Very helpful when it comes to making the customer happy . Adrian Luna made me feel like I was his #1 customer he was never distracted he made it his goal to make sure I was taken care of. Very knowledgeable ,and honest too if he was unsure of something he was straight forward about it and assured me that we would find out answer together I like that open communication because I felt like I could trust him with everything . I was right too he stayed focused and met all my needs as well it's people like him that makes you want to buy the car because of the quality of service that you received when you reached out for assistance.

I have to say that our truck buying experience was not very good. That is until Jordyn Bob Ruth Ford our sales man jordyn did everything and anything to help us. EVERYONE at Bob ruth Ford was very respectful and helpful. Heck we even got free food. I think for now on we will be dealing with Bob ruth Ford over anyone!!!! It went fine. I received a recall notice for my Rav4, called and booked an appointment a few days before. Upon arriving at the dealership (my first time there) I was directed to a shorter line for people with appointments, which I appreciated. Kimberly took down my information, got my keys and told me it would take about 2.5 hours. This seemed pretty long, since I was waiting for the car. But it turned out to be only a little over an hour, which was great. They had a little bit of a mixup trying to bring my car back to me after the repair...that took about 15 minutes, but the repair got done and I'm happy.

Has plenty of room, comfort is amazing, rides smooth, plenty of Hp and navigation is phenomenal. Has cruise control power locks power windows and even a back sliding window.

Can’t complain a bit about this truck! I’ll be using it for work. Low miles and a few years old, I’m sure it’s gonna go the distance for me!

This truck has everything I wanted. Great color, smooth and quiet ride. Plenty of room for a six foot four guy who usually has to try on a vehical for size so I dont feel like a sardine in a can!!

Coming from a 2010 f150 platinum I've been a Ford fan for some time. I recently purchased a 2015 f150 lariat fx4. My opinion is this, it's a good truck, but for what it is I feel they are way over priced. Lots of options you dont really need that come with the lariat and up trims that seem to make the price sky rocket. Lane assist, hill decent control, etc. Seem to to almost get in the way. Also most this technology will come on a mid level nissan Sentra. Drives good but overall I feel to 09-14 were more solid. Just mho

They made us an amazing deal and helped us in getting out of an upside down loan. Not only did we lower our monthly payment, our gas, and insurance....but we have essentially canceled out a little bit of negative equity. The finance department was very professional and pretty quick. Now I know having extremely good credit helped us, but without a hand from the team at Alexander we'd still be where we started. . Good experience. Went to another Dodge dealer earlier that day, but they didn't have a good selection of colors for the model I wanted. I headed over to Glenn E Thomas and they had the one I was looking for. Still took a while to get everything taken care of, but that's to be expected. The free popcorn made it worth waiting. Also, they had catered lunch and had left over KFC and offered it to us (since they knew we had started our day at 12pm and was not around 8pm). The only negative for me was that I would have liked a higher value for my trade in, but it was within a reasonable value.

I've driven F-150's for work and it was time to buy one of my own. I learned from experience that I definitely wanted the SuperCrew 4 door and that it wouldn't be very enjoyable without 'creature-comfort' features, so I ended up with a loaded 2015 XLT SuperCrew cab with the 6.5' bed and 5.0 V8. I absolutely love the truck! Definitely worth it to check one out for yourself!

This truck is a I catcher has some after market parts that separate this truck from so many others. Its 2.7l twin turbos and it has plenty of power. I was skeptical until I drove it.im a believer. It feels like it has more or definitely as much as my dodge 4.8 v8 I traded in

The body style, interior design, and performance in the 2015 and newer model Fords are unbeatable. I shopped around at other makes but decided Ford is the only way to go.

3 weeks ago, I bought a 2017 Ford F-150 XLT 3.5 TT 302A/Chrome package, has all the bells and whistles...absolutely beautiful truck. Being a certiefied pre-owned Ford, I was willing to pay the 36K...as I received a more then fair price for my Honda Pilot trade in. I gotta say, I really wanna like this truck. I'm 6'3", It's far and away the most comfortable vehicle I've ever driven. It's wicked powerful...0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds. With all that being said. I've had 2 issues already with the truck. With in 48 hours of taking it home, the starter xxxx the bed. Had to have it towed and starter replaced. Okay parts break, they can be replaced. They played for it. Just today, I returned it to the dealer and got a loaner. Heard a rattling noise when I started it. Upon further investigation via internet, it could be the cam phasers or tensioners. Either way, I don't need my timing chain loosening up and rattling every morning I start it. Like I said, I wanna like this truck but the jury is still out. I'm optimistic and hopeful the dealer will make it right. So much for Certified Ford F-150's passing a 172 checklist and being the "cream of the crop" Evidently starters weren't part of that "172" check list. We'll see what they say when thay call back Monday morning with a diagnosis?

