Our little family has been eyeing the Mitsubishi Outlander since 2016! Great vehicle, very comfortable to ride in, great visibility, makes driving a pleasure again. Safety features are great without the clutter and distractions on other new vehicles. Features are very intuitive to use. One feature that it came with is the front camera, I didn't think it was necessary, but after trying it out, it really is handy to see what you can't see over the hood of the vehicle.
The pre owned salesman, Rick, was very professional and knowledgeable. He cut through the hassle and quickly gave me a bottom dollar figure that was reasonable and fair. The car was not right for me, but it was no hassle to walk away and he remained professional and courteous. I would definitely buy from them if they had the right car and I would recommend them to others
I had a great experience with buying my new truck from Peters Chevrolet. Salesman Isaasc Tovar was very courteous and knowledgeable of my truck and stood behind every detail we discussed on the phone and Internet. I would drive the 500 miles from Corpus Christi again to buy my next car! He is probably the best salesman I have ever met. The closing went smoothly and I was impressed with the quality of service I got from both people at Peters Chevrolet.

This car met my needs. It is spacious for my 3 kids and their friends, with plenty of room on the third row sit. The remote key and keyless start is very useful, specially summer time, when you can leave the car locked but running, so the AC is still cooling.
Preston was great in showing us what we were looking for. We were not in the market for another truck , but found exactly what we needed and Preston made the purchase seamless
My purchase was very professional and easy. I was able to negotiate the price I needed for the vehicle trade in and purchase process took less than an hour

This vehicle has everything we wanted. There is plenty of storage room and holds 7 people comfortably. There are usb plugs in front and back. Great ride, quite and smooth.
This was our second experience with Marty at Stanley Ford in Gilmer Tx. He treated us like family. Can't get any better than that.
The newest vehicle is a hand picked(by Marty) 2017 Ford Escape. I absolutely love my "White Lightnin". Love the white gold color and the speedometer goes to 140 mph which I haven't tried yet. A wonderful change from California service that treats you impersonally. Thanks Texas

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? We went "shopping" for a used van for my daycare on Dec. 10, 2016. Visited another dealership down the road that advertises great personal service and no hassle buying. It took them 15-20 minutes to find a salesman to help me, and when he came, he acted like he was not interested in helping at all. We went down the road to Peltier, and were greeted as soon as we got out of our truck. I had been looking online, so they connected my with Steven Flores, the internet salesman. He was extremely personable and helpful. the process was so painless, we ended up buying 2 vehicles in 2 hours!!!!

So far, our Explorer is paying for itself. We get great gas mileage and a smooth ride. The technology is taking us oldtimers some time to learn but so far is great. We would buy another if we needed one.

Only had it for 2 weeks now. Nice, but the Ford SYNC has a major issue, no bluetooth and costly to fix. Rides nice, nice interior.
We took our 2014 f150 4X4 in for the 35K mile checkup and oil change. The service was much better than average, the waiting room actually had chairs that were comfortable. The price was better than I expected for the services rendered and it took less time than I expected. What else could you ask for?
