Has lots of leg room. Drives wonderfully. Started at 50 degrees below zero. Very comfortable seats all through the vehicle. Quite interior from outside noise.
Had an issue from the day before on my vehicle when I was in...was going out of town and they took me as quickly as they could...that’s how customer service should be..thanks again

Feels like an expensive car for a great price!

This car has all the bells and whistles one would expect from a premium vehicle, but at a much more affordable price. The interior is sleek and accommodating, as well as comfortable. I love the double panel sunroof and the heated seats! So far it's doing decent on gas mileage for considering its size. It also doesn't feel like driving a tank, it maneuvers well and rides smoothly!
One afternoon, I decided to test drive a couple of different vehicles. Bill Brown is just down the road from my house and after checking out their website, decided to look at a 2014 Explorer. After arriving at the lot we were approached by a salesman (Kevin) that asked if we had any questions. He was very nice and said he wouldn't bother us but was available if we wanted to test drive something. It turns out that the Explorer had been sold already. I drove a 2010 Flex Limited, 2014 Flex SEL and 2014 Explorer. Long story short... I was the proud owner of a gently used Flex Limited by 6:30pm that day. It was a good price, great customer service and awesome experience.
(The only reason that I gave 4 stars for quality of repairs is that one repair hasn't been finished yet but we are waiting on a part.)

I'm a car guy and it's important how the vehicle looks......and I really like this vehicle. It'll take me awhile to get used to all the new electronics. Once I learn everything, I think this will be my favorite vehicle I've ever owned.

I recommend Explorer those looking for comfort and spacious car interior. Everything is well designed and looks luxurious all over. I purchased this two months ago and might be a little soon to review its performance but so far I am happy with what I got.
I just don't recommend the dealership where I bought from : " Ford of Orange, CA" stay away from them.
Very professional, courteous and kept me appraised all the way.

The fifth generation Explorer is a fantastic offering in its class. The Explorer Platinum offers features that compete with luxury brands (first row heated/cooled/massage seats, lane keep, adaptive cruise), and in 52,000 miles I haven't had an issue so far. The 4WD system handles great in the snow, and the 3.5L twin turbo V6 offers plenty of power. The second row captain's chairs can be moved forward to offer third row occupants livable legroom, and there's still plenty of cargo space behind that. It handles well, tows well and is all around the best vehicle I've owned. I would recommend this SUV over any other in its class.
perfect car for my purposes, traveling, camping etc. I look forward to many fun trips and adventures, I need 25 words but for now I think this is about it.
I've always hated going to a car lot to buy a car because of the overbearing salespeople, but a couple of friends recommended Backhuus Auto Sales to me. From the time I spoke to John on the phone until the time we met in person I could tell he was a legitimate honest car salesman. I didn't think they existed anymore! I didn't try to bargain the price down on the vehicle we bought, because after researching online for a few months, I knew this was already at a great price! He doesn't have a huge overwhelming lot, but the vehicles he does have are gems! I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. The process was super simple and just a week after stopping by we drove off with our 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. Love driving it! The whole experience was a pleasure!

Carvana-Touchless Delivery To Your Home Review
Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

We love our Explorer

So far, our Explorer is paying for itself. We get great gas mileage and a smooth ride. The technology is taking us oldtimers some time to learn but so far is great. We would buy another if we needed one.
If I could give this dealership a six star rating, I truly would do so. My salesperson was Vanessa Vermette, and I have a several buying experiences now here at Pat Milliken Ford that I would like to share. Eight months ago, I bought my very first truck used from the dealership. It was a 2014 F150 King Ranch, and with the help of my mom as a co-signer, I drove off the lot happy as ever in my Ford Certified pickup truck. I used this F150 as my daily driver, but I realized over time that having a truck equipped for max towing didn???t make sense with all the extra money I was spending on gasoline while having nothing to tow. I absolutely love the King Ranch, and I plan on getting another one in the future; nevertheless, I decided in the last week that it was more practical to lease an newer XLT to save money on my payment and on gas. Now I knew I would have negative equity by getting out of a used truck so early, so I shopped around various Ford dealerships to get the best value for my trade. I went to Suburban Ford, and they completely tried to rip me off???they said my loaded King Ranch was only worth 27,000. I walked out the door when they came back with that number on top of saying that I could lease the 2018 Special Edition XLT that I wanted for 200 dollars more a month than what I was currently paying. All I said to them was ???absolutely not.??? Tom Holzer Ford gave me a more reasonable appraisal for my King Ranch, but the Special Edition XLT that I wanted was not even in stock. Keep in mind that I was going from a King Ranch to an XLT; the Special Edition was a must-have for me, because I still wanted a pickup truck that had that ???wow factor???. Finally, I came to the dealership that gave me my first chance with buying my King Ranch. I was only 20 at the time, so getting approved credit-wise for such a nice truck was a big deal to me. I told Vanessa???s partner (Vanessa was still on vacation at the time) about my situation and that I wanted to lease a 2018 Special Edition XLT that they had on the lot. David let me drive the new truck while they appraised my King Ranch. I came back to hear that, contrary to ???all??? that Suburban Ford could do for me, Pat Milliken gave me 31,000 for my truck, 4,000 dollars more than Suburban???s rip-off appraisal. It was also music to my ears that David said that I my payment would be LESS than what I was currently paying. So without hesitation, David put it on hold for me, and Vanessa helped me with the rest of the leasing process two days later. So at the end of the day, I went from a rather gas-thirsty 2014 King Ranch with a 3.5 Ecoboost to a more fuel efficient 2018 XLT Special Edition with a 2.7 Ecoboost to use as my daily driver for the next three years as a lease. And better yet, because of paying for the King Ranch on my own for the past eight months, I got approved this time around without a co-signer. With both times that I???ve been there, Vanessa as well as the financing managers made the process of buying a truck easy and hassle-free. Never again will I go to any other dealer but Pat Milliken Ford; for all the reasons posted above, they are nothing less than the best Ford dealership around. I will be a customer for life, and hopefully my story will be convincing to others who read it and are on the fence about giving Pat Milliken a shot. Go there and experience their outstanding customer service; they are family-owned and truly care about their customers and clientele. Vanessa will get you into the vehicle that you want at a price you can afford, and even if you don???t work with Vanessa, I know this is true for the rest of the salespeople at Pat Milliken Ford.

