We are so thankful for the folks who work in the service department! We had the pleasure to meet Marty Gulley (and others) who walked us through each step of the process. In addition to our purchasing wiper blades, having the routine service done, they were also able to find the cause of a leak in the a/c system and repair it in record time. Due to our afternoon appointment at this dealership and the extensive repair that was necessary, we were loaned a marvelous GMC Terrain until the following morning so that we would not be without a vehicle in the overnight hours. Our 2011 GMC Terrain was all set for our pickup by 8 AM the following day. That was amazing! Thank you!

I recommend Explorer those looking for comfort and spacious car interior. Everything is well designed and looks luxurious all over. I purchased this two months ago and might be a little soon to review its performance but so far I am happy with what I got.
I just don't recommend the dealership where I bought from : " Ford of Orange, CA" stay away from them.
Bought a Dodge Ram and they made the process enjoyable! Good people and great prices. In and out in about 30 mins!

Chris always takes care of my major repairs. Brady does a great job on my regular maintenance. Everyone always greets me with a smile and kind words. I was in the market for a fully loaded 2017 Ford Expedition, which were being heavily incentive by the factory. I came a cross a King Ranch Expedition at Ford Lincoln of Franklin that carried the Ford incentive but it was also discounted substantially because it had been used as a loaner for service customers. It had logged 2070 miles. I was contacted by Hayne, the Sales Rep and also spoke with Brian the F&I Manager via phone. The dealership was 80 miles form where I live and I already had financing in place. I was trading a 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited in which I had substantial equity and they offered me almost exactly what I was seeking on the trade, contingent on the vehicle being in excellent condition, which it was. I made an appointment to arrive at 10 AM on Friday morning, and when I did everything was in place. The Expedition had been beautifully detailed, Hayne showed me a round the dealership, which is impressive and Brian handled the business transaction as soon as he finished with a prior customer. Brian worked with the rep from my credit union and we got through everything with no issues. Hayne then took me out to the Expedition, gave me a bottle of ice cold water and a small box of customized chocolates (a first). Hayne covered all of the aspects of the vehicle and I was on my way in less than 40 minutes. The folks at Ford Lincoln of Franklin do things the right way, the first time. They were pleasant, forthright and did exactly what we had discussed over the phone. I came away knowing I'll do business with this dealership again because of the way they conducted themselves on this transaction. Finally, I had been in contact with 9 Ford dealerships in central TN and northern AL and even one in southern IL searching for the right vehicle. Some did ok, one was unresponsive even after a test drive, and 3 met my expectations. Ford Lincoln of Franklin was the only dealership that exceeded my expectations. I also got a follow-up call from Jesse Nichols asking if I was satisfied with the way I had been treated. You easily get the feeling that service and integrity are cornerstones for this excellent Ford dealership.

engine slips at 55-60 and when it takes off.I have had this car over a year and am so tired of the skipping.Ford motor said to just drive it til they get a code to fix it..I think when you pay this much for a car and it's new it should run like one...not a very happy customer.My family has always been a ford family..
Several weeks ago I was searching for a new truck when I met Mike Cimorelli. He was extremely friendly and helpful in the first stages of my search. We spent nearly two weeks going back and forth with phone calls and texts, during which Mike was able to provide me a fantastic offer on my trade-in vehicle while also giving me several truck options. Once I decided that the price was right, I made the trip into the dealership and Mike did everything he could to find me the right truck. Although I was not able to complete a deal through Mike and his team, I was astonished by the level of professionalism and service that Mike provided and the values that his dealership holds. Out of the several dealerships and sales managers that I've worked with over the last month of my search, Mike and his team were by far the best with customer treatment, fair values, and overall courtesy. Not once did I feel uncomfortable when working with Mike. He sets the standard for honesty, integrity, and superior customer service. I will gladly return to Mike in the future with any of my vehicle needs.
This was my first visit to Walker Chevrolet's Service Dept. My Impala needed two recall issues rectified, needed a routine oil change and tire rotation, plus a strange knocking noise diagnosed and repaired. It was easier for my schedule to drop off the car early in the morning and pick it up the next day. The staff was friendly and efficient and communicated well with me about the repairs throughout the day. I would go back to Walker's again.

