I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

We purchased a 2022 Explorer Platinum one month ago and so far we've had a great experience. We needed the large volume of cargo space that's available with the third row down, above-average towing capability, and most importantly comfortable seating for long trips. This SUV has given us all of that and much more. Now that we're past the break-in period, it is such a pleasure to drive. It has a phenomenal engine, helpful tech that we haven't had any trouble using (with one exception -- see below), and a fantastic selection of drive modes. The one fly in the ointment isn't Ford's fault. We tried to activate the three-month free trial of the wifi hotspot with AT&T, but three weeks after opening an incident with them (with Ford Customer Support's help), they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I hope Ford partners with a different provider soon, so no one else has to deal with this. But that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. After a major purchase like this I often second-guess myself and wonder if I shouldn't have gone with one of the runners up. But not in this case. I'm confident we found the best SUV for our needs. Kudos to Ford!

Worked with both MATTS they came to what I wanted for a payment. It was all done without going to dealership and that saved a lot of time. I went in for routine maintenance and a minor repair. Service department folks from the desk to the mechanic on the job were, as always, courteous and pleasant. While waiting for work to be done I wandered out to look at vehicles. Had a nice chat with Mr. Poulin and my trusty salesman Aristedes. We talked about a potential trade and once Aristedes and I found the truck I wanted, he immediately went to work for me. Deals are always made with the customer's interest in mind. Our last 3 vehicles, and most likely the next 3, will come from Poulin.

The minute that I drove onto the lot I saw exactly what i wanted. The sales person came out and saw me and we went over the entire vehical and he showed me all of the features and answered any questions that I had. Then I went to see the finance manager to do the paperwork. He was great too. He told me about all of the warrentee options and the payment options. I am very happy with the whole process and how quickly it went. I was able to leave with the vehicle that I wanted.

I brought my 14 year old firsta in for transmission problems my mechanic couldn't figure out. Mike Wildes in the service department told me all repair work would be covered by an extended warranty till June 2025 because Ford realized there were issues with these transmissions. Not only did Mike fully rebuild/replace and repair the tranny? He also replaced all the door latches that were a recall the previous owner never followed up on. No charge for anything. They even taxied me home and back at my convenience. You can't get better service and I highly recommend Arundel ford.
