and has been quite expensive in terms of me wasting about $60 a week for gas. Well, I met up with Mr. Art Ramirez and I couldn't have asked for a better representative. He was extremely patient, down-to-earth, and informative with me. After careful consideration and taking out the car for a test drive...i ended up trading in my current vehicle and left with a brand new C-MAX Energi. He explained to me all of my financial options and of course i kept asking questions after questions but he didn't mind explaining or re-explaining!