Have had it a couple of months and on the highway at 75mph with strong wind the windshield molding flew off !! This made me look online at the part and it shows more than 34 complaints of this happening.why in the world has this not been fixed! My car sounds like a window is down on the highway and rattling the dash ! Super sad about this . 40,000 miles on it .
Walked in knowing I would buy a Shelby if they had the right one for a decent price. Called ahead and spoke with Cody and we ended up ordering a brand new 17 gt350 exactly how I wanted it. It came in this past week and I got out there to see it. It was exactly what I was looking for but the price was still a bit more than I was comfortable comiting to. At the time, there were 2 gt500 on site and we checked them both out. Cody and Wesley sat down and negotiated with me personally as we talked about the cars. I ended up with great deal on a 2012 gt500 with low mileage and came back the next day to finish the purchase. I had trouble getting all the cash liquidated so I filled out a no hassle, online loan application. It took me about 3 minutes to fill out and I called Cody right after to let him know it was complete. Travis set me up within the hour with a bank and a good rate. By the time I got there all I had left was 5 minutes of paperwork. I was cruising to dinner before 5pm when I didn't arrive until after 415pm. We took a few pictures of corse. These guys were great top to bottom. Best TEAM I have delt with in the auto industry to date. If you are wondering where to go for your next purchase I would recommend you go in and ask for Cody. Has everything you could ever want in a car. We have a 2016 Ford Explorer limited. Seems to have every option ever invented ! Even has massaging seats.
This was our second purchase from Franklin Ford...and an unexpected one. While waiting for my wife to pick up her Explorer from the service team (they were outstanding), I stepped inside to look over a new Mustang on the showroom floor. I was approached by Brian Warren and we started talking about the Mustang. HZe asked if I was in the market and I said ???nope, just waiting for my wife who???s getting her car???. Brian...???You thinking of a Mustang some day????. Me...???Yeah, but not yet???. Brian...???Gotta Shelby in the service area, want to see and hear that one????. Me...???That would be great???. Easy as could be we started looking at inventory and I found the car I has always looked for and bought it the next day. ZI got a super fair trade on my 2011 Taurus (yep, Ford family). Brian???s follow up was consistent but easy, no push. Want to find a dealer and team that will take care of you during and after your purchase? Thos dealer will do it. This car looks 'classy', has lots of 'bells and whistles', lots of horsepower, very 'cushy' inside. Sadly, had to say good bye to our Jeep Sahara; she was not well. We'll miss her looks, but we'll enjoy the smooth ride, and cush of our Explorer.
I imagine there are many people out there that find the dealership experience of car shopping and buying a car to be painful, stressful, or even aggravating. I include myself in that feeling! So a few things happened that caused me to go to the Hyundai dealership - even though I avoid new cars like the plague. (big commitment for no ROI) I had learned the day earlier that my current car was "unfixable" and that it had served it's duty through 187,000 miles. You have to appreciate a car like that, and I very much did. So I immediately took to Craigslist and started the used car search as well as looking at some reputable dealers in my area online for a replacement. And I felt like my wheels were spinning...no pun intended. What did I want to do? Go through the hassle of searching, and meeting all kinds of random sellers, and running carfax on everything? It tired me just thinking of it. So to cut to the chase - I opted to go to the local Hyundai dealership and see what specials they were offering. What brought me to Hyundai aside from a dead car? Word of mouth. Actual Proof. Nothing more...My sister drives one, my boss drives one, 3 of my co-workers drive one. And they have nothing but good things to say about their vehicles. I was greeted by Cory Carpenter within moments of heading towards the building; just a friendly hello and how can I help you. And I laid it out...I need a car. Period. I explained to him my needs and cost expectations, and instead of being your typical salesperson, he was the "advisor" I had hoped for. He did not try and up-sell me unnecessarily, and he gave me honest feedback regarding a choice between two models based on my needs. (mind you, it was the less expensive model that he recommended). Corey easily walked through the features of the vehicles and discussed the current special that I was considering taking advantage of. Very simple and straightforward. He brought over his Sales Manager, Jason Moore, when questions arose that he didn't have the immediate answer for. (which were more related to financing, not the specs on the vehicle) In the end, I bought a car from these gentlemen. They were professional, smart, and certainly gave me a new outlook on a car buying experience. There were negotiations for a few rounds and the result was more than fair. The whole process was smooth and painless - who knew! When the car was pulled up for me to take home, Corey showed me all the pertinent functions and also the fun bells and whistles that come with buying a new 2017 model. Aside from the great customer service, the car itself just about left me speechless. It was so new! The features were above and beyond my expectations. Technology enhancements galore...I had to even come back again on another day for Corey to show me more... So, I happily recommend the car buying/shopping experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs. This team sends out the right message, and treats their prospective customers well. I could not be more pleased with the experience and hope it will help others out there to take a chance on this brand.

