Used 2020 Ford Expedition Max Platinum for Sale

My salesperson, Eric C., is the best. He always goes out of his way to help me, even if it's his day off. I travel over 1 hour to get to the dealership, so that shows you how much I trust them. (There is a Ford dealer less than 10 minutes from my house.) I also have been going there for 14 years. They know how to treat their customers right, and I'm a single woman.

I brought my Avalanche in thinking the transmission needed servicing. Turned out to be the universals that needed to be replaced. Got my truck back a day later and it is running great.

Great service, but I???m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost excepting a labor charge of $25. Since the battery was defective and I paid for the initial installation,I feel this to be unfair. It was a GM battery under warranty and I should not reasonably anticipate incurring a labor expense on a virtually new battery. I???m a long time customer and enjoy the relative comradely of a long-time relationship. It???s a wonderful service department. I???ll likely be a customer until I no longer can operate a vehicle. I purchased a 2006 Camry LE from Victory Ford on March 2, 2016. I found the car on their web site. My sales consultant was Kim Palmer and it was a pleasure working with him. He had the car in the bay inside the showroom which allowed me to inspect the engine and check the levels. This was so much better than standing outside in the cold. The 2006 Camry car had been fully serviced and the interior was spotless. I purchased the car after the test drive. It was in my price range and the 2006 Camry will replace my 2000 Camry. Kim is very knowledgeable and courteous. The Finance Director, David Hogan, was very helpful with the paperwork. I was made to feel as if I was their only customer. Customer service is the #1 priority of Victory Ford and it shows! I would highly recommend Victory Ford for your next vehicle purchase.

I am a Ford customer that was in MO for my son's graduation from Ft. Leonard Wood Basic Training. It was pouring rain and my tire was nearly flat. I could see a heavy duty staple had punctured my tire. I had no idea where to go. My son saw the Ford sign and said, "Hey there's a Ford dealership." I am a Ford Owner Advantage Rewards member and thought at least they could point me in the right direction. I was directed to pull my car into the bay. After a short period of time, the mechanic came back and announced that my car was done. I asked him what the charge was and he said, "No charge, ma'am. " I was stunned. I cannot express how grateful I was to be a Ford owner at that very moment. They went above and beyond to help me in an incredible time of need. If I were local, they would have a lifelong customer. Buying a car here was one of the most comfortable car buying experiences I've ever had. My salesman Todd Wood was absolutely amazing. The finance manager didn't try to hustle on the warranty and made me feel very comfortable about my new car.
