The salesman was very nice and willing to help me out, even staying late to show me more vehicles. Unfortunately, the vehicles had very basic problems (doors that didn't open, truck that wouldn't even shift into drive) that made me very leery of purchasing a vehicle there. If those obvious things are wrong, what ELSE is wrong that isn't obvious?

HUGE on the inside, plenty of leg room in all 3 rows, 2nd and 3rd rows well designed for folding, the spare tire is inside, which is a nice change, well thought out controls.
I went in to get a new lease unsure of what i wanted, Bobby worked with me and got me into a new Ford Escape that i love, he patiently spent alot of time going over multiple different options until i found the one i absolutely loved, i would highly recommend if you are looking for a new car to go through this dealership they are wonderful
Great job getting me out of my lease with little negative equity and into a beautiful 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. The salesman Jim Kelly is a pro and a straight shooter, he cares about his customers and the vehicle he is selling. Only con is the high interest rate you must accept to make the deal, but you can refinance with your own bank, small inconvenience for the great deal I received. I highly recommend Jim Kelly and this dealer.

Love this vehicle. Could use more bells and whistles, but a really good car. It’s roomy, comfy, and my kids love it. I’m a lefty and have to get use to the steering wheel controls.

Survived a roll over accident in the last explorer with only seatbelt bruises. Replaced it with a newer model. It is so comfortable, reliable, and fun to drive. We will be driving explorers for a long time.
I have been purchasing my Ford vehicles at Sayville Ford for the past 20 years with Bob. He has always been very professional and informative with any answers I have pertaining to the purchase or maintainance of my vehicles.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
I've never liked shopping for a new car and dealing with salespeople, but Robert was great to work with and we got a good deal on the car. I would definately recommend him and Sayville Ford to anyone looking for a new car.

The company I worked for provided these as company cars. After I left that company I bought one myself because they were such good, comfortable, functional, and reliable cars! Highly recommend them!
Marianna was so great to work with! I first met her about a month ago while I was waiting for an oil change (their service center is also great!) and wanted to ask questions regarding the upcoming end of my current lease. We talked about what I wanted in my next vehicle but I wasn???t ready to turn in my old Escape yet. I test drove an EchoSport but didn???t like it was well as the Escape. Since the 2019 Escape was coming out soon I decided to wait. As soon as the new Escapes arrived last week she contacted me to let me know. She already had one picked out for me that had everything I was looking for. Marianna did a great job of going over all the features with me and answering every question I had. I never felt intimidated or pushed to sign a lease I wasn???t comfortable with. It was truly a great experience and I love my new Escape!

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This is the place to get your deals done, these people know their business, and understand alot about people and how valuable their time is. Wish I would have known about Sayville Ford and Rose St. Pierre much sooner.
Ford of Smithtown is the only dealer I use. I have bough several cars from salesman Mike Foley and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have bought several Fords from this dealership and never really felt the urge to write a review but after my last experience I felt I should share. I bought a 2017 F 150 , long story short it turned out to be a lemon. This was Ford's fault not the dealer, they did all they could to keep me happy and worked w me until I had enough and went after corporate to buy it back , which they eventually did. The process was painful and miserable. Ford corporate lost a customer in me and my wife. When I explained this to the dealer , Danny the GM and Vincent the Business Manager did what it would take to keep me in a Ford. They cared enough to pick up the slack when corporate was dropping the ball. I would highly recommend this dealership.