This vehicle has everything we wanted. There is plenty of storage room and holds 7 people comfortably. There are usb plugs in front and back. Great ride, quite and smooth.
After thoroughly scouting multiple dealer websites for the past month and test driving about 5 different vehicles, I can say that without a doubt, no other dealership provides the lifetime incentives and customer service quite like the Nelson Mazda dealership in Cool Springs. First of all, the sales associate who helped me purchase my vehicle was beyond friendly and I really appreciated his up-front approach and no gimmicks sales approach. I felt as though VJ helped me make the best decision for ME, not just for the dealership or his sales #s. I was torn between a mid range luxury SUV and the Mazda CX-5, which I ended up purchasing, but after driving the car and learning about the EXTENSIVE safety features (which I would have had to shell out an additional $4k for at the other dealer), I knew the Mazda was the obvious choice. After having lost my previous car under pretty stressful circumstances, I was very hesitant and full of anxiety about buying a new car and especially finding a car I loved that fit my budget and my want for tons of extras/options. Fortunately, I left the Volvo, Acura and BWM dealers behind and chose to test drive the Mazda because ???heck,why not????....and I think it???s pretty safe to say I am very happy and excited about my decision. 10/10 would reccomend.

The fifth generation Explorer is a fantastic offering in its class. The Explorer Platinum offers features that compete with luxury brands (first row heated/cooled/massage seats, lane keep, adaptive cruise), and in 52,000 miles I haven't had an issue so far. The 4WD system handles great in the snow, and the 3.5L twin turbo V6 offers plenty of power. The second row captain's chairs can be moved forward to offer third row occupants livable legroom, and there's still plenty of cargo space behind that. It handles well, tows well and is all around the best vehicle I've owned. I would recommend this SUV over any other in its class.
My husband and I found a truck we liked online at Sharp Motors and drove nearly two hours planning to purchase the truck. We met Don McGee and he was so warm and down to earth. He was transparent about the price and discounts/rebates and made this transaction so smooth. Found us a super low interest rate and was just a delight to talk to and felt like friends when we left. Another fantastic gentleman was Ty, he was friendly and so helpful on the features and made sure that the truck was clean and ready to go. Such a sweet guy. The finance manager was also amazing. He was professional and a joy to deal with. I will buy my next car or truck from these guys.

I'm a car guy and it's important how the vehicle looks......and I really like this vehicle. It'll take me awhile to get used to all the new electronics. Once I learn everything, I think this will be my favorite vehicle I've ever owned.
Not the upscale building I expected to see for a BMW dealer( I just moved to TN), but the first service on my card (oil change) was performed according to plan. With all their checks and downloading new codes it was an hour and half wait, but they did drop in some free windshield wipers.
Our service writer, I am not to sure of. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Seemed a bit frazzled. He wasn't even prepared to provide a receipt of service at the end and had to text/e-mail it to me.
This car met my needs. It is spacious for my 3 kids and their friends, with plenty of room on the third row sit. The remote key and keyless start is very useful, specially summer time, when you can leave the car locked but running, so the AC is still cooling.