This vehicle has everything that I need, tow package, four wheel drive and is very stylish and comfortable inside. The third row seating is surprisingly roomy and I love the stowable seats.
It was time to get rid of my car that took me through college, it was very outdated (had roll up/roll down windows 😩) and Frank helped get me into something I can afford! He was truly passionate about putting me into a car that made me happy and worked very hard to find the best deal for me. He did not give up until I left the dealership satisfied with a purchase. I love my new car and I have recieved sooo many complements!! I will definitely recommend Taylor Ford to my family/friends, Thanks Frankie!!

Such an excellent adventure! After my wonderful 2007 Focus was totaled, I decided it was time for a newer car through a lease. I now drive a "golden chariot"--2017 Ford Fusion. Andrew Louttit is so professional, personable, and thorough. This is my first lease after 15 years so was anxious. Andrew was so patient and caring. I felt comfortable and confident that I had a great deal and the perfect Ford car. WOW! All the new features and the Fusion is so quiet. It is taking some time to get used to the dial gear shift and the push button start, but it is such a joy getting into a new car! Thank you Taylor Ford for all your care.+

This car is reliable, comfortable, and best SUV all around. Very comfortable for long car rides and best value for what you're paying! Get the best of both luxurious and safe driving.
When it was time to turn in my lease, I wanted to shop around for the best Ford dealer in my area...and guess what? Taylor Ford and my salesman Brent Sukel earned that distinction. They had a large selection of vehicles to choose from..so no need to search for a "trade", Brent was very friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward about bottom line prices that he quoted and I believe he truly was excited and interested in helping me make the right choice while NOT being pressured..EVER! I also couldn't be more pleased with my experience with the dreaded "finance manager"! Same experience there...no high pressure b.s. .....just a friendly conversation, quick and no surprises on the bottom line! I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to Taylor Ford and especially Brent! Thanks for the no stress transaction and this beautiful new 2018 Edge Sport!

Have had it a couple of months and on the highway at 75mph with strong wind the windshield molding flew off !! This made me look online at the part and it shows more than 34 complaints of this happening.why in the world has this not been fixed! My car sounds like a window is down on the highway and rattling the dash ! Super sad about this . 40,000 miles on it .
Worked with AJ. He's a good guy, personable, responsive and seemed genuinely interested in providing the best possible match to what we were looking for. Unfortunately, we weren't able to come to an agreement on price and another vehicle caught our eye. But I would definitely recommend AJ.
3 stars for facilities because the lot is cramped, but they are working on moving to bigger & better place.

The car met all our needs but one, towing. Decent and as advertised but not great with rolling hills or the mountains of Tennessee. Advertised limit is really the limit.
I got my oil changed on my F-150. They did a great job and were very quick. They even washed my truck. I looked beautiful when I came back to pick it up.

This car met my needs. It is spacious for my 3 kids and their friends, with plenty of room on the third row sit. The remote key and keyless start is very useful, specially summer time, when you can leave the car locked but running, so the AC is still cooling.
As always - first class service and friendly, informative staff. Only downfall was the wait time for my oil change, but free coffee and snacks and a car wash made it worth it :)

The dealership facility was clean, comfy and professional. Everyone greeted me with a smile and a Hello!
My experience was great at Avis Ford. I plan to return.
