I have owned a 2016 f150 since July 1 2016. Bought it new and it now has 92000 miles and drives and handles and looks as good as it did new. Id rate it a7on a 1-5 scale!!!

I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. One of the dealerships that I was working with lost my business completely by not respecting my time, and ultimately providing what I would call a terrible experience. From the moment I began working with Pete Restivo, I knew that I wanted to make my purchase with him, and do business with Five Star Ford. Each time I stopped by, I was treated well by everyone that I interacted with, my time was considered, I never felt pushed to make the purchase, only supported in getting all the facts to make the decision. I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. Integrity, Honesty, Character??? I know these are not usually associated with a used car dealership. That is why I was amazed by Mark and his staff at AutoPlace. Like most places He gave a 30 day warranty, but looked me in the eye and assured my He would take care of any problems to make sure my van was what I expected. 3 Weeks in my engine light came on. I took it to Mark and the test showed a bad O2 sensor. He gave me a loaner car while the 02 sensor was replaced. No charge. After the 30 day period was up, I noticed I didn't have reverse lights. I call Mark, he says bring it in. He gives me a loaner car while he has the reverse lights fixed. No Charge!!! Then after 60 days my engine light comes on again and van is running a little rough. Once again I call Mark and he says bring it in. Repeated misfire on one cylinder. Once again he gives me a loaner car and pays for a full tune up at no charge to me. I know approximately how much these repairs run and these were not cheap repairs. I am 58 years old and have never had someone go out of their way to make sure I was taken care of like Mark, Lilly, and his staff at Autoplace. Highly recommended. ---Mark Burkett

I had been looking for months for a 2088 Lincoln Navigator. Auto Place had the one i was looking for. Chocolate White, fully loaded and under 100k miles. Mark took it home so I could come to his home on Sunday morning to see it. Mark is very professional and we made a deal in his own driveway on a handshake. picked the car up Saturday and we love it.

We had an excellent experience with Wells Auto Group. Our salesperson, Artie, was helpful, straight forward and honest. The negotiation on price was upfront and friendly, and we believe we got a good, fair price on our new vehicle and trade-in value on our trade vehicle. Kudos also to Dale in the Finance Department, who was extremely patient and helpful. I drove 9.5 hours to execute the trade and pick-up, and it was easy and seamless. Great work Artie, Dale and everyone at Wells Auto Group who made this a really good experience.

Read the reviews! They don’t deliberately mess with people. Before buying my son a F150 from them I researched and visited a lot of dealerships. My husband and I were very pleased with them. All the bad reviews are people either not doing business with them or don’t understand that it’s a used vehicle. Lily insisted for us to take it to a mechanic. We did just that. Sure it needed some items like any used vehicle but we ended up buying it. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

At first, I was hesitant about going to Auto Place Inc. due to the past reviews that people have written. I decided to take a chance with them, which was the best decision. When I arrived, I showed them the three trucks I wanted to look at, and they handed me the keys to them. They let me take my time looking at them and test-driving each truck. The team was not sitting over me like most dealers do. If I had questions about something, I went into the office to ask, and they answered everything I asked. I could take as long as I wanted and did not feel pressured to buy a truck from them. At the end of the day, I bought a 2015 Ram from them. The one thing that came up after I purchased the truck and was driving it home was that I started getting a vibration in the front end when applying the brakes. When I got home, I checked the brakes out and saw they were worn and needed replacement. I knew I bought the truck “AS IS,” but I still sent them an email about the issue, and the following day, when they were open, they called me and said they were sorry to hear about the issue and we wanted to take care of it for me. They did not have to consider that because I bought it “AS IS.” So, I drove it back to them, and not only did they replace the front brakes and rotors for me, but they also replaced the back ones. That is fantastic customer service, and I would recommend Auto Place Inc. to anyone looking for a used vehicle. The one negative thing I have for them is that they do not offer a CARFAX report on the vehicle.
