We stopped the Corwin Lot a few weeks ago looking for an AWD vehicle with some extra space. Jared showed us a nicely finished Traverse with low miles. We were on our way home 170 miles away and told Jared we'd think about it for awhile. Jared kept in contact w/o any pressure just to see if we had any questions or if we were interested in something different. After some clarification we agreed on a price and that we'd pick it up on the day before Thanksgiving. We bought it "as is" w/o warranty. Later that evening, when the instrument cluster is well lit, we noticed a check engine light was on and then later the Auto-Start failed to work. I stopped by Fri morning to see Jared, and he took it for a drive and just told me to sit back and have some coffee while he looked into it. Despite being a very busy post-holiday Friday he got it right into the shop w/o an appt and they dug into the issue and repaired it right away and covered the whole cost of labor and parts. We're happy with the car and the great service we received from Jared and the Corwin team to get this issue resolved. Mark & Nancy

The Best In Texas
I have owned a 1999 and a 2006 Ford Lariat with the 4.6L the only problems I had was after 250,000 miles I had to replace the radiator and on the 99 the coil packs gave me problems but I replaced them with after market ones from 1-A Auto parts and not REM coils. In spite of the issues it takes a liking and keeps on ticking.

I love this truck. Never buying newer one!
This truck is comfortable inside and while driving. I love the sliding back window. I have the Lariat 5.4 I love the leather seats, and that they are heated seats! I've got the DVD player too, too haven't used it much. I CAN be my own drive in movie theater wherever I want to be! 20" wheels look great.on it. Tonneau cover added make it even better. I get tons of compliments on it. It's gorgeous, pearl white. Navigation and Sirius radio, Bluetooth connect for phone. Awesome!

No pressure but Professionalism
I worked with James M. with buying my truck. It was the coldest day and James had the truck warmed up and ready for me before I got there. James was very upfront about the ratings the truck had and what needed to be repaired. James was able to back this up with documentation. I didnt feel pressured or harrassed into buying my truck as I have felt in the past at other dealerships. Doug P. was amazing too, Doug was able to get me the best interest rate and explained everything to me ( maybe twice lol) I didnt feel dumb or uncomfortable with either of these men. I have bought a land sold many many vehicles and recognize professionalism, transparency, honesty and no car industry drama from a mile away! This Duo is nothing but just the absolute epitome of 10 out of 5 stars! They had so much patience and extremely thorough. CA has no shortage of dealers, but I can’t stand most of them because of their slimy tactics and games. Dallas is just a very down to earth solid human being and just made the whole process smoother than silk. His attitude is very old school good and extremely rare in this corrupted industry. Paul in finance was an absolute delight and did not do a single thing that other finance guys do. I wish the both of them nothing but the best and don’t even hesitate for one second choosing this combo…you won’t regret it!
