I just bought a 2016 Mazda6 Touring from Jeremy and I could not be happier with my new car or the service I received. Jeremy is not pushy, he answered all of my questions, and was available when I needed him. Kyle and Cassidy were also incredibly quick with the financing and paperwork side of things. So far the Explorer has met or exceeded our expectations. It has every available option and the controls easy to navigate. Its a real head turner and we have gotten lots of complements on it.
I don???t ever write reviews on anything but I felt this needed to be said. My sales man great (Jason) but when it came time to see the finance guy that was a different story. That guy was a total xxxxx!!! He was so rude that I just about got up and walked out. I will not ever buy another vechile using this finance guy that???s for sure. Then when I get the truck the mats that were in the truck are now missing. What kind of business let???s their employees take items from the cars they are cleaning.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Survived a roll over accident in the last explorer with only seatbelt bruises. Replaced it with a newer model. It is so comfortable, reliable, and fun to drive. We will be driving explorers for a long time.
There were quite a few things that were simple fixes not taken care of. Example, front seat cushions have come loose from seat frame, no owners manual, only one key, navigation SIM card had been taken out of car. Things that should have been taken care of since I was told they give their used cars extremely careful inspection before they are sold ( that’s what I was to,d was their process). When I was asked for these things like a key, I was told that he would get me one at cost instead of I’ll yake care of that for you. I bought a new car from Gary Daniel a couple of years ago. Was a great experience. Can’t say the same for their used car dealership. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
All the gadgets and even the method of starting the vehicle can be baffling to someone who has not purchased a new car in 22 years. My salesman has been very patient with me in explaining some of the functions as many as three times. Other employees have been helpful and gracious as well. Overall it has been a very good experience.

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
Very dissatisfied with the purchase process, I work Construction and told salesman I needed the truck to travel out of state the following week, bought a truck could not get a tag so had to catch a ride with a friend until I come home in a month or two and try to get everything straightened out.