I had been looking at the New Titans since Nov of last year (2016) when I first noticed the new designed truck was out. After test driving at my local dealer, I liked the truck but after talking numbers with them it was easy to see they were playing games and not "in a hurry" to sell. Well, I was in no hurry to buy either as this wasn't really a need but a want. Fast forward to end of February (2017) I was checking truck models online for my favorite model and color/options through CarGurus.com to see what was available. Only two dealerships had the exact model so I emailed them both to get pricing. Estrella from Carson Nissan was the first to contact me followed shortly by the other dealer. Both offers seemed fair but not great so I was planning on waiting another month. Estrella actually followed up and called the next day and after talking gave a even better price so I decided I would drive down later after work and see how it goes. Once there I was greeted politely and I asked for Estrella in Internet sales. She met with me shortly after and paired me with Anthony Camacho to get the paperwork started and apologized but was getting off work soon, so Irvin Vasquez would be taking over. Anthony was new but very professional and courteous and helped a ton with filling out forms needed while Irvin got my trade inspected quickly and was getting the numbers together. Irvin then tells me the truck I came for had been sold (dealer traded) a few hours earlier, but not to worry he could get another one that night by dealer trade (ironically). Luckily I knew there was only one more in the area and sure enough Irvin called and secured it to Carson that night. This is where I thought the usual back and forth would start, and I really wasn't planning on buying that night, but I was wrong. Irvin made a great offer for my trade and with the current incentives Nissan was offering on the Titan, the price was around invoice without a ton of hassle that I went though just 3 months ago at a closer dealer - and that was just trying to get them around MSRP ! Anyway, it was obvious that Carson Nissan actually wanted to sell and not play games. Onto financing, we all know the horror stories associated with the backend, All I can say is I met with Freddie Berzunza and the guy was 1st class straight up and won't pressure you into anything you don't want. Fred even offered tips I didn't know to get my FICO even higher and some other strategies to help me down the road. Overall I was kind of shocked because I've bought brand new vehicles more than most and the lack of battle was so nice, it made me wonder if I was diligent enough ... well, after waiting a month to write this review (not on purpose just been busy) and watching the numbers on Trucar and other sites, I'm comfortable that I really got that rare no haggle deal, I guess those awards are for real after all. Anthony has followed up twice and Fernando Sandoval (whom never even met) even called this week to see how I was enjoying the new truck and if there was anything else they could do. Just an awesome experience for once, Thanks again Anthony and Irvin for not wasting my time. Definitely will recommend A+ SS

This truck is great, power, comfort, accessories, roomy, design and looks. It has it all. Looks great cruising, out on the town or towing our camper.

The truck is great and is the best truck I have ever owned. It get good gas mileages and the V8 purrs with lots of power.

"You have a problem." These were the words I heard on the phone prior to walking into the dealership doors at Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. That person who told me that was my own Mother. This was potentially my fourth car purchase in less than 14 months. So ya I have a problem, so what?!?! I went to another dealer this past weekend, for the same vehicle, 2017 Ram Rebel Black on Black with Alpine Sound system. That dealership had me in their showroom for 4.5 hours and to no avail, no deal. Not their fault a complication with my setup. I live in L.A. and didn't want to drive back to another county to grab the car. Traffic in LA is bad. So I figured I'd try to give these guys owned by the Famous Basketball player a shot. I walk-in after setting an appointment. Told them my price and Amir kept it real and told me that he would make the deal happen for me. Four (4) minutes later BOOM! We shook. Even after some things came up with the financing and an address switch, the process with easy smooth and stress free. EVERYONE that wants to buy a MOPAR product needs to come here. Don't bother elsewhere. These guys are fantastic. All of them. Mirna in Finance was especially patient and great to speak to during our time together. Sergio was easy to work with, and extremely informed walking me through all of the great features on the car. And Amir...what can I say. He and I will do lunch in the future. I was prepared for my safety recall to take 48 hrs. Dropping my disabled van off night before getting her back next afternoon. Well Servive pro Dave said no way we will get it done now 2:30pm day of my drop off. He nailed it in less than 2 hours recall safety completed and van washed too. OMG was I impressed. I gained an entire day of mobility thanks to Dave & Dependable Dodge too...

This car meets all my needs and then some. Great tech also. Lots of leg room and indoor storage space. I have even slept in it.
