I have a 2013 Ram pickup that I bought new with a Max Care warranty and recently the engine light came on, not blinking,, I took it into Pettus Ram and dealt with Josie who is great. After replacing thermostat my light came back on after a few miles of driving. I took it back in and they were so fantastic and understanding. They wanted my truck for a few more days and my extended warranty covered the cost of a loaner car which they provided me with a Dodge Hornet, nice little car to drive, anyways Josie and Melissa were so caring , kept me informed and after driving it for a week my truck is running smoothly and no engine light is on. Just wanted to share my experience with everyone that worked on my truck including the mechanic, don’t know his name, but they all were so great and made it such a good experience. My truck is old but I love driving it and am so glad I had the extended warranty which saved me thousands of dollars and the dealership with its cooperation made it a pleasant experience. We had a great experience at Hyundai Santa Monica. Buying a used car can take alittle more time then a new car since you have to do your research and really go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Ben Nabili was great! Very pleasant and patient. Gave us all the time we needed. Minor issues were addressed and fixed. Mike in finance was very helpful in making all our finance options clear.
