I followed Sarah here from her previous dealer (I make the drive from South Orange County.) She has been my service contact on my Tribute since I purchased it back in 2011. She, and all the other service people at Orange, have always been up front about telling me what needed repairs and what could wait, service provided within the expected time frame, and at reasonable prices. The only complaint I have are the seats in the waiting area. A partial incline is not comfortable for me (spine surgery a decade ago) when waiting for over an hour. Tables and chairs would better serve, or at least be a better option, for those like me or that have kids with them. But overall my favorite Mazda service center!
