In the distant past I had a negative experience with Ford. And was certain I would never purchase that make again. I bought a Ford Fusion over a year ago, and haven't regretted my decision at all. Especially because of the customer service. I recently purchased new tires, and get an alignment done. Though I wasn't excited about spending the money, the service was excellent. Ask for Carmen McDonald if you need service done. She is very pleasant. And any question you have, she takes time, does the research, and gives you intelligent suggestions. Shop around and do your diligence about purchasing a vehicle. But before you make a decision, stop by Sheehy Ford of Ashland.

This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

He is friendly, professional, and follows up impeccably. He understood the process and explained it great detail to be sure I was informed as to what to expect. James Vance and the entire Sheehy Ford of Richmond team did a fantastic job of insuring I got all the information I needed about the truck I had seen online, so that I could decide if it was the truck I wanted before I ever traveled to the dealership. No sales pressure, just information. James even made a video of the truck to cover points that weren't super clear in the online photos. I showed up to inspect the truck, and it was exactly what they had represented. Three hours later (most spent waiting for my bank to complete a wire transfer), and I was driving away in my new F-350. They even spent the down time going over how to set up the digital screen and various features, and drove me to get lunch! I'm 65, and this is the first time I have EVER had a totally positive experience at an auto dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend Sheehy Ford to anyone car shopping.

Purchased a used truck several weeks back and found several issues with my truck. My salesman Benjamin Ainsa went to bat for me and with Mr Singh helping out the issue was resolved. We stopped by the dealership today to look at the 2024 Explorer. Gilman was the first person that approached us and showed us several new vehicles. He was very professional and knowledgeable with us. We were just looking but ended up purchasing a new vehicle from Gilman. Everyone in dealership was very nice and helpful. I want to express my appreciation to James Lynch Bill Talley Ford for helping me through a maintenance issue I had experience with my 2013 Ford Focus. My vehicle had been in the shop before because of my driver side window not rolling up and the motor had gone bad. It was replaced a year ago. Unfortunately, I had experience the same situation a month ago. When I did get my car to Ford I was told that it was not under warranty and that I would have to pay out of pocket just to have it looked at. I paid for my car to be looked at to get the same report as before, the motor went bad. I called James Lynch who had sold me Ford cars in the past and told him my didisappointment with Ford and that they need to stand behind their work. James told me to allow him to see what he could do and within a half an hour my car will be covred by Ford. I am so happy that dealers like James did not just sell me a car, he showed me compassion and concern as a friend. Thank you James for keeping me in business with Ford.
